COTE Vegas was the best Korean BBQ food and experience I've had so far. The ambiance is gorgeous, atmosphere is lively, and service was amazing. Everyone was genuinely friendly and very helpful. Multiple servers offered to take pictures for us, and even pulled their own phone flashlights out to make sure the lighting was good. We ordered the $95 per person Vegas Butcher's Feast, which comes with four cuts of USDA Prime and American Wagyu beef, banchan, scallion salad, red-leaf lettuce, savory egg soufflé, two stews with rice, and vanilla soft serve. It was the perfect amount of food. I left completely full, but still had just enough room for dessert. Every cut of beef was especially tender and cooked exactly to the medium rare we requested. The savory egg soufflé was a favorite: warm, light, fluffy, and flavorful. We were also served three varieties of kimchi or pickled vegetables. My favorite was a stack of dark marinated leaves which I've never been served before at KBBQ. I wish I remembered what they were called, because they were delicious. The spicy kimchi stew and savory doenjang stew made the meal feel especially complete, and the vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel was a strong ending. The soy sauce added a layer of salty depth without making the dessert taste unusual. I also ordered the lychee martini, which was refreshing and went well with the meal. COTE combines the fun and variety of Korean BBQ with the polished atmosphere and service of an upscale steakhouse. At $95 per person, the amount of food, quality of the meat, ambiance, and exceptional service made it feel worth the price. I would absolutely return to COTE for another great dining experience.
THE HYPE IS REAL! Oh my goodness. Where do I begin? Steak houses are a dime a dozen in Las Vegas. Heard so many incredible things about Cote, just had to see for myself. Everything I heard was absolutely true. Made a reservation during prime dinner time easily online the day before. We arrived a little early as we were in the area. Had to wait until our reservation time as they book out there tables on a tight schedule. Upon seating we glanced at the menu. We'd heard about the Butcher's Feast. It's currently $95 per person and well worth the price. This menu offering comes with four select cuts of meat, various Ban Chan, egg soufflé (steamed egg), spicy kimchi stew and savory doen-jiang stew. This meal also comes with vanilla soft serve for dessert. The meats included USDA Prime Hangar Steak, 45 Day Dry Aged Rib Eye, American Wagyu Flatiron and Boneless Marinated Short Rib. Each was prepared to perfection right before our very eyes by the team one at a time so we could thoroughly enjoy each bite. In between meats, they also incorporated unlimited mushrooms, dumplings and the assorted Ban Chan. What makes this Korean BBQ stand out is that the staff prepares the food for you. Unlike the versions I've visited before, the customer cooks their own meals. When I've enjoyed those other KBBQ spots, you'd have to spend your time monitoring the food on the grill. It really does make a difference when the servers do the work. Another thing that stands out is that the ENTIRE team helps take care of the table. We had multiple staff, including manager Josh, take turns cooking and seasoning our meal. It was phenomenal! Toward the end of the meal, Josh returned to our table and shared a lot about the history of the restaurant, the owner and the sourcing of their menu. So very interesting. Really added to the experience. If you've been wanting to try Cote, make the time. It's more than worth it. Keep on Yelp'n!
Last minute trip out to Vegas to play some golf landed us here to celebrate a close friend's belated bday. We lucked out on last minute reservations on a Thursday night. Grabbed a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. The restaurant had an interesting stadium like seating which features semi private booths. We opted for the butcher's feast which gives you a nice variety of different cuts along with ban chan. We did make a mistake by stopping by another restaurant for drinks and appetizers before coming here. Was shocked at how much food there was. Every cut of beef was tasty and as good as the best kbbq restaurant in LA. The most notable ban chan for me was definitely the egg soufflé. In my honest opinion, this was the best I've ever had. The meal and experience was fantastic! Our server was fantastic and cooked/served our beef to the perfect medium rare. Also appreciated Jae taking the time to chat with us and extending Cote's warm hospitality. As we typically stay at Venetian/Palazzo, we will definitely be back to dine here again.
