My family and I like to come here during their holiday buffets like on Lunar New Year and New Year's Day. The table and chairs could be updated, but the ambiance is charming haha. The servers are typically kind, fast, and accommodating. When I leave to get more food, my area is already cleaned. The food is Chinese food with an elevated vibe. For instance, the fried crab claws are served on a scallop plate. Then they have a separate area for raw seafood which includes fresh oysters, crabs, and shrimp. If food is about to run out, they immediately grab more freshly cooked food from the back. I really enjoy their Cantonese style lobster. The lobster pulls out in one piece and the sauce is so savory. Then the dessert table is so pretty, but is not up to par compared to the main meals. For example, the cheesecake tasted overcooked since it felt rubbery and then the macarons had good feet, but was hallow inside. I have lived here for 12 years and it took me this long to finally get here! My visiting family wanted an ambiance experience and I knew this overlooked the Bellagio fountains, so we grabbed a reservation to go here on a Thursday night. As we entered you immediately felt special. The music was so nice and the table setting was spectacular with the napkins embroidery, fancy chop sticks and the glassware and plates. We all knew this was about to be special. We all ordered noodle dishes..Hub wanted the beef chow fun and when I asked about the Singapore vermicelli, I decided that is what I wanted and my family also wanted this dish. Three of us got a Tsingtao beer to enjoy the food with. Dishes arrived quite large, and most of us could not finish..I would suggest if you are a light eater, to share this and maybe an appetizer. We were a group of 8 and we reserved a nice table with a view of the fountains. The restaurant is beautiful and the decor is very elegant. You pay for the ambiance, that is undeniable. The view of the fountains can also depend on where your table is located and if you have people sitting in front of you. For our table, only half were facing towards the fountain and the other half had their backs to the fountains, which made viewing near impossible without completely twisting around. We ordered the Peking Duck for the table to share. The duck was good, we started with having the crispy skin and then we had the meat in a lettuce wrap. I think it was a good experience for a large table to share. We also got the egg rolls, and honestly they were just OK. Definitely nothing special and not worth the price. For my meal, I split the Kung Pao Chicken and the Chicken Chow Mein and both dishes were good. The Kung Pao had a nice flavor without being too spicy. There was a lot of leftovers so you can probably split dishes between 3 people at least. The service was top notch. They took care of all of our needs without us even having to ask. They even split the bill in various ways to help our group. If you really like Chinese food and are looking for a romantic spot to view the fountains, this is a decent choice. read more

A friend of mine made a reservation here for last night September 17th,2025. The reservation was for 5:30pm, he surprised me with two other people and we were waiting for them to arrive. They were running late due to traffic because of the storm so the host was kind enough to get us seated. They sat us at a table by the window and we could see the fountains absolutely beautiful! We ordered some hot tea and waited for our other guests to arrive. My friend stated that he had already ordered the peeking duck for the table and that we can order anything. Our other guests finally arrived and we all looked over the menu and decided we would do it family style, we ordered beef and broccoli, hot pot chicken, sea bass, scallops and lobster fried rice . We started with egg rolls as an appetizer and we all ordered soups as well sweet and sour and wonton and corn chowder, everyone love their soups. The peeking duck arrived after our appetizers and they carve it table side, they also cut up the rest in the back and make little lettuce wraps, that was my first time having duck and it was absolutely delicious. The entrees then came out after that everything was absolutely delicious. Cooked so well and great portions too. After everything was cleared they brought desert for our friend since it was his birthday, we also order some mochi for the table as well. Paul was our server and he was great he was attentive to our needs and made sure we had a wonderful experience. The view of the fountains from our seat was incredible, I have never eaten anywhere with such a view. As a Vegas local, even I was enjoying the Bellagio fountains for once. The waiters were very polite and accommodating, checking in frequently