As previously mentioned in my first review, this is my go to spot when we are leaving Vegas. We have our routine down. As we are exiting the parking lot of the hotel on the Strip, I place an online order through the app. Then, we will go get gas and by the time we make our way over to this location our smoothies are ready. I use the Recent Orders button on the app to simply reorder our two 20 oz banana boat smoothies. On this particular day I had a $2 coupon for my birthday so the total was only $11.40. We had a wait time of 15 minutes. We got there in exactly 15 minutes and both our smoothies were waiting for me in the mini fridge for the mobile orders. I did find it funny how the employee was in the back, as we grabbed the smoothies, and put the straws into our drinks. However, the second a walk in came in to order, he popped out from the back. I'm guessing they have cameras back there to see if it's really necessary to go out to the register. Overall, my drinks are easy to order through the app, they're always ready by the promised time, and the orders are always accurate and delicious. This really is the best thing to have on a road trip. read more

The Very disappointed with what I saw today. The employee making my shake had long dreadlocks hanging all over his face while preparing shakes and food, with no hair restraint. His hair was actually touching the top of the blender while making my drink. This is extremely unsanitary and honestly made me lose my appetite. When you're handling food and drinks, proper hygiene and hair restraints should be a basic requirement. Management really needs to address this immediately and make sure proper food-safety standards are being followed. person making read more

Have been dying to try smoothie king! As everyone raves about it! Finally got the chance. Staff were friendly! I asked what was their popular drinks and the worker was able to provide me with recommendations. She mentioned that the strawberry kiwi one was popular. I decided to try it and get it. It was 10/10. The spot is super clean and there are few tables to sit at. It does take a little bit to get your drink especially if they're packed but soooo worth it! Definitely will go to smoothie king again! read more

Now that we have a location on blue diamond this is so clutch. This spot and planet smoothie are pretty delicious when it comes to smoothies. The ambiance is a modern smoothie establishment focused on smoothies with a healthy conscious menu. The staff in the morning are very nice and helpful greeting us and saying hi says so much about a business. The smoothies here are delicious and so clutch when you are fasting from actual Whole Foods you can incorporate a smoothie. The girl on day shift made the smoothies really good seems like she cares which is a great sign I'm sure the whole team brings the same demeanor. Big ups to Smoothie King for being our go to when we are craving smoothies. This place is a must try and great location as well cheers! read more

I don't go to smoothie king often since it's in my area, but I went to try the watermelon extreme smoothie I was pleasantly surprised. The consistency was nice and thick with a strong watermelon flavor. I would say it tastes more artificial watermelon than anything, but I didn't mind it. This small size goes down very easily so next time I would try a larger size. I believe they have a lot of customized drinks if you want specific flavoring and add-ons. I would say this is a step up from Jamba Juice since their ingredients are more healthier and less add-ons such as sherbet to make it taste good. prices are a bit high for a smoothie place, but if you're looking for something cold and refreshing and pretty healthy after workout class, I could see myself coming back here. read more

Finally tried Smoothie King. I got bowl with a coconut base, berries, granola & bananas. As you can see they went a little hard on the Nutella. Don't get me wrong it was delish but it was way too sweet. The Nutella & coconut base as well as the granola was too overpowering. read more

I ordered the Vegan Mocha Espresso with vegan protein and immune support add-ins. With the add-ons, the total came out to over $11, which felt a bit steep. The drink was more of an icy, smoothie-like texture rather than a traditional smoothie. None of the flavors were too strong or stood out. Overall, it was just okay. For the price point, I was hoping for something more memorable. The staff member was friendly and helpful. read more

We went in late tonight and ordered some smoothies and bowls. It was super clean and staff was friendly. We tried to have them add protein to the smoothie bowls because most of the smoothie bowls are 500 to 600 cal with 3 g of protein and the girl at the cash register told me "those are smoothie bowls....." and looked at me like I was dumb... So just want to leave this review for whoever owns this place- that you're probably missing out on up charging people for add-ins with untrained employees. read more

In 44 years of visiting restaurants around the world, I have rarely felt so unwelcome. The cashier appeared completely miserable and made it clear he did not want to interact with customers. Customer service is clearly not the right fit for him. To make matters worse, he was working in open-toed slides, which raises obvious food safety and hygiene concerns. Regardless of how the food tastes, I will not return as long as he is working here. Worst service of my life award goes to this person. read more

