    Basil shrimp Fried Rice**

The portions don't seem as generous as they used to be, especially for the price, which was a little disappointing. That said, we really enjoyed the coconut tom kha soup it was flavorful, comforting, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The service was also good, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Overall, a mixed experience, but there were still some positives that stood out.

We walked to Aria Resort and casino from Vdara hotel. Even the parking garage is a bit of a walk so being dropped off by a ride share is better and will put you quite close to Lemongrass Thai restaurant. The Thai decor is really cool and the restaurant layout is comfortable. The staff was friendly to us. They have a separate room in the back for private parties available for rent. There is a small bar with bar stool seating. We ordered Thom kha gai soup and that was excellent. In addition I ordered pineapple fried rice which they served in a carved out pineapple. It came with a generous amount of shrimp and I loved it. The thing which tied everything together so I will say it is a must order is to get the coconut water with Thai foam $8. That blended so well with every bite of food that it enhanced the flavor and had a refreshing charge leaving you feeling satisfied not bloated . One specialty drink we sampled was the Thai old fashioned. They made it with a Japanese whiskey and spicy Thai bitters and it had a nice finish. For three people the bill was $123. without tip.

If you want to eat Thai food in a nice place, then this is the spot for sure. However, if you want great Thai food, then do some research and grab an Uber and head off strip. The food here is just OK but know you're paying for the fact you're at the Aria. The Lemongrass Old Fashioned sounded wonderful on paper, and had about as much flavor as paper. It was poorly made (look at the crap ice/drink ratio) and tasted like plain whiskey in a glass. The only flavor came from chewing on the piece of lemongrass in the drink like a Bangkokian Rabbit. The Green Curry was pretty good with a nice creaminess to it. The shrimps were a decent size too. The Catfish Delight was good as well, but you definitely need to like catfish (which I do). It had a nice spice at a level 1 (I didn't want to ruin it, but could have gone to a 2) and a ton of basil, which was nice. Service was just OK with a lack of water refills and visits to the table to check in. In a nutshell, I wouldn't go here again. So many better places around, but one of the few Thai specific on the strip.

Lemongrass is located inside Aria which makes it convenient if you stay there. The service was okay. They were friendly but did take quite awhile to take our orders. The ambiance is dark inside and it's nice. People dress casually. The food was okay. Some was good but overall, it wasn't anything special. I have had way better Thai food for a quarter of the price. I wouldn't come back here and sadly, wouldn't recommend it. Coconut Rice: basic but good Crab Puffs: good Thai sausage: prob the best appetizer we got Larb chicken: not good Pad Thai: not bad Chilean Sea Bass: pretty tasty

We were seated promptly with reservations. Micky provided wonderful service and great recommendations. The food was served quickly, hot, and delicious! Tasted like home in the best way possible. Highly recommend this location in the Aria hotel in Las Vegas. It's a beautiful restaurant. The decor is very pretty and clean.

I went to Lemongrass in Aria for the first time on my most recent Vegas trip, and it's now one of my favorite spots there! It's a very nice, but not over the top, Thai spot, that is perfect for a date night or intimate meal. The aesthetic is perfectly fitting and the service is spectacular! You have to start with the satay grill when you go; the flavors are fantastic! Both the pad thai & the sesame shrimp were delicious, and the portions are great! Both of the cocktails were very refreshing, the pink leopard was my favorite! There are a ton of phenomenal spots in Vegas, but if you haven't been to Lemongrass yet; I highly recommend making it a must visit on your next time in town!

My sisters and I visit Las Vegas about four times a year -- it's a quick flight from the Bay Area -- and we almost always stay at Aria or Vdara. Lemongrass has been a go-to for us every single trip, dining in or ordering takeout two to three times per stay. The food is genuinely delicious: flavorful and authentic -- not watered down. For a hotel restaurant, that's saying something, and it kept us coming back again and again. Which is exactly why our most recent experience was so disappointing. We always order our usual dishes and request Thai chili with fish sauce on the side - a simple condiment that pairs perfectly with the food, especially since the kitchen rarely delivers on the heat we request. On this visit, our server informed us there would be an upcharge for it. A few dollars. For what amounts to a tablespoon of sauce served in a small sauce dish - the kind of tiny accompaniment you'd find at virtually any Thai restaurant at no extra cost. Imagine being charged for a splash of soy sauce at a Chinese restaurant. Same idea. Let that sink in: a few dollars for a condiment at a luxury Strip hotel. Not a specialty ingredient. Not a premium add-on. A small dipping sauce. I was genuinely taken aback. In all of our visits over the years, this had never once been an issue. But beyond the surprise, it's the principle: at a world-class property like Aria, nickel-and-diming loyal, frequent guests over a trace amount of condiment is simply beneath the standard guests expect -- and pay for. This is the kind of policy you might reluctantly accept at a fast-casual counter, not at a polished restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. We haven't been back since, and won't be until this changes. Such a shame that one petty policy ruined what was always a favorite.

