EXCELLENT FOOD & EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! This will be a restaurant we visit regularly in Las Vegas. The Red Plate is elegant and beautiful. They are only open Thursday through Sunday so you best make reservations. We were able to get in last minute because someone didn't confirm their visit and wait time expired. I just want to tell them thank you ! Everything was perfect. We needed help with the menu and Ben was the man for the job. He was EXCELLENT! He brought out a special tea to welcome us to the restaurant. He explained everything to us . I needed a sweet drink which they don't have but the bartender came through and maybe they can make it a new cocktail with my name. I have photos of everything so start drooling ! I don't eat rice often and I left none in the bowl. Wontons came with their special made sweet and sour sauce. We order a second serving of wontons to get the sauce. The Tofu was so amazing! Crispy crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Yes yes yes! The scallops are nuge and served with veggies ! The soft shell crabs were the best we have ever had and my husband is from New Orleans. I am from Alabama but I know seafood. It was my husband's birthday so Ben surprised us with some delicious dessert! This was the icing on the cake! You are going to love this restaurant and tell Ben hello and see ya soon for me! Thank you Red Plate for an exceptional dining experience! You deserve more than 5

This place is absolutely beautiful!! The food is by far some of the best Asian food we've ever eaten!!! And the service was first class, Ben our waitress was great, we'll make sure we ask for him on our next visit!! Thank you so much Ben for the wonderful service!! See you soon!!!!! FYI:We did order quite a bit more, but I forgot to take a picture.

I had an amazing experience! The quality of their ingredients is very rich in flavoring. The servers are very attentive and kind. The GM Jason Ming, you can see that he's very passionate and professional in the hospitality industry. His staffs are very well trained and knowledgeable. Good job Jason Ming! We will hope to see you again soon!

Amazing service!! The staff here are so attentive and very helpful. I was in a party of 5 and the wait staff was so helpful to our table. They recommend what to order based off our food interests and never let our waters get half emptied as they were always close by to refill our glasses. If we had any questions about the menu they were there to assist us. This place had yummy food options and I loved it was family style! I would definitely come back to Red Table.

My dinning experience at Red Plate was top notch and the service five stars. The crab was out of this world and super fresh served tableside for viewing. The other dishes were all very tasty that I had and Drinks Ace as well were amazing .

I am shocked I never knew about Red Plate throughout the years of visiting Vegas. Recently learned of this establishment and wanted to try. I assumed it was new but they've been around since 2018! It's located on the 3rd floor of Cosmo and between Scarpetta and Beauty and Essex. The restaurant is visually stunning; embellished with elegant decor and furniture that exude warmth and charm. While the bar area is somewhat compact, sitting around 4-5 seats, I don't see it as the type of place where guests would gather solely at the bar. Instead, it strikes me as more of a family-style restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu! They serve elevated, classic Chinese dishes. I must admit, I'm a sucker for caviar so when I saw the Caviar Taro Puff on the menu, it was the first item I ordered and I suggest you try! Many of the main dishes offer tableside service. I believe the tableside service enhances the overall experience because it adds intimacy and ensures that all guests feel well taken care of. The staff are incredibly informative, friendly and entertaining! I've learned a lot of new things during dinner, from fascinating facts about the food to insights into the process and culture. I absolutely recommend trying the duck, but remember to place your order in advance-- I think it's 24 hours ahead. The lobster was fantastic, incredibly meaty! I also indulged in some spot prawns, but I requested for them to be served sashimi style because I simply LOVE spot prawn sashimi. They also offer the option wok fry the head for you in their XO sauce, and let me tell you, it was phenomenal! I wish I had ordered more of that. We tried a few other dishes, but I wanted to highlight just a few. I'm already eager to return and explore more of their menu offerings! Also, their handcrafted drinks were absolutely delightful, especially their signature drink with baiju--it certainly packs a punch, so be prepared!

Checked out this place on a business trip. The pecking duck and the soft shell crab was the best I've ever had! What a gem this place is! Great food, service and ambiance! Will be coming back for more.

Where do I begin? This was a nice surprise. I'm not a big fan of high-end Chinese food. Most of what I tried was more Americanized. Red Plate, on the other hand, I can say is authentic Chinese food. The staff is hospitable, professional, and attentive. I was so hungry, forgot to take photos of the food. Beautiful traditional Chinese decor. We had the room in the back. Remind me of those Hong Kong triad movies where they block a section of the restaurant for a meeting. Accept, the section was super tight and sections off using curtains. Would've preferred a room. Just got super cozy after a while. ****Let's dive into the food**** Prime beef Filet Mignon::: Filet Mignon was so tender! The dish is a must-try. Taste similar to Vietnamese Filet Mignon except they added mushrooms in the sauce. Braised Lamb Szechuan::: Slightly spicy. Lamb was not gamy to my surprise. Love the thickness of the gravy paired well with white rice. Ginger Scallon Lobster::: Standard. Cook just right. Steam fish::: Love the fish! The sauce is slightly sweet, smooth, and savory. Garlic snow peas stir-fry::: Standard Whole Peking Duck::: I see why it's $118. The best Peking duck I've had so far. I'm from California so, I know Peking Duck. Beautiful presentation. The server filet the duck skin and then wrapped it in a Mandarin pancake. Stuff with spring onion hoisin sauce. Chef's kiss! ***Keep in mind, there wasn't much duck meat left over. Surprised they had this pork jowl stirfry. Not sure if it was a seasonal dish. it's usually available in Korean BBQ restaurants. But, if you like the texture. This dish is highly recommended! The food was amazing. The only thing I would've changed is getting the white rice at the beginning of the meal. PRO TIP::: If you are a rice person. Ask for white rice in the beginning. All and all, highly recommended! ~Cheers!~

