Jasmine exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The views are absolutely stunning, the indoor décor is elegant and beautiful, and the service great![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was incredible. Every dish was packed with unbelievable flavor, and you could really tell how much care went into each plate. What impressed me the most was that the chef customized a dish based on exactly what I was craving. They went above and beyond to make the experience feel personal, and it turned out to be one of the best meals I've had. I could go on and on about how amazing everything was. If you're visiting the Bellagio, Jasmine is an absolute must. I'll definitely be back

Still a really good experience the quality of the food is top tier fresh hot and delicious! I'm pretty sure we had the same server from last time and again he was amazing! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's kinda dark but super romantic![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Again we enjoyed our time here!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant and view was absolutely breathtaking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was wonderful as well. We ordered scallops, fried rice, beef broccoli, orange chicken, pot stickers and a few other dishes. Everything we ordered was great. We really enjoyed the Scallops. I would definitely go back to Jasmine next time I am in Vegas. The overall experience was a 10/10.

My family and I like to come here during their holiday buffets like on Lunar New Year and New Year's Day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The table and chairs could be updated, but the ambiance is charming haha.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The servers are typically kind, fast, and accommodating. When I leave to get more food, my area is already cleaned. The food is Chinese food with an elevated vibe. For instance, the fried crab claws are served on a scallop plate. Then they have a separate area for raw seafood which includes fresh oysters, crabs, and shrimp. If food is about to run out, they immediately grab more freshly cooked food from the back. I really enjoy their Cantonese style lobster. The lobster pulls out in one piece and the sauce is so savory. Then the dessert table is so pretty, but is not up to par compared to the main meals. For example, the cheesecake tasted overcooked since it felt rubbery and then the macarons had good feet, but was hallow inside. I did enjoy the chocolate strawberries and yuzu profiterole though!

I have lived here for 12 years and it took me this long to finally get here! [[HIGHLIGHT]]My visiting family wanted an ambiance experience and I knew this overlooked the Bellagio fountains, so we grabbed a reservation to go here on a Thursday night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As we entered you immediately felt special. The music was so nice and the table setting was spectacular with the napkins embroidery, fancy chop sticks and the glassware and plates[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. We all knew this was about to be special. We all ordered noodle dishes..Hub wanted the beef chow fun and when I asked about the Singapore vermicelli, I decided that is what I wanted and my family also wanted this dish. Three of us got a Tsingtao beer to enjoy the food with. Dishes arrived quite large, and most of us could not finish..I would suggest if you are a light eater, to share this and maybe an appetizer. We will be back, because it was a marvelous experience!

The food, the service, the ambience is superb! The Chilean seabasss was delicious, the beef tenderloin was soft and tender. The prawns with walnuts, the beef noodles, the crab and corn soup, crispy seabass, beef noodles, lobster egg rolls, pumpkin in salted eggs, the dessert platters were all delicious!

The food is amazing. The service is impeccable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is wonderful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As your dining you can look out to views of the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas and surrounding water. You can also catch the water show[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].

[[HIGHLIGHT]]One of those 'just ok' eating experiences with great decorum and views.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Located in the Bellagio with views of the famous Bellagio fountains, Jasmine exudes class and refinement and it's a place where you feel like you should be dressed up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That characterization carries over to the food presentation which was in a word, pretty. We ordered the calamari, lobster fried rice, Szechuan shrimp and Hunan chicken. It was my birthday so they also brought a dessert that was unlike anything I'd ever seen or had. Please see the photo because it's hard to describe in terms of looks and taste. Different is the best word I have. The calamari was in chunks which was different from how I usually have it but good nonetheless. Almost like it was sliced from a humongous squid. The lobster fried rice was good with a decent amount of nice chunks of lobster but I wish the rice was more flavorful. Both the Hunan chicken and Szechuan shrimp were good and the portion sizes were actually perfect for folks that couldn't take away leftovers...we had no way to reheat the food in our room. So we were able to finish everything and not feel overly stuffed. It was the right amount. I did get a cocktail but I forget what it was called. I believe it had watermelon as an ingredient and it was spicy. Hard to explain, it was different, but good. Service was good and felt professional....that word seems to fit this place overall as well. Oh, I forgot to mention pricing. Well, this is Vegas and these days food is overpriced everywhere and this place is no different. Be prepared for a big bill.

A friend of mine made a reservation here for last night September 17th,2025. The reservation was for 5:30pm, he surprised me with two other people and we were waiting for them to arrive. They were running late due to traffic because of the storm so the host was kind enough to get us seated. They sat us at a table by the window and we could see the fountains absolutely beautiful! We ordered some hot tea and waited for our other guests to arrive. My friend stated that he had already ordered the peeking duck for the table and that we can order anything. Our other guests finally arrived and we all looked over the menu and decided we would do it family style, we ordered beef and broccoli, hot pot chicken, sea bass, scallops and lobster fried rice . We started with egg rolls as an appetizer and we all ordered soups as well sweet and sour and wonton and corn chowder, everyone love their soups. The peeking duck arrived after our appetizers and they carve it table side, they also cut up the rest in the back and make little lettuce wraps, that was my first time having duck and it was absolutely delicious. The entrees then came out after that everything was absolutely delicious. Cooked so well and great portions too. After everything was cleared they brought desert for our friend since it was his birthday, we also order some mochi for the table as well. Paul was our server and he was great he was attentive to our needs and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Paul and Jasmine for a wonderful dinner, I'm so happy I finally came I'm a local and have always wanted to dine here, so glad I finally did!