so there was no room to feel upset. I went with my family of four and ordered four main meals which was the perfect amount of food, perfect for sharing. If you order the Kung pow chicken, be aware that it comes with a lot of nuts so request without if that's not your thing. Jasmine is one of the fountain facing restaurants at the Bellagio. I've only been to one other restaurant (yellowtail) and the spaces are kind of similar. There is a very high chance that your table will not be waterfront. At yellow tail, we got lucky and sat on the patio outside. At Jasmine, we were seated near the back so we could only see the fountain shows by looking through the windows at the other end of the restaurant. Jasmine is located in the Bellagio, off of the casino. I think the flowers decorating the pillars at the entrance look kind of tacky, but this is known as an expensive Chinese restaurant. We were asked to wait a few minutes before being seated even though we had a reservation. Not a big deal, but it was a bit awkward just standing in the entryway. Once seated, I liked the fancy plates and table settings, but the plates were taken away when the food was served and replaced with regular plates. There was no drink menu. Only a wine menu. The server mentioned some cocktails but I would have liked to read a cocktail menu before deciding. There is quite the variety of dishes offered, and prices vary accordingly. You can order a single dish for like $400 or a plate of vegetables for like $20. This is upscale Chinese food prices, and the quality was good, but not good enough for the prices I think. Prices for soup are per bowl. Yes that means $17 for one small (individual sized bowl) of egg drop soup. We ordered the Mongolian beef, Kung Pao chicken, green beans and walnut shrimp. And 2 bowls of soup and 3 bowls of rice. Add a couple drinks and dinner will set you back $100 per person. It's nice that MGM offers comped meals and we had a $200 credit, but mannnn I don't think I'd come back without hotel dining credit. Service was relatively good. They checked on us and filled our waters. Plates were taken away when we had finished them. I think this place has more potential to make it worth the $100 per person price tag. I prefer some of the other restaurants on the strip when it comes to value and taste though. read more

The atmosphere is great. My fiance and I came with some family to celebrate my birthday and our bachelor/ bachelorette party. We had Paul as our waiter and he was so rude. He kept pushing us to order certain menu items and was very judgemental of my food restrictions (I can't eat fruit or vegetables due to my chronic illness) and he was appalled. I got a bowl of straight beef and it was not great. Flavor was lacking. We did get free dessert and champagne which we were very appreciative for. Coconut creme brulee was amazing. I came here for dinner on a Saturday night with three friends. Service was great. The environment and table settings were very elegant. Do you have the best view of the Bellagio fountain in the evening as well as the Eiffel Tower. There is a fancy bar at the entrance you can have a cocktail while you wait for your table. Yang Chow Fried Rice - egg, pork bits and shrimp were a good base to order other proteins. Szechuan Spicy Chicken - really good with garlic cloves, roasted chilli peppers (mildly spicy) and really spicy pieces of chili peppers (watch out). Sweet and Sour Pork - Staple dish to order with slices of onions, bell peppers and pineapple slices. Overall, a great price point for quality, location and service in the Bellagio. read more

Everyone was very nice. I thought the service was excellent. Kathy was our server. Ambience can't be beat. Service - top notch. The prices in many cases, however were outrageous. If that is a problem for you, you shouldn't come here. (I'm still reeling after the tomahawk steak at Carbone that was over $500. I can buy that exact cut of meat from Linz meat for about $35.) Prices here seem through the stratosphere. However, they do have some more reasonably priced items. This is a very nice restaurant and I was shocked at how people were coming in with shorts and flip-flops on. Eek! What has happened to class and decorum? I mean it's night time, people made reservations- I assume, and they choose to wear pajamas to a high-end Vegas eatery? What Capulets are these? Someone even brought in a dog which I just can't stand. Cute doggie, but I really don't wanna sit in someone else's dog dander. Ugh! I've noticed some of the other reviews mentioned the food's "blandness." I do think the food is rather bland. However, they do provide various sauces and spices to help with that. My group chuckled at me when I requested more vegetables for the fried rice. As if! And I was