    butcher's feast

We went here to celebrate seeing BTS in Vegas! It was easy to get reservations and we were seated promptly upon arriving. The hostesses were so kind! First impressions; great ambience and seating! The music is soooo loud though so it was difficult to hear/talk to the servers and each other over the music that was blasting. We were seated next to the bar. We ordered the Butcher's Feast ($88.88 per person), which is actually a great deal in my opinion for the cuts of meat and all the sides we got. We requested for the meat to be cooked medium rare and it was so tender! My favorite cut of meat was the desert steak/marinated steak. It was AMAZING! There were sooo many sides as well. The egg souffle was great and the soups were amazing. My favorite side was the green onion salad. We also ordered the bibimbap as an addition, but that one I definitely could have skipped. The ice cream with the soy sauce caramel was delicious. Minus 1 star because we had asked for them to pack the food to go since we were not able to even make a dent in the soups, souffle and bibimbap, which they did kindly, however when we got back to the hotel, the bag did not have the soups or the souffle in them i was so sad lol. I did leave my camera there on accident and they called me while i was halfway to my hotel already to let me know. They coordinated a time for me to pick up the next day and i was able to pick it up :) and they charged it for me Will definitely come back here next time i'm in vegas!

This was a superior and elevated Korean barbecue experience. We opted in for the feast of USDA prime and American Wagyu beef and received four cuts of meat plus we added the 1 oz of Japanese A5 Wagyu. The Japanese A5 Wagyu was delicious although I'm not sure it was worth $32 per person. It was fun watching the server cook the food on the grill in front of us while using the beef tallow and a particular amount of salt. The sides of pickled vegetables were crisp and a great accompaniment to the rich cuts of beef. This was plenty of food although at first I questioned if we would be full. It stacks up pretty quickly. The service is literally all hands on deck. There are a plethora of people dedicated to cooking the food and servicing your table all night. The kimchi paella was a standout dish and a great recommendation from our server. We topped it off with a vanilla soft serve, which I wasn't super excited about because it sounded kind of boring but the soy sauce caramel really made it. I also asked for a coffee with cream and they do not serve coffee. We made it work with a shot of espresso and a little bit of soft serve for an affogato! Overall it was a superb experience.

Service here is top tier, probably the best I've had in the States as someone who eats out very often. If it weren't for the service, I'd have given this place 3 stars based on the food alone. As a party of two, we got the butcher's feast with an additional A5 Japanese wagyu. I was pretty disappointed with the meat quality, banchans, and the other dishes that came with it. The meat had a good texture, and the A5 did melt in your mouth. However, they all lacked beef flavor. The banchans were very standard too, and nothing really stood out. The two soups (kimchi and soybean) that came with the meal were also bad. The kimchi soup lacked kimchi flavor, while the soybean soup just tasted like salted water. The steamed egg was sooooo bland, like they forgot to season it. The best part of the meal was actually their complimentary beef broth, but for a steakhouse, I'd expect more.

Reservations are required unless you're lucky .... Vegas style . The service from the hostess , to the servers were amazing . They are very down to earth and we had great conversations with all our servers. The smell of Korean bbq ..... there is and was none ! The vents are right in the grill , so no smoke , no smell. The great thing was that the servers do everything and they checked up on us constantly. The duration of the meal took about two hours .... No rush , no need to cook our food ... they cooked the meat and served it to us .... Loved that for us a chance to talk and enjoy our meal. The meat was delicious! The sides were amazing and refillable throughout. We got free dessert ice cream with the meal and a bowl of exotic fruit. Prices are reasonable for a Vegas restaurant ...we were very pleasantly pleased with the price and the amount of food we got . Note there is a love DJ and it's like a low volume club with Korean bbq.... Families are welcomed.

