Lemon chicken no meat in it just a speck chow mein and fried rice
Dymond B.

Food was not good the rice was though i love the sesame sauce taste but the lemon chicken was all bread no flavor to the sauce at all my daughter liked her sweet and sour chicken but to me it taste the same no flavor $17 is what we paid for both I will NOT be returning I'm just trying to make it through my plate smh

I Kung Pao that shrimp right in the trash. Rice was pretty good though
Cortney A.

Wallet Friendly I was craving "authentic" fried rice on my way home this evening and remembered this place my mother would frequent (and force us to eat) way back in the day! You definitely get what you pay for with their wallet friendly menu! I was honestly anticipating an oily box of rice with tiny (joker) shrimp for $4.95 but I was pleasantly surprised! The rice was decent and the shrimp were average sized for the price. #Score I wish I stopped there but I ordered Kung Pao Shrimp $6.75 to meet the minimum credit card requirement for payment. Big mistake! Huge! This "dish" taste like a filthy freezer! #BarfDotCom I definitely won't be back but I guess it was worth the quick trip down memory lane...

They don't clean or exterminate well

New China Cuisine is a fusion of Chinese dishes and Japanese/seafood options, and we are absolutely here for it. Customer service is always great, and the décor inside is genuinely fascinating to look at. There's plenty of seating, so whether you're dining solo or bringing the whole family, there's room for everyone. The Chinese side of the menu is just as delicious as the Japanese. I love their vegetable dishes (Buddha's Delight is a favorite), and we usually lean toward the Japanese options, but everything we've tried has been flavorful and fresh. I'm really looking forward to coming back soon and ordering one of their family dinner packages so the whole family can dig in together. A New China experience coming soon!

Upon returning after many months, I see they've renovated and updated the entrance, decor, added bar seating for sushi; and now serve Japanese specialties. I think that was a good move for them to go Asian fusion. I have no idea if they'll change their name, but their ramen was pretty good. I like that they also serve boba milk teas. Sushi is on the menu as well. Good selections! The ladies are fast and friendly. Even though I brought in my boba tea from the other place (cuz I didn't know they have boba drinks), they still offered if I'd like to try. That was the right thing to say rather than assuming I wouldn't want anymore. Of course I'll be returning to this well-located, fair-priced, and good service location. Nice job on upgrading the menu!

Portions are huge (I'm talking, I could eat three meals from one plate), and every bite is outstanding. The restaurant is a little cluttered, but honestly, who cares? It's all about the food. Prices are crazy reasonable too--most meals run $12-$13, and you leave stuffed. If you're in the Craig/Decatur area of North Las Vegas, you have to check them out. Bonus: they do plenty of carryout, so you can enjoy this deliciousness at home too!

Everything came out fresh, hot, and in very generous portions. I ordered the honey ginger chicken, mushu pork, and the house chow fun, and every single dish was a 10/10. The standout for me was the mushu pork. It was so fun to eat wrapped up burrito-style with the included pancakes -- honestly one of the most enjoyable dishes I've had in a while. The honey ginger chicken was perfectly balanced (not overly sweet), and the chow fun was packed with flavor and cooked just right. I seriously wish I had two stomachs... but I'm very happy to say I'll be enjoying amazing leftovers later. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the restaurant itself is a quiet, cozy spot -- nothing flashy, just really good food made with care. Very attentive staff as well. This place deserves way more attention than it gets. If you love authentic, comforting Chinese food and appreciate mom-and-pop spots, Tasty China is a must-try. I'll absolutely be back.

I was out in the skye pointe area today and was getting hangry since I missed my normal lunch time…read more I wasn't far from Asian Wok, a place I had been to several times and a place that I could count on for decent American Style Chinese food. For those that have not been there, waitress service and traditional plates have gone away. You order at the counter, get your silverware and the owner brings out your food in a take out container. (Except for the soup). It kind of makes sense, especially if you weren't planning on finishing your meal anyway since it's a pretty good size portion. Their tables and booths are still available for seating. Perhaps this way of ordering and serving cuts down on labor and certainly cuts down on dishwashing. So I ordered sweet and sour pork with lomein and crab rangoons and egg drop soup. The soup was served scalding hot which I anticipated and appreciated . So many places serve barely warm soup. The pork pieces were not overly breaded and not completely drowned in sauce. The noodles (Beijing noodles) were thick almost like spaghetti, but a different taste. Oh, and you get a small plate of fried won ton dealies while you wait. So for the price, convenience and food quality you can't go wrong for a lunch less than $11.00.

Their service is always quick with a great/positive attitude! The food is great and always fresh!