right. They were wrong. The fried rice looked like plain rice with a few chunks of rather dry pork in it. They really need to step up their fried rice game. At one point awful hip-hop music played along with the fountain show. Vibe killer! But other than that, the music was classy and listenable. But what a poor choice to play that kind of music in this restaurant in this place. Look at what's happening with the cruise ships that have decided hip-hop is OK. Disastrous. Your dinning room captain thinks that by suggesting the food , and portions, were incredible when in fact Frozen Food from the grocery store could out do your product. We kept our order simple so we can get to our show, Lemon Chicken ( Flavorless) ,Vegetable Fried Rice ( No char from the wok to give it that smokey flavor and FLAVORLESS) and then the Gristle ,Fatty Bbq Pork( Char Sui) if not for the spicy mustard the product would not have been palliative..... BUT THE FINAL TRAVESTY WERE THE $19 Micro (4) 3 inch Vegetable Egg Rolls.... These can not possibly be homemade... they taste , look, and the filling is synonymous with egg rolls SYSCO FOOD SELLS...... we didnt even finish our food but still tipped because your busboy/ waterboy was working and very hospitable. To sum up this horrible experience you , your staff and the Bellagio need to reassess your staff, Head Chef, and Menu! Jasmine at the Bellagio is nothing short of spectacular! This high-end, posh Chinese restaurant offers not only incredible food but gave me one of the most memorable dining atmospheres in Las Vegas. We were lucky enough to snag the center seat with a perfect view of the Bellagio fountains--truly a bucket list moment for me! I went in not expecting much from the food, but I was completely blown away. The Peking Duck was perfectly moist and flavorful, served with crepes just the way I like (you do have option for the buns as well). While I wish the cucumbers and green onions were a tad fresher, the overall dish was still fantastic. The highlight of the meal, though, was the Chicken Clay Pot. Our server recommended it, and wow--they were spot on. The aroma alone was enough to captivate us, but the rich, flavorful sauce and tender chicken made it unforgettable. We couldn't stop raving about it! The service was impeccable--attentive without being intrusive. I never had to ask for anything; the staff anticipated every need. Of course, what made the night all the more special was dining with elevated center view to the Bellagio fountain show. It's an experience I'll never forget. If I could return and have that same magical fountain view again, I absolutely would! Just a disclaimer for this review, I've only been here during the holiday brunch buffets and never the dinner service. However, I highly recommend coming here for the holiday buffets though because it's absolutely amazing. Last year was already pretty good, but this year, they somehow stepped it up and the food quality was even better (there was king crab this year)! The carving station at the holiday buffets is always the best. The crispy pork belly has such a crunchy skin with juicy fatty meat. The Peking Duck has a wonderful skin with tender meat and is something I would be happy ordering a la carte. The other best section would be the cold seafood section where they had king crab legs, abalone, oysters, and so much more super fresh seafood. The cooked foods are also delicious here. This year, they included some more traditional Chinese dishes and dim sum like stir fried pig trotters and braised chicken feet which I really enjoyed. They also had more approachable dim sum items like all your standard dumplings, pork spare ribs and rice noodles, steamed fish, and it was all very tasty. Usually dessert sections at buffets all feel the same, but the dessert section here was stunning. This year, all of the dessert were Christmas themed and unlike anything I'd seen at any other buffet. One of the worst Cantonese meals I've ever had. I'm sitting here still wondering how this place is charging premium prices for buffet-quality food. We ordered the Peking duck, and it was rushed out like fast food. The chef did a half-hearted carve job--completely messy and unappetizing. The scallions looked like they were cut hours ago. The fried rice? Incredibly bland. I tried adding soy sauce, which somehow made it worse. The tofu dish was a disaster--soggy fried skin with mushy bok choy that tasted like it had been boiled to death. Service was bare and practically non-existent. Now, the only thing worth mentioning: the ambience. It's genuinely beautiful. But for these prices? I'd rather eat a hamburger off the street--no joke. This isn't refined Cantonese cuisine. One of those 'just ok' eating experiences with great decorum and views. Located in