We've been wanting to try COTE for a while, so when we had the opportunity for a date night, we knew we had to finally give it a try, and it did not disappoint! Located in Restaurant Row at The Venetian, in the space where Barneys used to be, COTE has completely transformed the space into a really cool, sophisticated, and energetic restaurant. The main dining room is beautiful, with large booth-style seating that can accommodate everything from smaller parties to groups of 10 or more, plus multiple private/event spaces. There's also a beautiful central bar, which would be a great option if you want a more casual experience or are dining on your own. And if you're looking for more of a nightlife vibe, there's a live DJ starting at 8 PM. We sat in one of the booths and the service was impeccable from beginning to end. There seemed to be a whole team taking care of us, with one person checking on our drinks while another took our food order, and everyone was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. We decided to go with the Butcher's Feast, which we had heard was the best way to experience COTE. It's $95 per person and comes with so much food. We started with the banchan, including pickled seasonal vegetables, scallion salad, lettuce with ssam-jang, the savory egg soufflé, and two stews with rice, spicy kimchi stew and savory doenjang stew. Then came the star of the show: four different cuts of beef. The meats are brought out on a beautiful wooden board, and before each cut is cooked tableside, our server explained what we could expect from it and shared a little about each cut. We had the ribeye, COTE's marinated galbi, and two other cuts that I unfortunately can't remember the names of, but every single one was delicious. The beef was high quality, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. To top it off, dessert is vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel. Such a simple but surprisingly delicious way to finish the meal! Overall, COTE was such a unique dining experience. It's definitely more than just dinner--it's the food, the tableside cooking, the atmosphere, the music, and the incredible service all coming together. We had a fantastic date night and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, elevated, and memorable dining experience in Vegas!
Came for the first time with five other friends to celebrate. RSVPs made check in and seating a breeze. Everyone from the hostess to waiters were all friendly and attentive. We all ordered the butchers feast and Cesar salad, tartare, and kimchi wagyu paella to share along with an assortment of cocktails. the various meats and paella were a standout. I thought the food combined with the experience was worth the value
updating this bc it was my second time going over the weekend and i found out from our server then that the banchan was refillable!!! That makes the price even more worth it. Upgrading to 5 stars because the service was phenomenal, the waitstaff who attended to us were kind, quirky and fun to talk to! I wish i got all of their names. They were so sweet! Food was amazing! Not much difference from the last time i went except they were out of perilla leaves for the wraps. I was celebrating my bday early and am lactose sensitive so they prepared an AMAZING and large fruit platter with a candle on sweet! Really great service and attention to detail! Our rezzy was at 8:45, we got to the resto at around 8:15, and they had our table ready and seated us early! On top of that the hostess who was leading us to the table said i looked familiar lolll probably bc i left my camera there last time Included the receipt to show how much we paid for 4 people. I love them :) will definitely come back again!
COTE brings the energy. There's a live DJ, the atmosphere is electric, and the whole place has a buzz to it from the moment you walk in. Before being seated, they take you to the bar for a drink, which is a nice touch to kick things off. As a table we went with the Butcher's Feast, and it was plenty of food for all of us. Four cuts of USDA Prime and American Wagyu, plus all the Korean accompaniments: banchan, stews, egg soufflé, and more. The whole spread delivered. The service was exceptional. The staff cooked everything right at the table and got every cut to perfection. If you want Korean BBQ with a lively atmosphere, this one's worth it.
Such a cool dinner experience and the service is outstanding!!!! Let me just say I had a total airhead moment and missed my reservation by half an hour, showed up 30 minutes late, apologized to them for the mixup and they were still able to seat us. So grateful for the sweet girls out front for getting us in. Now the food, sooooo good! Each cut of meat was getting better and better. We did the butchers feast and added on the A5 Wagyu, DELICIOUS!! So many sides for your meal. My favorite was the scallion salad. I have a shellfish allergy and they were very accommodating and made sure I was able to enjoy my meal with no issues. Our server Eddie was great. Him and all the staff took such good care of us. Very lively atmosphere. Great time! Can't wait to go back!
