    Express Tacos

I was walking and saw the $3 tacos sign. Your options are pork, chicken or brisket. They sell in threes so it's about nine and some change. I went through the express taco lane and there was no wait. This line only takes tap or card payments. There is another register as well that might take cash but this my first time. The tacos are good! There is a little smoke in the brisket and the meat is not over done and prepared simple. The garnishments work well with the sauce and the smoked brisket. The limes are a nice addition. Depending when you're visiting, FSE will have music and entertainment. The Patio style eating and seating area is standing and stools facing the FSE area across the Golden Gate and a bar.

Was looking for a quick bite after walking down freemont and came across Project BBQ. Seating is outside along with ordering. Friendly service who gives you a number to put by your table after you order. Ended up trying the ribs with fries and baked beans. You can def feel the vibes of freemont street while you have a drink and wait. The ribs were very tender and full of flavor. The bbq sauce was nice and tangy along with the baked beans. The fries were crispy too.

I tried this place because I can use my Dining credits from Circa. I've tried it twice so far and it's OK. It's a lot better than the food inside Circa IMO (aside from the pool menu) . The beans and potato salad needed more flavor and the steak was too chewy . The girls who took my Order were really sweet and had a lot of patience. I wish they actually had a place to sit down versus just standing the whole time .

I ordered ribs. Was pleasantly surprised! The fries were delicious. Not a fan of the beans but the rest of my party liked theirs. Service was friendly and fast. Standing to eat at tables or long table looking out onto Fremont street. Busy location.

This place is part of the Circa hotel but it's outside on Fremont street right next to a stage, come here to eat and not talk bc you won't be able to hear your conversation. Since it is outside seating you are still able to smell cigarette smoke if you love smoke. The cucumber refresher drink was good, not too sweet. The service is like any fast food restaurant service. We ordered the sampler platter which came with a little of everything, I liked the coleslaw and the pickled onions and since I'm not a fan of Smokey bbq I didn't like any of the meats, but my husband did, I'm a picky eater.

As you walk about Fremont Street, there are a lot of food options. "Project BBQ" is one of them. At the risk of sounding like a food snob, the food isn't bad; it's just not the greatest BBQ. Understand that most of the cooking and food prep takes place somewhere else. These elements are brought to this faux food truck to assemble orders. It's not inexpensive either. On this occasion, I ordered the "pulled pork tacos" ($18.00) and a bottle of Coca-Cola ($5.00). With tax ($1.93), my ticket was $24.93 for three tacos. The taste of the tacos was "okay". There was a generous serving of pork in each taco, and they were assembled well. One in my party ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It came with chips. They were fine with their order. Interestingly, another in our group has issues with gluten and this eatery had something that was gluten free. In short summation, you're paying for convenience.

They serve up a good brisket sandwich here. The fries were also good. The macaroni and cheese was extremely weird. It was so saucy. It was more like macaroni and cheese soup. I wish the baked beans were a little bit more flavorful. I do think this is a decent place to go for lunch on Fremont Street. We got our meal fairly quickly and it wasn't very expensive, but it was kind of a higher price point than what I would expect for the quality.

Came here during busy peak hours on a Saturday night and the manager Daniel was incredibly fast , attentive, and friendly. Now the food....sooo freaking bomb. Meat was tender & delicious. The veggies were really good especially the tomatoes. The place is right at the start of Fremont on the west side and feet away from the stage so the vibes were super good. Eat & get a show at the same time. Would def come back and recommend

    Can a person do takeout?

Yes its a perm. Location food truck nice little court yard, but its all takeout

Can I charge this to our room at Circa?

I don't believe so, they're not affiliated with the hotel. Privately owned business. Their food is the BOMB though!!

    Where would I park?

You can park at Garage Mahal (my favorite) at Circa for the easiest access. However, this permanently built food truck sits on the Fremont Street Experience so any parking at the Fremont Street casinos would work.

The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. There was very little green chile and it lacked the kick and spicy profile I was expecting from a New Mexican style chile. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat. Also, the price is high for a food truck.

We arrived right before 5pm when it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of us before they even started taking orders. For only having 2 ppl in the truck, they moved pretty quickly, but by the time we got to the front of the line, there were at least 10 more groups of people behind us. In total we were there about 30 min outside from getting in line to getting our food. We had to get the favorites we've seen, so we got the crackin chicken cutty fries, the green chile burrito smothered, and a slice of Tiramisu. The fries and burrito were both so flavorful. The chicken in the burrito had such a great flavor to it by itself but the green chile was fantastic, a little spicier than I anticipated but mixed with the pinto beans it was such a good combination of spice, flavors, and just goodness. Everyone recommended getting it smothered with cheese sauce and green chile on top so we had to. Definitely found out why it was recommended *love* The fries, omg the fried chicken was so crispy, perfect seasoning on the breading, and the different sauces mixed with it... yup definitely tasty. Such a huge portion size, but they do offer upgraded chicken cutty fries as a side with the burrito to get the best of both and smaller portion. And the tiramisu..... *chefs kiss * it is my favorite dessert so I have high expectations... this hit the mark, and the slice was so massive!! I'm so happy I'll be able to eat on it for days!! Pricing for all of this plus the prickly pear cutty juice with pineapple (which was also very tasty and fresh) was over $60 so a little more expensive but lord, with the portion sizes and all the toppings it's totally worth it!!! We will be back! Just may go try the brick n mortar location bc it was extremely hot outside to be standing in line waiting after 5 pm. If the line was any longer we probably wouldn't have waited. The other locations are a lot farther from us so this was the best location wise. Also would be nice to open earlier, but may not be as easy to do in a food truck which is understandable.

This cute food truck is located inside the Park MGM just around the corner from the room elevators which makes it an ideal stop on your way back to your room after a show at Dolby Live or a night of dancing at On The Record. The Hand Burger was flaky and buttery, I had expected something more akin to an empanada and was pleasantly surprised. The cheese and meat filling was decent and drunk me had no complaints! The sandwich came out dry, bland, and completely lacking the flavor you'd expect. The bread wasn't crispy, and the whole thing tasted like it had been pre‑made and reheated. The food came out fast--almost too fast--which only reinforced the feeling that everything was cooked ahead of time and microwaved before serving. The bright spot: the cheese sticks and pretzel bites. Those were actually worth ordering and had way more care put into them than the Cubano. Overall, the Cubano is not recommended. At the truck, its a trailer pulled around by a truck, all the pictures and descriptions just blew my mind, I was excited and upset that it took me so long to finally try it. I saw and even smelt their Buffalo Chicken Salad and I wanted one but held off. I started asking other's what their favorites were and went with Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and Crack Fries. It was delicious on its own and only $7 ($6 for the sandwich and $1 if you add fries). It was a fried chicken with Teriyaki sauce, pineapple, tomato, lettuce, and wasabi mayo between a roll, I mixed up some deli mustard and sriracha and added to the sandwich. Did I have a smile on my face? Yes. Ordering fries on their own are $3 and ordering almost any sandwich or burgers are $6. Delicious looking gourmet burgers at a reasonable price.