After a long day and drive from LA I appreciated the club feel of COTE. No better way to get you into the Vegas mood. Cocktail game here is strong. Almost a little strange how they herd you to the bar before they herd you to a table that was empty when you walked in. It is a considerable amount of food if you order the butcher's feast. The amount of food is significant. The steamed egg here is the streamed egg of my dreams where it was like a runny scrambled egg while also soufflé-y. Banchan and jiggaes were all solid. I think I enjoyed the soybean stew the most. The servers here are a well-oiled machine. Shout out to Brenda for taking care of us. They are on point and can remember how every person at the table likes their proteins cooked while chatting with you the entire time. More impressive when it's a table of 8 and each person likes it cooked a different way. We added on the Caesar salad, Chilean sea bass and the Japanese tennderloin (which ate like beef butter). Ventilation is tremendous here. It does not smell like a traditional KBBQ at all and you don't leave smelling like eau de beouf. Solid meal and would be happy to return.

Overall? What separates this place from most Korean BBQ spots is simple. The meat. It's that good and worth the visit on its own. No heavy marinades, no sauce crutches, just high-quality cuts with real, distinct flavor. The grill work was precise, the banchan supported without getting in the way, and the whole experience moved smoothly from start to finish. Add in attentive service and a dark, moody interior that leans fully into Vegas, and it all feels intentional. This is Korean BBQ focused on what actually matters, done at a high level Parking? Garage (paid, no validation from restaurant) We got: Butcher's Feast (5/5): If you go, this is the order. It's not just a meal, it's the experience. Your server acts as your guide, walking you through each cut and handling the cooking so everything lands exactly where it should. No guesswork, no overcooking, just consistent, dialed in execution The meat is the centerpiece, and it delivers. Clean, high quality cuts with nothing to hide behind, paired with banchan that builds the meal without distracting from it. Each course flows naturally and keeps you engaged We added the Japanese A5 Wagyu. Worth trying once. It's incredibly delicate, almost too light and airy for my taste, but still one of those things you try to understand what the hype is about

Ok so first shoutout has to go to our waiter Valentino. Attentive, charming and literally at your service. We wanted for nothing. Cote is a Korean BBQ Michelin starred restaurant in the Venetian in Las Vegas. Like the one in NYC, the food is unparalleled for beef. We had the Butcher's Feast and it was not only outstanding in terms of the quality of beef (we did add the Japanese A5 wagyu as an extra) but price as well considering everything in Vegas is so expensive nowadays. The accompaniments to the beef were Korean banchan ranging from Namul to kimchi. In addition you got steamed egg as well as 2 choices of stews. Live DJ playing music but it's not so loud that you can't have a conversation. Gorgeously laid out restaurant with most tables being booths to allow for the hot plates. Make a reservation but this place is worth the trip

Finally got to try this place after years of trying to get into their NYC location. Booked a reservation about a week in advance and was able to snag a 5:15pm dinner spot. Upon checking in we were routed to the bar where the bartender took drink orders as we waited for them to set up the table. We were shown to the table after about 5 minutes, you can tell the staff here is incredibly well trained and professional. Food There was four of us so we ordered the butchers feast which came with USDA Prime Dry-aged ribeye, hanger steak, Cote Galbi and American Wagyu flatiron. All the meat options were very good quality and juicy. The server cooked all the meat to the perfect temperature. The butchers feast comes with a bunch of banchans and unlimited soups, since we had 4 people I ordered 2 of each soup. All the sides/soups were pretty good and paired really well with the meal. Service Cote's service is what really separates fancy restaurants from being in the same tier as them. Our server was knowledgeable and paired our meats according to our palates. The team cooked all the meat for us and made sure it was to the perfect temperature. Water refills and empty plate clearing were on point the whole night. Our sommelier Austin gave us great recommendations for 2 bottles of wine that paired really well with the meal. At the end of our meal he gave us a tour of the wine cellar and what an awesome experience.

Finally was able to get a reservation here and the wait was well worth it . Reservation was about a month and a half out but I used resy to book it . The restaurant is beautiful and the service is perfect . Celebrated my birthday here and the staff was very alert . The food was incredible as well . Ended up doing the butchers feast . It included 8 ounces of beef and a bunch of sides . Lots of food and you will not be hungry at the end of it . Highly recommend this spot

Eh. The experience of the club themed restaurant was cool, drinks were really good, service was also good and attentive to the tender and flavorful steaks cooking on the grill, but if you're looking for authentic KBBQ, go to Hobak Korean BBQ on Spring Mountain Rd. Something about the side dishes other than the pickled and fermented items was just off.

