I use the Recent Orders button on the app to simply reorder our two 20 oz banana boat smoothies. On this particular day I had a $2 coupon for my birthday so the total was only $11.40. We had a wait time of 15 minutes. We got there in exactly 15 minutes and both our smoothies were waiting for me in the mini fridge for the mobile orders. I did find it funny how the employee was in the back, as we grabbed the smoothies, and put the straws into our drinks. However, the second a walk in came in to order, he popped out from the back. I'm guessing they have cameras back there to see if it's really necessary to go out to the register. Overall, my drinks are easy to order through the app, they're always ready by the promised time, and the orders are always accurate and delicious. This really is the best thing to have on a road trip.

Service was mildly friendly; I think the cashier was likely annoyed with the loud construction next door and extreme heat (I'd be annoyed too). I had seen Shook Shakery mentioned a couple times online in the past couple of weeks, so I made my first trip there two days ago. They have a drive-thru and a walk up window. I walked up the window, and the lady at the register was very helpful in explaining everything to me. She also signed me up for their loyalty program. Since it was my first time, I played it safe and went with the Vanilla Waves. It was very good, and I love the cake texture mixed in with the milkshake. As I was driving away while drinking it, I was already thinking that I would need to make a return trip soon to try other flavors. Today (two days later) I went by again. A different lady was working at the window, but the lady who had helped me on my first visit was in the back, heard me, and remembered me. The next thing I knew, I had three employees helping me and answering all of my questions. The Henderson location is Shook Shakery's first store. There are plans for additional Shook Shakery locations to open up in the Las Vegas valley in the near future, and I am all for that. For this visit, I got the Mellow Yellow, which is a banana chocolate flavor milkshake with cake pieces mixed in. This was another winner.