What an incredible start of our Vegas trip! Dinner at Cote is an absolute must. From the decor, food and the staff it was a top notch experience. First the decor is gorgeous! Private booths for 3 or more which is what we had for our group of 4. We got a very nice and comfy booth seating on the second level. It is a circular restaurant. Second, the staff was so nice. From constantly refilling all our banchans and my bone broth consommé literally like every few minutes as I was downing that as if it was water! To another staff coming over to give tips on how to fix my necklace (long story! Who was a jeweler in his past job!). And our chef who was also a New Yorker! Cote really made us feel welcomed! The food we all got the Butchers feast and by the 3rd meat we were all saying how stuffed we were! The banchans were definitely filling! It was really such a great deal it was $95 (which was higher than nyc prices!) however the meats were delicious especially the last cut, the short rib! Yum! Overall highly recommend Cote. Wonderful staff and food. Absolutely loved every second of our meal here!
Easiest review ever....this is a DO NOT MISS if you are in Vegas. Near Vegas. Can fly to Vegas. GO!! You know the rule...one short review....lets go: Food: next level. Amazing worth a trip to Vegas for it. If you like steak...of course Ambiance: not going to lie wasn't sure how this would be but the ambiance was great. Laid back house music, DJ but not loud at all. Even with a packed house Service: great. Always someone coming by. Server was legit. So good. This is a "always when I am in Vegas" type of spot. For sure
Ambiance - the restaurant has three mini-levels. It is nicely appointed but a little too dark for me. The music is also quite loud. Service - excellent. We had several servers. One of the chefs even came out to chat with us to see how we are liking the food and the restaurant. The steaks were grilled in front of you by a cook. She explained the different cuts of meat and the various banchans ( side dishes) that were served. Food - we opted for their most popular menu item (4 meats - 45-day dry aged rib eye, hangar steak, American wagyu and beef kalbi). The side dishes are all you can eat. My favorites were the pickled radish, Napa cabbage kimchee and soup. The rib eye was kinda tough but the beef kalbi was perfectly cooked. The marinade for all the meats and the side dishes were delicious.
Cote is an upscale K BBQ experience that blends with a club vibe. Service by bartenders and waiters were all great. All meat dishes are grilled for you. I ate with 2 other friends and we decided to do the Butcher's Feast for $88/person to make it easier. All of the meats were great but we thought the marinated short rib could have been grilled longer for more of a charred flavor. The kimchi and soybean stews along with the kimchi were disappointing. The flavor just wasn't there but it's probably catered to a more mild palette so that everyone can enjoy it. With all the K BBQ restaurants I've tried in the Bay Area and LA, I would not say this is the best one. I'd probably eat here again if other people in my party want to try it.
Cote is a fantastic Korean steakhouse on the Strip if you're looking for a high-end dining experience. You're definitely paying for the atmosphere, but it's worth it. What other Korean BBQ restaurant has a live DJ and a bottle of Louis XIII on display? The service was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of the meat was outstanding. One of my favorite dishes was the Steam & Eggs appetizer, which was a great way to start the meal. If you're celebrating a special occasion or just want a fancy dinner with great food and a fun vibe, Cote is an easy recommendation.

5/5 - An absolute must-try at the Venetian We had an amazing dinner at COTE. From start to finish the service was top-notch, attentive without ever feeling rushed, and the drinks were terrific. The star of course was the beef. We tried so many different cuts and the quality and marbling on every single one was outstanding. Grilling it right at the table makes the whole experience so much more fun. A couple standouts: the bacon was incredible -- thick, perfectly cooked and full of flavor -- and the stone pot bibimbap before the rice course was terrific. My personal highlight was how good the steak sauce was, it took the already great meat to another level. The sides were also excellent across the board, from the banchan to the salads. Upscale Korean steakhouse done right. Worth every penny and we'll definitely be back. read more
Fantastic food and service. Ordered the Vegas Butcher's Feast and with the banchan, it's way more food than anyone can eat. Includes dessert so really no reason to order anything else. They cook the meats for you and cut them into bite sized bites, so you don't even need a knife. Everything is just wonderful. I managed to just walk in at opening since I couldn't get a reservation. read more