What an incredible experience! We were greeted by our head waiter Ronald (Ron) and assistant server Oscar. They were both very friendly and conversational as they continually checked on the grill. I was relieved we weren't in charge of cooking, they did a fantastic job. The manager also stopped by to check and make sure we had everything we needed. Ambiance was upscale but the service was personable, not at all stiff as some higher end places can be. We got the Butcher's Feast, which was the perfect option for Korean BBQ novices like us. We got to try everything including 4 cuts of meat and all the sides to go with it. Both Ron and Oscar had greats recs on what went well together. The scallion salad and ssam-jang with the marinated kalbi on a perilla leaf was one of my favorite combos! I cannot recommend this place enough, whether you are a Korean BBQ newbie or seasoned vet, this is an incredible experience. I will definitely be finding my way back here in the near future!

This is an amazing dining experience. But even by Vegas standards, it's expensive. Our service team was phenomenal and did a great job of guiding us through the mountains of food. If you can afford to bite the bullet, you just might have the best piece of meat you've ever tasted. I did.

I had an amazing experience at Cote! We had a reservation for party of 9 on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. Their website only allows you to make reservations for up to a party of 7 so if you have a bigger party, it's best to call for a reservation. We ordered the butcher's feast for our whole party which came with four different cuts of meat, egg soufflé, spicy kimchi stew, scallion salad, and a variety of pickled ban-chans. Service was phenomenal! Each piece of meat was carefully cooked and served directly onto each person's plate, our ban-chans and salad were regularly refilled, and our water was always topped off. The amount of food is enough to leave you feeling satisfied and not too full. At the end, they give you vanilla soft serve which was perfect to help balance out the fattiness from the meat. The inside of the restaurant gives off a dark, sleek, and modern feel. It's perfect for date night or a fun night out with friends.

I was so impressed by how efficient, courteous, and professional he was while running around in such a crazy environment. The entire staff is working so hard during this BTS run-I seriously hope management is giving them some sort of holiday pay for this! LOL As for the rest of the experience, expect a wait. We waited about 2 hours, but the friendly staff made the time pass a bit easier. The Arirang menu was super cute and a lot of fun, and the souvenir card was a great touch. We got the large combo and most of the food was pretty good, except for the bulgogi at the very end, which was way too salty to finish. The only other bummer was the ventilation at our table. It wasn't working the best, so I left the restaurant with really stingy, watery eyes. Overall, it's a bit of a mixed bag with the smoke and the salty bulgogi, but the fun BTS perks and John's incredible service made it worth the trip. Thank you, John!!

The walls are decorated with previous visits by well know people. I'm so used to AYCE so it's a nice change for someone to cook your order. Even with a la carte, we had plenty of leftovers for two. The wait can be long at times so I would come here when it's off peak. Solid option if you're looking for good quality KBBQ.

I went here close to 11 am and noticed not all the stalls were opened quite yet. Lots of Asian food such as poke, curry, ramen, and even a small market with onigiri. This was the perfect spot for an indecisive morning. After the stall opened, I tried the bulgogi fries and and my girlfriend grabbed some musubi from another stall. It was a nice little brunch given the variety of options. It was also a decently spacious area with plenty of seating that arranged all group sizes. Parking was plenty as well.

The main eating spot was super clean, and there were many food options from Japanese to Korean. We ordered a black garlic ramen bowl from Neko Ramen, some pre-made sushi rolls, and a gyudon rice bowl from Curry-Ya. All were huge portions, reasonably priced, tasted amazing, and the food came out quickly. The staff was super friendly, and after we were done with our meals, the busser had stopped by promptly to pick up our trays. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience here, and I will definitely be back in the future for a quick stop for lunch or dinner where we want many food options. Highly recommend!