This place was definitely amazing. We went here for Valentine's Day, and the food was phenomenal. We had the drunken noodles as well as the shrimp rolls and nothing disappointed. We also tried out the rice dish with all of the seafood, and I will definitely say that it was top notch. The service was amazing and the ambience was very laid-back and inviting. We will definitely be back because this has become one of our favorite spots to eat at in Vegas

The food was delicious, though I wish I had asked for a more spicier level. Their rating scale goes from 1 thru 10 and I chose 5. I love my spicy food and would have chose a 7 if I had known.

I had a phenomenal experience here at Lemongrass. We had a group of 10 come in celebrating a birthday. The servers were amazing and helped with recommendations and helping us with whatever we needed throughout our meal. Our server was very attentive and helpful. As for the interior, it was decorated very nice. Proper lighting allowed for amazing photos to be captured as well. Everything was well kept, clean, and well maintained. As for the food, I gotten the green thai curry and the pineapple friend rice. I was able to try my other friends' items as well. They were all amazing. Since it was our friend's birthday, they treated him to a super rich and creamy coconut ice cream. Quite delicious and refreshing! Overall amazing experience and can't wait to come back and try their other dishes!

Some of the best curry ever!! We dined in and wanted to try a little bit of everything. We had the kindest server who was actually from Thailand! We tried a steak dish, pineapple fried rice with chicken, and the yellow curry. Everything was delicious! Located in the Aria hotel, this is a gem and was a mixed of dressy/ casual. Would recommend!

Came back today and the food was great. The only difference was that the portion of the food was smaller as compared to the dish size.

Everything went very well from the host to the server. The portions are on the larger side so keep in mind to come with a big appetite. The restaurant was very busy but the food came promptly. Everything was very delicious. The Tom Kha was the stand out dish! The ambiance was fine dining with very elegant plates. This has now become a must visit when staying at the Aria.

Their most known dish is their fried A15 Prawn. Garlic-y, crispy edible shell, and a springy fresh shrimp meat underneath. Yes, you can eat the whole thing, shells and all. Our second dish was their Nam Kao Todd and it had just the right amount of spice and tanginess. The crunch from the rice was a lovely texture because the dish was served fresh. I don't know how it would do if you ordered this for takeout, though. This one is VERY spicy so buyer beware? Third dish was Me Krob. This one wasn't my favorite of the three but I still enjoyed it. The crispness of the noodles absorbed the sweet and tangy sauce they pour on top. Overall: I'd come back if I'm in town!

The prawns arrive perfectly crisp with a generous coating of golden garlic and herbs. Each bite has that satisfying crunch before giving way to tender shrimp. 2) Mango Crispy Catfish - A beautiful contrast of textures. The crispy catfish is topped with bright slices of mango and finished with a chili-lime dressing that ties everything together. The dish is vibrant, colorful, and bursting with flavors. 3) Crab Fried Rice - The rice comes generously packed with large pieces of crab and works perfectly alongside the other dishes. It's good but I wish there was a little more curry sauce in the dish. Pra Dook Pad Pren (7/10) - On taste alone this probably gets a 9/10 but we thought the portion was a bit small. The catfish is very tasty and the sauce was on point. Just wish it was a little bigger portion. Panang w/ Crispy Duck (9/10) - the duck is very moist and flavorful, swimming in the panang curry it's really a wonderful dish. There is a good amount of sauce which we like so we can add it onto the steamed rice. Panang w/ Crispy Prawns (8.5/10) - See above but with crispy prawns instead of duck. Enjoyable but I think I prefer the duck a little more for this type of dish. Garlic Green Beans (9.5/10) - Didn't know what to expect but really pleasantly surprised with this dish. The green beans are covered with a super flavorful garlic sauce. A nice compliment to any of the other dishes considering there's not a ton of vegetable options on the menu. The tasteful traditional decor and dark wood sets a nice mood for a pleasant meal. Sure, the view out of the window could be better (you just get a view of the corner of the parking lot) but other than that I can't complain. Also, the service is really stand out - they always treat us very nice and check on us regularly. Shoutout to Pinky - she's super sweet and they've given us a little ice cream dessert when we've come on our birthdays. In a city with so many great food options this one stands out for me. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stopped by on 05/22 to have dinner. I had seen a video online the day before and…read morewhen I saw the food I knew we had to stop in! Let me tell you the food was even better than we imagined! I ordered a passion fruit iced tea to start and it was so delicious. I knew if I ordered one more I would've ordered them until closing time haha The service was great and the woman was extremely sweet when taking our order. The restaurant is very small and quiet, which we enjoyed because it felt like being in someone's home for dinner. There's a nice cabinet in the back with some family pictures and that was a genuine touch in my opinion. The true star of the show, however, were our chefs choice dishes. I ordered the crab curry noodles (Khao Soi) and my husband ordered beef brisket panang curry. We couldn't agree on who had the better dish because they were both so incredible. Mine was spicy, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Large amount of crab was included on top of how large the dish was fo begin with. Enough for me to take home and enjoy the next day. My husband's food beef was cooked to absolute perfection. The meat melted with each bite, we couldn't believe how tender it was. If you've debated on eating here, do it and don't hesitate! We have already selected our next meals for our second visit. Can't wait to come back and try more. I think we found our new favorite spot!