Such a cool dinner experience and the service is outstanding!!!! We came here to celebrate a birthday and couldn't be happier we chose COTE for the special occasion. Beyond how exceptional the food is (which it is!!!) the service is outstanding. You can feel the care and positivity radiating through every person you encounter. The Maitre D' Kellen was extremely accomodating and inviting. Our servers Brenda and Jer as well as everyone that helped them went the extra mile. They made the effort to know our names and use them. My water cup was never empty. The meat was cooked to perfection. Brenda gave amazing suggestions. Manager Josh was a great conversation and is full of knowledge. COTE has perfected hospitality. Throughout this entire place, intention is present in every nook and cranny. I will definitely be dining at COTE again. Hopefully sooner than later! P.S try the COTE Steak. It was by far the best cut we had, and they were all delicious. read more
Enjoyed a pre-anniversary dinner at Cote! The food was very good and the cuts of beef were of very high quality. My favorite was the salad, the turnip kimchi and the soups.The place was trendy and the staff was very nice and attentive. The only reason they don't get the five stars is because I was comparing the flavors with my Korean mother in laws cooking. I think this is a great meal for someone who does not have Korean food often. read more
I'm normally not a huge fan of fancy Korean bbq as a person that grew up eating Korean BBQ In Ktown so I came to Cote with little expectations. Located inside the Venetian, it was pretty easy to find in the casino. I would definitely make reservations because it was packed on the weekend that I went. I waited at the bar because I got there a little early. The inside was beautiful to look at while waiting. Once I got seated, I opted for the butcher's feast for 88/pp. I thought we would need to order more, but that was a great deal and I was stuffed. Great quality steak and they have the largest freezer in Vegas out of all of their locations. Large selection of wine too. Servers rotated but all of them were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Fun clubby vibes inside too -- there's a DJ who amps up the music as the night progresses. And there's some sporadic light show (?) that is interesting. read more

10/10 experience at Cote! Thoroughly impressed with the service and food quality we had here. The restaurant has an intimate yet fun ambiance which is good for couples or friends! We will definitely be back. The bone broth alone was something we had to keep going back to. Every side, rice, veggie, rice cake, mushroom and bone broth (huge plus) is refillable at no cost. I shared this same sentiment on my Instagram (@this_camera_eats_first): What an INCREDIBLE experience for a girls night out before #bsb on 7/18/26! Truly, we can't thank the service team enough for their patience, humor, and tolerance of our spontaneous singing, and for the tolerance of cackling laughter, throughout the dinner. We know we overextended our stay with FOUR turnovers expected for the evening so our appreciation goes out to all of you. Shout out to Manager Victor, Valentino our waiter, and team members like Adrian, Journey, Thang (yes Thang), Jeremy with the good hair, Xin with the good bangs, Killian of course for the drink upsell and gossip, and the front of house person who managed to actually get us out of there (sorry I forgot your name and to ask the other team members). Now the extra info for Yelp: Y'all we did the senior citizen time for dinner - 4:30 pm. Yep, that's early, but that was the only res open. And it was NICE to have some time with staff before it quickly got busy. Very busy. We HAD to eat here because all of the buzz and it was WORTH IT. The ambiance is dark and moody, but it is WELCOMING and warm because the staff is so hospitable and the music from the DJ was up tempo and nostalgic (and they played Backstreet Boys of course). This is FINE dining KBBQ, one burner, smokeless (so not so smoky that your hair ends up smelling like you've been camping) and the SERVER, Valentino was our main dude to cook the food (with help from other team members). We did the $95 per person "the Fabulous Vegas Butcher's Feast" and the meats were fantastic. YES of course we upgraded for two of us, the Japanese Wagyu (we should have done it for all four of us). The "sides" were plentiful and tasty, but our Korean heritage friends did say the two stews, Spicy Kimchi Stew and Savory Doen-jang Stew, while good, weren't authentic. We were FULL, but DAMN that soft serve ice cream with the soy sauce caramel was FABULOUS at the end (so make room for that dessert). This was FIVE stars for sure. The food was good, the service even better, as mentioned earlier. We can't thank the team enough. We have so much appreciation for all of you letting us ladies laugh, drink, and take selfies with you all. We can't wait to go back, hopefully sooner rather than later! read more
