Let me just say I had a total airhead moment and missed my reservation by half an hour, showed up 30 minutes late, apologized to them for the mixup and they were still able to seat us. So grateful for the sweet girls out front for getting us in. Now the food, sooooo good! Each cut of meat was getting better and better. We did the butchers feast and added on the A5 Wagyu, DELICIOUS!! So many sides for your meal. My favorite was the scallion salad. Ambiance - the restaurant has three mini-levels. It is nicely appointed but a little too dark for me. The music is also quite loud. Service - excellent. We had several servers. One of the chefs even came out to chat with us to see how we are liking the food and the restaurant. The steaks were grilled in front of you by a cook. She explained the different cuts of meat and the various banchans ( side dishes) that were served. Food - we opted for their most popular menu item (4 meats - 45-day dry aged rib eye, hangar steak, American wagyu and beef kalbi). The side dishes are all you can eat. What an incredible start of our Vegas trip! Dinner at Cote is an absolute must. From the decor, food and the staff it was a top notch experience. First the decor is gorgeous! Private booths for 3 or more which is what we had for our group of 4. We got a very nice and comfy booth seating on the second level. It is a circular restaurant. Second, the staff was so nice. From constantly refilling all our banchans and my bone broth consommé literally like every few minutes as I was downing that as if it was water! To another staff coming over to give tips on how to fix my necklace (long story! Who was a jeweler in his past job!). And our chef who was also a New Yorker! Cote really made us feel welcomed! Located inside the Venetian, it was pretty easy to find in the casino. I would definitely make reservations because it was packed on the weekend that I went. I waited at the bar because I got there a little early. The inside was beautiful to look at while waiting. Once I got seated, I opted for the butcher's feast for 88/pp. I thought we would need to order more, but that was a great deal and I was stuffed. The butcher's feast comes with a few cuts of meat, unlimited banchan and salad, egg and rice/tofu. The meats were amazing abc banchan was tasty and fresh. I will definitely come back here next time. The "sides" were plentiful and tasty, but our Korean heritage friends did say the two stews, Spicy Kimchi Stew and Savory Doen-jang Stew, while good, weren't authentic. We were FULL, but DAMN that soft serve ice cream with the soy sauce caramel was FABULOUS at the end (so make room for that dessert). This was FIVE stars for sure. Came here for a late night dinner on a Saturday at 11pm. We had to make reservations. Didn't have to wait long because we had reservations. It's loud, there's a DJ and in the middle of the restaurant there's a bar. Which I'm assuming you can go to the bar before or after your dinner. I wouldn't say this is the best date night spot cause you can't really hear, you gotta talk pretty loud. But a great dinner spot to go with your group! We got the Butchers Feast, it was a great selection because it's some of our first time. So it's nice to get to try a little bit of everything. Honestly everything was soo good! But it is pricey. We went all out to just try everything so we also ordered the beef tartare and an additional side of cote steak. Both were really really good, but not necessary to order. First, the hospitality was wonderful. They really do know how to take care of you. We were first led to the bar as they got our table ready. Just from the vibes inside, it was already awesome. It's nice and dark with nice music playing in the background, but not too loud so you can enjoy your conversations. Once you get to your table, just know that they cook everything for you. I highly recommend the butchers feast! You literally taste a little bit of everything without spending too much! These also came with the best korean sides ever. My group ordered the Vegas Butchers Feast and was overall pretty satisfied with the meal. The service was great and they actually cook all the meats for you. The banchan sides are unlimited and they were the best part of the meal. I particularly loved the pickled cauliflower, scallion salad, and spicy kimchi stew. However, I felt like the meat was pretty mid. We did all leave completely stuffed so it was worth the price and fun atmosphere. However, if you want quality meats, I'd probably go to a kbbq spot off strip. My absolute favorite part of the meal was the dirty martinis. We had dinner at COTE Las Vegas and went with the Butcher's Feast. Every course was delicious, and the quality of the food definitely matched the reputation. The meal started with a great variety of banchan, a fresh scallion salad, lettuce wraps, and a light, fluffy egg soufflé. The kimchi stew and doenjang stew were both flavorful and comforting. The beef was the star of the night. Every cut was beautifully marbled, tender, and full of flavor. The staff grilled everything tableside and cooked each piece perfectly, so all we had to do was enjoy it. The American Wagyu practically melted in your mouth, and even the mushrooms were amazing after soaking up all the juices from the grill. I also ordered the Lychee Martini, and it was one of my favorite cocktails of the night. It was refreshing, not overly sweet, and paired surprisingly well with the rich flavors of the beef. To finish, the vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel was simple but so good--the perfect ending after such a rich meal. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. We went here to celebrate seeing BTS in Vegas! It was easy to get reservations and we were seated promptly upon arriving. The hostesses were so kind! First impressions; great ambience and seating! The music is soooo loud though so it was difficult to hear/talk to the servers and each other over the music that was blasting. We were seated next to the bar. We ordered the Butcher's Feast ($88.88 per person), which is actually a great deal in my opinion for the cuts of meat and all the sides we got. We requested for the meat to be cooked medium rare and it was so tender! My favorite cut of meat was the desert steak/marinated steak. It was AMAZING! There were sooo many sides as well. The egg souffle was great and the soups were amazing. My favorite side was the green onion salad. We also ordered the bibimbap as an addition, but that one I definitely could have skipped. The ice cream with the soy sauce caramel was delicious. Minus 1 star because we had asked for them to pack the food to go since we were not able to even make a dent in the soups, souffle and bibimbap, which they did kindly, however when we got back to the hotel, the bag did not have the soups or the souffle in them i was so sad lol. We opted in for the feast of USDA prime and American Wagyu beef and received four cuts of meat plus we added the 1 oz of Japanese A5 Wagyu. It was fun watching the server cook the food on the grill in front of us while using the beef tallow and a particular amount of salt. The sides of pickled vegetables were crisp and a great accompaniment to the rich cuts of beef. This was plenty of food although at first I questioned if we would be full. It stacks up pretty quickly. The service is literally all hands on deck. There are a plethora of people dedicated to cooking the food and servicing your table all night. The kimchi paella was a standout dish and a great recommendation from our server. The meat had a good texture, and the A5 did melt in your mouth. However, they all lacked beef flavor. The banchans were very standard too, and nothing really stood out. The two soups (kimchi and soybean) that came with the meal were also bad. The kimchi soup lacked kimchi flavor, while the soybean soup just tasted like salted water. After a long day and drive from LA I appreciated the club feel of COTE. No better way to get you into the Vegas mood. Cocktail game here is strong. Almost a little strange how they herd you to the bar before they herd you to a table that was empty when you walked in. It is a considerable amount of food if you order the butcher's feast. The amount of food is significant. The steamed egg here is the streamed egg of my dreams where it was like a runny scrambled egg while also soufflé-y. Banchan and jiggaes were all solid. I think I enjoyed the soybean stew the most. The servers here are a well-oiled machine. Shout out to Brenda for taking care of us. They are on point and can remember how every person at the table likes their proteins cooked while chatting with you the entire time. Located in the BEAUTIFUL Venetian hotel, we knew we wanted to do one nice steakhouse and were deciding between a few places but ultimately ended up here and I'm SO glad we did. We started with drinks, I got the showgirls (a strawberry cosmo like drink, according to our waiter) and my boyfriend got the Cote fashioned. Both were excellent. Then we had our butcher's feast for two- I COULDNT RECOMMEND THIS MORE!!! The entire experience was phenomenal. The banchan and egg soufflé and two stews- AMAZING. Felt like it wasn't possible those could be outdone but then we had our first bite of meat- they cooked leanest to fattiest and explained every step of the way! Shockingly to me, the ventilation was GREAT (didn't walk out smelly smokey) and it honestly the only time it got a little smokey was when they were grilling the kabli (the only marinated, with sugar) meat. I was SO exited about the fixings (lettuce wraps, scallion salad and all the banchan to make a perfect lettuce wrap bite, but from the moment we took our first (plain) bite, we knew we would just be eating the meat alone!! Upon checking in we were routed to the bar where the bartender took drink orders as we waited for them to set up the table. We were shown to the table after about 5 minutes, you can tell the staff here is incredibly well trained and professional. Food There was four of us so we ordered the butchers feast which came with USDA Prime Dry-aged ribeye, hanger steak, Cote Galbi and American Wagyu flatiron. All the meat options were very good quality and juicy. The server cooked all the meat to the perfect temperature. The butchers feast comes with a bunch of banchans and unlimited soups, since we had 4 people I ordered 2 of each soup. All the sides/soups were pretty good and paired really well with the meal. Service Cote's service is what really separates fancy restaurants from being in the same tier as them. Our server was knowledgeable and paired our meats according to our palates. The team cooked all the meat for us and made sure it was to the perfect temperature. Water refills and empty plate clearing were on point the whole night. Our sommelier Austin gave us great recommendations for 2 bottles of wine that paired really well with the meal. Incredible atmosphere and ambience. The butchers feast is quite a good deal and allows you to try everything on the menu more or less so highly recommend it. I would not recommend the steak and eggs appetizer, which is basically just beef tartar with a bit of caviar on top. nothing special or unique and certainly not worth the cost. read more

What an incredible experience! We were greeted by our head waiter Ronald (Ron) and assistant server Oscar. They were both very friendly and conversational as they continually checked on the grill. I was relieved we weren't in charge of cooking, they did a fantastic job. The manager also stopped by to check and make sure we had everything we needed. Ambiance was upscale but the service was personable, not at all stiff as some higher end places can be. We got the Butcher's Feast, which was the perfect option for Korean BBQ novices like us. We got to try everything including 4 cuts of meat and all the sides to go with it. Both Ron and Oscar had greats recs on what went well together. The scallion salad and ssam-jang with the marinated kalbi on a perilla leaf was one of my favorite combos! I cannot recommend this place enough, whether you are a Korean BBQ newbie or seasoned vet, this is an incredible experience.
