You can't go wrong for what this place offers. Fast service is a plus. One of the few places open late At night as well. Keep this hidden gem in your list.

I had just arrived downtown and was strolling around on Fremont Street. I wanted something quick and inexpensive to eat before I headed out for a meeting. Binions' Deli sure took care of my needs. I found it in a back corner of Binion's Casino. Their fairly limited menu has deli sandwiches (as you might expect), plus hot dogs, hamburgers, soups and stews, salads, some breakfast fare, and frozen custards. Prices are not expensive. My patty melt was a nicely cooked good-sized burger with fresh lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions on sliced marble rye. Served with potato salad and a big pickle, ran just $7.99. It was pretty excellent! Soft drinks are only available in one size, and that will run you $2.99. That price did seem kind of piggish to me. Anyway, the food was good and service was fast and friendly.

This isn't great food, it's simply a place you hit up when you are trashed and need to fill your belly with grub so you can sober up.

Beef carpaccio was a modernized twist to the Vietnamese dish. Recommended. Oxtail hummus was a heartier dish and good contrast to the lighter carpaccio starter. Oxtail was decently tender, braised in a savory sauce. I liked the combination with the hummus to balance. Roasted cabbage - I always get roasted cabbage and this one didn't disappoint. Whole Dorade - flavorful, gental citrus sauce that complemented the white fish. It was deboned and filleted, making it easy to eat. Lamb was excellently prepared as well. Hard to pick between this and the Dorade, so go with what you're craving or just get both - you won't regret it. Honey cheese plate with triple cream Brie was worth it. The grilled milk bread goes very well with the spread. Recommended. Baked Alaska - fun dessert flambéed in rum table side. It was way too sweet for my taste. Others at the table disliked the bitterness from the burned rum.

I certainly understand the Michelin recommendation. The service was outstanding, we asked for an off menu cocktail and a split dish (half and half oysters) which they accommodated. They kept up with refilling our waters. Some standout dishes for me were the dry aged bluefin tuna, the oysters, the "dan-dan" rabbit paccheri, and the Spanish octopus. I did enjoy our first visit but this was much more memorable. Everything we tried was beautifully plated, all of the ingredients served a purpose and blended beautifully together. The ambiance with the small table lamps was enough to see the beautiful dishes but keep the mood relaxed and intimate. The cost was much more reasonable compared to other higher end restaurants of similar or lesser quality in vegas. I highly recommend

The ambiance at night is nice and dimly lit. Great menu and nicely priced. There's currently a 3 course special that comes with a salad, salmon, tiramisu, and bottomless wine for $60! It's definitely worth it. The goat cheese spread tasted great with the salad. The salad also comes as a big portion. The salmon was huge and perfectly moist. I got the foie gras on French toast. It had the perfect amount of salty and tart sweet flavor with the blackberry-cherry sauce. It comes as an appetizer, but because it's so good, I don't recommend sharing since the portion is so small. I got the spicy seafood pasta, and it was amazing! It had the perfect amount of spice and it comes with a hefty amount of seafood along with a whole big lobster tail! The shrimps that it came with were also huge and there were plenty of calamari and octopus with the pasta. This dish was such a great deal with the portion and the amount of seafood it came with. My only complaint is that they can lighten the amount of fresh basil they put in. I highly recommend! Last, we got the creme brulee, which comes with orange biscotti. It's a shareable portion, and perfectly sweet. Our server Zoe was also amazing! She was super friendly and answered all the questions we had with the menu. Great place for a low key date at Desert Shores and some awesome food!

We were given a round table and I felt like I had to scream across the table for the person sitting there to hear me. Service felt very rush. We had a Monday reservation at 8pm for 8ppl and the waitress seems to come by, and if we were not ready for her, she's gone for another 10mins. Definitely a busier Monday but I just felt so rush to get my order in or we won't get our food or drinks in a timely manner. Food was good though. Steak orders were medium rare, it came out as is. Broccolini was done right. They didn't have the fries and the apple pie dumpling. Quite strange that they don't have it on a busy night. Not the best dining experience in vegas tonight.

The dining area and outdoor patio give a rustic country kitchen feel which suits their fresh seasonal ingredient filled menu. We have honestly never had a bad meal here. The food tends to disappear before we get to take pictures, sorry that's lacking. I've read the service here isn't good, but we've either been lucky or just have come on good days because we haven't had any issues. The only issue that is kind of a nonissue is that it gets busy fast, of the 3-4 times we've eaten here we've probably come 10 times and there was a loooong wait so we decided to go elsewhere. We had reservations for 8:15, upon entering your establishment at 8pm, we saw your greeter. I'm going to call her Becky since she acted like one. My husband mentioned to Becky we had 8:15 reservations. Her reply was in a screaming voice, i can't sit you for another 15 mins. Clearly she lives in all white neighborhoods and goes to a all white school and doesn't encounter much color people in her day. Her frown showed it. She was quick to brush us off. We then come back at 8:15, and Brian was assigned to clear the table. He took one look at us and took his time clearing the table, he actually had to be reminded to do so a few times. He didn't come back to ask us for anything, but he made it his business to ask the couple next to us 4-5 times if everything was ok. Brian is overweight, sloppy w a very unkept appearance, bulging belly, visually assaulting. It was repulsive to have to look at him, less alone deal w his ill behavior. He was very dismissive as well as the front desk Becky. Brian puts butter on the table and my friend ask for bread. Brian was short and snippy and said you can order bread from the menu. Not a problem Brian, but the way you said that could have been said w finesse. The couple to our left was pretty much done but Brian couldn't help kiss their ass n ask if they needed anything- meanwhile we needed drinks, our order taken, but this was happening when Brian felt like giving us the attention - Bailey another waiter there was super sweet, smiled, very attentive, and he was just dropping off our plates. I wouldn't come back here just because i didn't like the way your 2 staff members treat Latinos - they seem to be use to dealing only with their "white people" and feel comfortable serving only white people. Being from NYC and experiencing every type of people known on this earth, it sucks to come to Summerlin vegas to experience basic uncomfortable who can't put their own differences aside. Shame On you Becky and Brian. PS Brian, you didn't deserve any tip that night