Came here for a late night dinner on a Saturday at 11pm. We had to make reservations. Didn't have to wait long because we had reservations. It's loud, there's a DJ and in the middle of the restaurant there's a bar. Which I'm assuming you can go to the bar before or after your dinner. I wouldn't say this is the best date night spot cause you can't really hear, you gotta talk pretty loud. But a great dinner spot to go with your group! We got the Butchers Feast, it was a great selection because it's some of our first time. So it's nice to get to try a little bit of everything. Honestly everything was soo good! But it is pricey. I think the meat, Butcher's Feast is $88.88/ per person. The sides were okay. We got the bacon, tuna tartare, Cesar salad. And the paella. All were okay. I wouldn't get them again. Came on Saturday night with the girls and almost missed our reservation. Thank goodness for the 15 minute grace period. We opted for the Butcher's Feast which was $95/pp and 2 orders of Caesar's Salad. Didn't get any drinks because we were all still drunk from the day club earlier that day. Presentation and service were top notch. All of our servers were very pleasant and attentive. All the steaks were 10/10. As for the soups, it was a tad salty for my liking. The banchans were ok, salad was refreshing. We all enjoyed the vanilla soft serve. It was very nice of them to get us birthday shots, unfortunately some of us couldn't take another drink for the day. I did though and it was nice and sweet. Overall we had an amazing experience and wished we had more energy to enjoy the night more! read more

Cote you smart cookie oh you. You have now become my favorite restaurant/experience. You are a 20/10 and I would love to come back whenever I visit Vegas again. A good restaurant is not just defined by their food and price. Service, ambiance, and how they handle issues can take a place where you go for food and make it a wonderland. That's what COTE did when I visited. I was lucky enough to get a notification for an opened reservation for the time I wanted and booked immediately and I am so glad I did. COTE was designed super well. From a vented table grill without an overhead exhaust, to small details like the bathroom having towels to dry your hands instead of paper towels. You feel like a king/queen coming here. We opted for the set so we didn't have to think given it was our first time here. We also initially decided on ordering wine by the glass but after speaking with our server, he suggested we talk to the sommelier and maybe get a bottle instead for more bang for your buck. That was such a great recommendation as we absolutely loved the wine we got. Now experience and food wise, we had a few rounds of side dishes refilled including the egg. That's normally a one time side but apparently not here. It was so light and puffy. On top of the Black Truffle Gogi Cha at the start.... I wish I had a bowl of that broth alone. It was so delicious. What was also nice was they asked us once we ordered if we had a time restriction for them to keep in mind. Small details like this were so nice. Yes I did have other plans that night but I also made sure we had ample time to eat. However, just them asking was a nice touch as it's definitely possible for someone to be in a rush and they can work with it on their end. The meats are all cooked by the servers and you don't have to lay a finger. It's nice knowing there is a rigorous test everyone who works there has to pass to even be hired. Everyone really knows how to cook everything. You're definitely in great hands vs cooking it yourself. However, we experienced a small hiccup. Our grill just decided to take a day off and refused to heat up properly. Now this is where things took a turn and surprised me. Our first round of meats had been cooking on that weak grill for some time vs being done in minutes. As it wasn't getting a nice crust and was cooking weird, completely new pieces were brought out with extras as an apology and we had the option to eat the originals too, our server would have just cooked them for us. And well why not, it's not like the meat went bad. We had a lot of people come to our table to troubleshoot the grill and everyone was so apologetic. Hey, technical issues happen, all good. The way they handled the situation was just above and beyond. When they finally got the grill going, we all cheered and were able to move forward with dinner. Towards the end of our meal, we were also treated to a small sip of Madeira as another token of apology. Every meat was so well cooked, never chewy, well marinated and not overpowering each other. They complement each other especially when going from the leanest meat to start. Do I have complaints? Absolutely. Why are you so far away? If only there was one near me to visit more often. You're now my favorite restaurant. It was an unforgettable experience. Oh and this place qualifies for a Resy credit if you have an Amex card. What more can you ask for? read more