I stopped by with a friend on a Sunday evening without a reservation and I was blown away by the impromptu visit... When you step in, it's China inspired contemporary decor all around. The staff is immaculately dressed in professional suits. The lighting is dim but functional. Dark glass everywhere and the open dining area is spotless. We sampled the dishes below and they were all fantastic. King Crab Spring Roll - Perfect light app to get you started. BBQ Iberic Pork - Flavorful juicy. Black Truffle Xiao Lung Bao - Savory broth and just the perfect amount of complimenting truffle. Beef Fried Rice with Black Truffle and Egg - The rice that eats like a meal. Chinese Broccoli with Dried Flounder - The perfect vegetable side. Prime Beef Filet Mignon with King Mushroom - Absolutely delicious. A must try and I'll be ordering again. This hidden gem definitely provided my best Chinese dinner so far this year. I'll be back for nights out as well as then the business vendors are paying. Major shout out to Lawrence and Nicco who took care of throughout our dishes. Their professionalism and service was next level. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Cheers!

Come eat here if you want to be CHEATED AND SICK! I've been coming to Vegas for years and every time I try to stay at the cosmopolitan. I have never had the chance to dine at Red plate due to their availability or never open the days I'm in town. Finally was able to go, here's my experience; Very friendly and attentive staff. Here was the first sign to leave was when they kept telling my bf to read the menu because some of the menu was in Chinese. HE IS VIETNAMESE!! not the same language. Anyways, forward to our entrées. The order: The duck (which my bf has ordered earlier in the day). Reminder: you have to pre-order. The SKIN was crispy 4/5. I'm sad that you get NO meat. They take the duck away and if you want it, you have to pay more. Like what?!? If you want an amazing ENTIRE DUCK, go to Komodo at the Fountainbleu. You get to eat the entire duck, and it's been one of the best ducks ever. Oh yeah, and you get to actually eat the meat!! Next plate was lamb chops: Ordered what was on the menu, then waiter came out saying they had an off menu style of lamb chops. Which we opted for, not bad. 3/5. Nothing special about these lamb chops, but also not bad. Good to order if you need your lamb fix. Also, this off the menu item happened to be twice the price as the listed one on the menu. Plate of fried rice: Their fried rice was nothing special in my opinion. For $100 for the plate, NOT worth it. It was literally a side bowl of plain/ unflavored rice with masago on top. Last plate, ordered the COD fish; It was a steamed fish in sauce. Tasty 3/5 for my liking. My bf is Asian and he thought it was 4/5. Not bad! This is where the service went bad, they failed to tell us the price of the fish was $150 per pound! They just came out and said it was 3 lbs. the fish was not worth the market price. (Order at your own risk). We each had 1 drink. Drink selection was very poor. Not a lot of drinks were available. The ambience was quiet, 3/4 of the restaurant was empty. Should have taken it as a sign to leave! We left feeling cheated of not knowing the pricing before hand, but we paid because we ordered and it's "fine dining". Just disappointed that we've had been wanting to try this place just to be disappointed, robbed and lied to. And lastly, after dinner I was SICK which ruined the rest of my 4th of July! In conclusion, come eat here if you want to be robbed and cheated from a good meal. I wish I had read reviews before going here. There's way better options out there. Never again Red plate, never again!

The decor is beautiful and modern with subtle traditional touches, and the private room gave us the perfect space to enjoy a family-style meal without feeling rushed or crowded. Our waitress Cherry was fantastic. She was attentive, warm, and made sure everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. She checked in at just the right moments and helped keep the meal paced perfectly for sharing. The food was outstanding. Every dish we ordered was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. It's the kind of place where each plate comes out and everyone immediately wants to try it. Perfect for family-style dining, because you'll want a little bit of everything. Another huge bonus: free parking and an off-Strip location, which makes it so much easier and more enjoyable than dealing with casino traffic. For the quality of food and the experience, the pricing was very reasonable for five people, especially considering how much we ordered. Overall, Spring by China Mama delivered great service, great atmosphere, and phenomenal food. If you're looking for a place to share amazing Chinese dishes with friends or family in a comfortable, beautifully designed setting, this spot is absolutely worth visiting. We'll definitely be back and hopefully seated with Cherry again.
