The restaurant is big with plenty of seating and space in between. It has a hibachi station , ramen/udon/pho station and sushi station. I plus there is two large islands of hot foods and two additional large islands of cold foods and desserts. Unfortunately a lot of the food were empty or closed to being empty and not being refilled or was taking a while to get refilled. Since we were there for the crab legs, we were very disappointed with the fact that they refill every 20 min instead of refilling once it was empty. They have a sign that states it's refilled every 20 min and a limit of 6 legs per person at a time. My first plate I waited in line since it was empty at the time. Once they finally brought out a batch, it literally was only a large mixing bowl of crab legs they came out with and luckily I was able to get some. Unfortunately the amount they brought out was only enough for about 6-7 people. They only brought out two small batches before we gave up on trying to get any. A lot of the food looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Again, a lot of the food was near empty or completely empty and wasn't being refilled. The sushi wasn't good as the rice was mushy and the fish looked ehh. The food from the hot bars didn't meet my standards so I didn't even bother trying the hibachi or ramen/udon/pho stations because at that point I was over it. Once we decided we were done and ready to leave, I went to wash my hands and as I was walking back to my table to get the family to go, I walked under a water leaking coming from the roof and wasn't even told to go around when the workers knew what was going on and where standing right there. Definitely never going back if I'm ever in town or if we decide to move to Vegas. Worst buffet experience ever and was a total waste of our time and money.

The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. The dining area is immaculate, has high ceiling, and table seating can accommodate up to 250 people. This is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The chef is well versed in Pan-Asian inspired cuisines, and everything is customizable to the region of preference, such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Tawainese, Japanese (excluding sushi), Filipino, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. This is all based on reservation, a minimum of two hours advance notice is needed before opening to allow the chef adequate time to prepare a customization menu. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! They are very busy and take no time for social niceties. We elected not to order drinks although they do have sake. Entree choices were Kung Pao Chicken ($18) and Stir fried Green beans ($16) add chicken ($5). The Kung Pao Chicken was acceptable, a traditional preparation but with very few veggies. The sauce was a bit sweet and appropriately spicy. The stir fried green beans were dry and bland with zero sauce. The sauteed chicken was cut in tiny pieces and over browned and dry like the green beans. I order this dish frequently in other Chinese restaurants, and find most chefs put a little sauce on at the end for flavor and texture. That is not the case here. Bland, naked and dry. So disappointing , we drove twenty minutes to try this place based on the reviews. Writing today to warn others all is not as it seems. Maybe you will have better luck than we did at China Mama on Jones.

I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try.
