All of the new employees seem to have an attitude problem I had went in here because I needed a refund. One of the new employees had made all of my smoothies very incorrectly. He even remade one of them and made it incorrectly again, so when I asked him about a refund, he said there was no manager there and then I would have to come back later and then I did indeed come back later and the lady was like only our owner can refund mobile orders. It has been six days now and they still had not refunded the order so I went in today to get it taken care of, and they gave me a bunch of attitude and said the owner had not been in this place has just been ran terribly ever since it's got new employees I will not be coming here anymore and it's a shame because I usually come here 8 to 12 times a month. read more

It was my first time at a Smoothie King! My friend had a promo code to redeem a free 20 oz smoothie but wasn't able to redeem it in California. Fortunately, I was able to in Las Vegas at the Blue Diamond location. When I walked in, I enjoyed how clean and orderly the store was. I also liked their branding/ slogan - Rule the Day which looks a lot like a fitness brand. I'm a big mango fan so I was debating between the mango fest and mango ginger smoothie. I asked the staff if she could recommend anything with mango, and she suggested the mango fest - which I'm pleased to have ordered. Awkward silence at first! lol Somehow craving a smoothie on the way to visit one of my best friends to watch football and babysit. Was immediately greeted when I walked in. Then I didn't know what to decide on so I was standing there and looking at the menu. Then I couldn't make up my mind between an acaii bowl or a smoothie. Ended up getting both! Also got both for my niece as well. Got the mango pineapple smoothie. Can't remember the names. I think island something. But it was amazing. It got the job done. As I was thinking on which acaii bowl to get, I saw that there was a coconut base. The girls were sweet and let me try it before I ordered. Decided on doing half coconut and half acaii. Conveniently located close by to where I work out so this is a good post fitness option. It looks like they recently got some acai bowl creations as well as your typically smoothies/health juices. Acai bowls were $12.99 and it looked like a pretty good size bowl too. I may give that a try next time. Three different cup sizes with the smallest one being 20 oz....which in my opinion is perfect for a post evening work out. I ordered The Strawberry & Banana Activator Recovery which consisted of their Gladiator protein, coconut water, protein blend, strawberries, bananas & apple juice. It was $7.29 and for an additional $1.00 per enhancers, you can add as many as you like. Decided to throw in a gut health enhancer. Service was good...I let the male cashier know this was my first visit and he let me freely look at the menu without feeling rushed (even though it was about 20 min till closing). What I love about this place is knowing there is no added sugar or any other crap that shouldn't be in a smoothie. Everything is straight forward. They categorize based on your fitness or goal. Need wellness? Look at the "Be Well Blends." Need a post workout drink for recovery? Look to "Get Fit Blends." Want to indulge? Then "Treat Blends" is the way. Not ya average smoothie spot! I love that they use organic and top quality ingredients. You can really tell the difference from using organic and top quality ingredients rather then other non organic ingredients, it just tastes different. They have so many different options to choose from and also have 3 different cup sizes, personally for me the 20oz was enough, my cousin got the 32oz medium (I believe 32oz) and it was huge!!