I'm not a huge Korean bbq diner but saw this place on social media and decided to give it a try. The service was friendly and the steaks are really delicious. They cook the steak table side with just some salt and it came out perfect. We got the fried rice which was the perfect compliment. I experimented and tried some of the Korean side dishes but I'm picky and didn't really like those but other at our table did. The free ice cream with caramel at the end was a nice touch. The food and drinks were fantastic, but I mostly can't get over how amazing the service was. From the team who checked us in, to all of the waitstaff, grillers, busers. The whole experience was smooth and frictionless. Everyone was so personable, professional, and just an absolute joy to be around. The drink menu has something for everyone, the food selection! We did the Steak Omakase - every course and side dish was perfect. The team was so accommodating to my no seafood request. Wow, this place was just amazing! Don't mess up and be like us to order too much food though! I think for 2 people, ordering the butcher's feast was more than enough food. We went all out to just try everything so we also ordered the beef tartare and an additional side of cote steak. Both were really really good, but not necessary to order. First, the hospitality was wonderful. They really do know how to take care of you. We were first led to the bar as they got our table ready. Just from the vibes inside, it was already awesome. It's nice and dark with nice music playing in the background, but not too loud so you can enjoy your conversations. Once you get to your table, just know that they cook everything for you. I highly recommend the butchers feast! You literally taste a little bit of everything without spending too much! These also came with the best korean sides ever. We loaded up so much on the scallion salad. At the end, you get a soy sauce caramel soft serve. Everything was perfect. The meat was also cooked all so perfectly. Hand down the best Korean BBQ that I've ever tried in the US and I love the clubbing vibe. Cote is perfect for special group gatherings or birthday celebration. The meat is so juicy and melted in your mouth, especially the A5 Wagyu. All the ban-chan are so delicious and pared well with the meat. I love both of their soups, but the egg souffle could be a little fluffier and runnier. Don't let the pic fool you cause we (ordered for 2) were so full half way through with the Butcher Feast order. The Truffle Kongooksu was interesting, but I didn't really taste the truffle flavor and would not order again. read more

This had become one of my favorite places in Vegas! The servers were absolutely phenomenal, extremely attentive, and made the experience incredible. The ambiance is amazing with the lighting that follows the djs music. The layout is perfect and clean and professional. My group had the Butchers Feast and it was well worth every penny! Every time I'm in Vegas, I like to try a new restaurant I haven't been to and heard about Cote! Was super excited to try this place since we were staying at the palazzo and had a f&b credit to use on the property. We decided to order the butchers feast for $98 as it got to sample a good amount of food. For 2 people, it was more than enough food! What came with the butchers feast Meats: Hangar steak- 3/5 a bit tough for my liking even though it was cooked medium rare 45 day dry aged steak- 5/5 AMAZING so soft and flavorful! American wagyu- 4/5 decent but the dry aged steak was better Galbi- 4.5/5 so soft and tender, not too crazy sweet like most places There was an assortment of banchan and other side dishes but my favorite were: Green onion salad- 4.5/5 savory and refreshing Radish kimchi Julienned- 5/5 super refreshing and pickled perfectly Samjjang- 4.5/5 not too salty and great umami flavor Egg souffle- 5/5 soooo good loved it! Gogi cha- 5/5 amazing way to start off the meal Least favorite were: Kkakdugi- 2/5 way too salty and over-fermented Soybean soup- 3/5 nothing special but better than the kimchi soup Kimchi soup- 3/5 slightly bland and lacks a pungent kimchi flavor For dessert we were given a vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel and that was DELECTABLE! loved ending my meal with that little sweet treat. I wish they sold it separately so that I could come by and get some before leaving! Also, their service is just amazing. I did a survey for them letting them know what I loved and didn't love and they really listened. I was contacted the next day and invited to come by for more ice cream since I loved it so much but unfortunately I had left town already . Hands down one of the best meals you'll ever had. They got Michelin Recommended but they should have gotten a Star. Located on Restaurant Row in the Venetian, this is a beautifully decorated restaurant. No bar seating and it's in high demand, so make a reservation. I had been to the one in Miami for a business meeting. I was extremely impressed then, so when my wife and I found out there was one in Vegas, I had to take her so that she could experience it. The service is second to none. And I mean none. The team is so attentive they don't miss a beat. We got the Butchers Block which is what everyone should get. The meats are just amazing. The staff cooks each bite perfectly every time. Perfectly seasoned with pretty much just salt and a little beef tallow. And the egg soufflé....I had no idea eggs could be that delicious. For what you get, $95 per head is perfectly reasonable. There is no doubt in my mind I will go to Cote anytime I am in Las Vegas. My wife agrees it was one of the best meals we have ever had. read more

I think it's kids acceptable (not sure about friendly). I didn't see any kids the entire time I was there but if I had my kids with me, I don't think it would be a problem for the restaurant or myself.