Dining at Jasmine inside the Bellagio was an unforgettable experience that perfectly combined exquisite Cantonese cuisine with the drama and beauty of the Bellagio fountains. From the moment I walked in, I was taken by how stunning the space is, graceful, romantic, and filled with light. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls look directly out onto the fountains, making it one of the most beautiful settings I've ever dined in. The décor is refined yet inviting, with golden butterfly wallpaper, sparkling chandeliers, and vibrant floral arrangements that fill the room with color and warmth. It's easy to see why Jasmine is often described as one of the most elegant Chinese restaurants in the country. The entire atmosphere feels luxurious without being pretentious, just pure, timeless charm. The service impressed me from start to finish. Our servers were polished, friendly, and genuinely attentive, striking that perfect balance of professionalism and approachability. They guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations that made the experience feel even more personal. We started with a couple of cocktails, both beautifully crafted. The "Lychee Rose", made with rose infused vodka, lychee liqueur, and lychee purée, was light, fragrant, and a little bit magical. The "Crimson Phoenix", made with SelvaRey white rum, Luxardo Maraschino, hibiscus syrup, ginger beer, and lime, was equally lovely, refreshing with just the right floral note. The menu blends Cantonese, Szechuan, and Hunan influences, offering a mix of familiar and adventurous dishes. We began with the "Crushed Cucumber Salad" dressed in Taiwanese soy sauce and black vinegar, it was crisp, bright, and full of flavor. I was a bit disappointed that they were out of the seafood dim sum platter, but that gives me the perfect excuse to come back. For our mains, we ordered the "Szechuan Shrimp" with dry chili peppers and red onions, which was bold and perfectly spiced, and the "Crispy Honey Sea Bass" with basil and red bell peppers, an absolute standout. The fish was tender and sweet, with a delicate crunch that made every bite heavenly. A side of "Vegetable Chow Mein" complemented everything wonderfully, simple, fresh, and delicious. Overall, dinner at Jasmine was an exceptional experience, sophisticated yet approachable, with every detail carefully crafted. Between the breathtaking view, impeccable service, and truly memorable food, it's a place I'll be returning to again and again.

Wonderful restaurant. 1st time trying them out and the food and service was wonderful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walking into the room for my 1st time this a beautiful space right on the Bellagio hotel lake.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also as a single diner really appreciate they take reservations for a single person. Getting really annoyed at places I use to be able to get a single reservation that don't accept them or even when you send a written inquiry say they can't help when tables for 2 are available or don't even have the courtesy to reply. I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip

There were several dishes where the ingredients seemed to compete rather than complement each other. The mochi ducklings were adorable and perfect for photos, but the filling wasn't particularly memorable. The lightly sweet-yet-savory flavor combined with the chestnut crunch was actually a little off-putting. For a meat-filled mochi, I expected something more distinctly savory. The rainbow shrimp crepes were another visual standout, but the rice roll itself was too thick and not as soft or flavorful as I would have liked. The colorful bands looked interesting, but whatever vegetable or herb mixture was used had such a strong flavor that it overwhelmed the shrimp and sauce. The shrimp ended up feeling like an afterthought. The coconut pudding was also gorgeous, but the texture was surprisingly firm--closer to agar than a soft, creamy pudding. I've had much better versions elsewhere. The lobster dumplings were good, although I wish they had been served with a plate. They arrived in the bamboo steamer directly on the table, and after pumping the butter into the dumplings, it ended up running all over the table. The fried tofu was probably the safest choice and enjoyable. The fried bass was good as well, except for the peppercorn seasoning. I was expecting more of a classic salt-and-pepper flavor, but the Sichuan-style zing felt out of place to me. One small but important operational suggestion: they should replace the black credit card holders. The card blends into the holder so well that it's incredibly easy to overlook. I actually left my credit card behind because I couldn't see it in the holder. A contrasting color or different design would probably prevent a lot of forgotten cards. Overall, it was an interesting experience with beautiful presentation and some very creative ideas, but for me, the visuals were stronger than the flavors. I'm glad I tried it, but it probably isn't somewhere I'd return to.

I ordered chicken dumplings with ginger essence, har now (shrimp dumplings), siu mai (shrimp and pork dumplings), egg and shrimp egg rolls (I love these), and a special scallop siu mai with truffle. Everything arrived steaming and there were plenty of dipping options. These egg rolls are filled with shrimp and scrambled egg which I just love and find very unique. It does skew a bit more on the pricey side but I think you're paying for the name as well as the high quality ingredients. Recommended.

The prices are slightly higher than KJ and PPP. Love the radish cake, the HK style desserts, and surprisingly the drinks are delicious.