the Bellagio with views of the famous Bellagio fountains, Jasmine exudes class and refinement and it's a place where you feel like you should be dressed up. That characterization carries over to the food presentation which was in a word, pretty. We ordered the calamari, lobster fried rice, Szechuan shrimp and Hunan chicken. It was my birthday so they also brought a dessert that was unlike anything I'd ever seen or had. Please see the photo because it's hard to describe in terms of looks and taste. Different is the best word I have. The calamari was in chunks which was different from how I usually have it but good nonetheless. Almost like it was sliced from a humongous squid. The lobster fried rice was good with a decent amount of nice chunks of lobster but I wish the rice was more flavorful. Both the Hunan chicken and Szechuan shrimp were good and the portion sizes were actually perfect for folks that couldn't take away leftovers...we had no way to reheat the food in our room. So we were able to finish everything and not feel overly stuffed. It was the right amount. I did get a cocktail but I forget what it was called. I believe it had watermelon as an ingredient and it was spicy. Hard to explain, it was different, but good. Service was good and felt professional....that word seems to fit this place overall as well. Oh, I forgot to mention pricing. My first time dining at Jasmine and everything was delicious! The view of the fountains is also quite impeccable. Ordered the cucumbers and spicy wontons to start. Both were delicious. The spicy wontons definitely have a kick to them, but were quite tasty. The bottle of Sancerre we ordered was delicious as well and paired perfectly with our meal. Had to order the Peking Duck here since I had heard so many great reviews about it. I would rate it a 10/10!! The table side carving to the way it was presented on our table, to the surprise lettuce cups with the remaining pieces of the duck, what a GREAT experience! The Yangzhou fried rice was very lightly flavored but was perfect with a little hot sauce. Service was excellent as well and our server was so funny! Can't wait to come back. read more

It's a very beautiful restaurant with all their butterflies! We didn't have to wait that long and were seated, which by the way was amazing ! We could see the lake fountain up close! As we sat down we were warmly greeted by David H. David was so polite, down to earth, warm, sweet, kind, caring, friendly, very sincere and genuine. He asked us if we had any questions about the dishes, which we did and explained in great detail very kind of him. We ordered egg rolls as an appetizer, the main courses: Lemon chicken, sweet & sour pork, chicken chow mein with 4 rice cups and 1 chef soup for the day (which winter melon with Pork) which was also so flavorful & delicious. Their portions sizes were spot on & also with the freshness of all of their dishes!! All were tremendously delicious, super flavorful, and down right fantastic!! Their price points are spot on! David always made sure are drinks were full, we didn't have to ask him! He was super tentative to the point I as him bending a bit to hear us better so sweet! He is your Golden Shiny Star!! As for dessert we got a Bamboo Green tea, lychee and black sesame, was absolutely amazing!! Just great representation color as well as the delicious taste! We had a lovely time here with family! We've been twice. The first time we were pretty impressed. This most recent time was not good. First meal, we had potstickers, Mongolian beef and my favorite, mapo tofu (I don't see that on the current menu). Everything was good and we loved the views of course. Our last visit, we again had the potsickers (good) and the Mongolian beef (good), but we did the lobster, which you can get prepared two ways. Our waiter immediately recommended the fried preparation. That was a mistake. What arrived was a pile of deep fried whole lobster parts - at least, I believe that's what it was. Very hard to eat because you couldn't see from the breading where the meat was. Our server brought over a lobster cracker but we weren't sure how that would help. Maybe we just didn't know how to eat it? But we ended up just leaving it alone. And it was $198. Absolutely not worth it. We also had the walnut prawns, which were very standard - you can get this exact same dish in any strip mall in America. The service is good but they hover. At any given moment we had at least one and usually two servers staring at us intently just out of arms reach from our table. It's weird and it was like that both times. If you like that sort of thing, you're in luck here. This isn't awful food, but our meal was $400 and we didn't finish anything except the potstickers. We won't be coming back. read more