First time in. The woman at the front didn't say much when we went in... Said, we are new here.... nothing... Ok--so we looked at the menu and I ordered a vegan coffee brew and my brother got the Berry smoothie--Banana/strawberry. We both love our drinks! We would go back. $23 for 2 drinks... I asked for Large and he got medium and my cup looked the same as his...but whatever.... I wonder if other drinks can be made vegan?? read more

The smoothies are fire but the employees are so bad. Kid named Amonte looks like he absolutely hates his job and treats his customers like he hates them too. Zero customer service. Looks so angry the entire time. The other guy is just standing there on his phone while 4+ customers are waiting for their smoothies. Everybody looks like their uniform has never been washed and that they hate their lives. It sucks because their smoothies are so good. But the energy here is wack af. read more

All in all. The place is a protein house. This location is mega clean and the helped me out in a timely manner. They turned the smoothie around very fast and it was decent. A bit bland as I got a weight focused smoothie but to be expected. I'd try this again for sure and would probably make it a regular place if I lived in Vegas. Cheers! read more

It was my first time at a Smoothie King! My friend had a promo code to redeem a free 20 oz smoothie but wasn't able to redeem it in California. Fortunately, I was able to in Las Vegas at the Blue Diamond location. When I walked in, I enjoyed how clean and orderly the store was. I also liked their branding/ slogan - Rule the Day which looks a lot like a fitness brand. I'm a big mango fan so I was debating between the mango fest and mango ginger smoothie. I asked the staff if she could recommend anything with mango, and she suggested the mango fest - which I'm pleased to have ordered. It's made of pineapple, mango, and papaya - never had this combo before, but it was quite refreshing! read more

All of the new employees seem to have an attitude problem I had went in here because I needed a refund. One of the new employees had made all of my smoothies very incorrectly. He even remade one of them and made it incorrectly again, so when I asked him about a refund, he said there was no manager there and then I would have to come back later and then I did indeed come back later and the lady was like only our owner can refund mobile orders. It has been six days now and they still had not refunded the order so I went in today to get it taken care of, and they gave me a bunch of attitude and said the owner had not been in this place has just been ran terribly ever since it's got new employees I will not be coming here anymore and it's a shame because I usually come here 8 to 12 times a month. read more

Shame on this place for having their employees slaving in an 86 degree work environment. They should be ashamed and at the least have temporary air conditioning in here. It's even hotter near the front windows, make sure you order ahead so you don't have to wait in here. read more

I keep trying but it's always the same ): always a 20-30 minute wait time for a smoothie. I see them work hard, they either need more staff or more equipment to have work of flow become better. I paid for a smoothie and had to leave without grabbing it, it was well over 25 minutes and they were too busy for me to say anything which is ok. But maybe more help could help this location (: read more

My 3 year old niece accidentally dropped her drink at the store after receiving it. I apologized to the workers and offered to help clean it. After I asked if they were able to remake it for us. They told me they would have to charge me. So now Im out $10. I guess it's all about profit at this company. I would've been fine with a discount for a remake or a downgraded size for a remake. The worker looked annoyed and has terrible customer service. He wasn't remorseful at all. It wasn't like my niece did it on purpose. All the workers need to work on customer service. Never greeted us and they all looked annoyed and complained about management the whole time. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Great service from the associate. Poor staffing on management. I am watching at least 10 people in this lobby and we are all waiting. Why do you have 1 person working and doing everything? Next to a gym? With summer approaching? Crazy. Give this guy a raise. Seriously. read more

I was disappointed with my experience at Smoothie King. The smoothie took much longer than expected, and it didn't taste fresh. Awkward silence at first! lol Somehow craving a smoothie on the way to visit one of my best friends to watch football and babysit. Was immediately greeted when I walked in. Then I didn't know what to decide on so I was standing there and looking at the menu. Then I couldn't make up my mind between an acaii bowl or a smoothie. Ended up getting both! Also got both for my niece as well. Got the mango pineapple smoothie. Can't remember the names. I think island something. But it was amazing. It got the job done. As I was thinking on which acaii bowl to get, I saw that there was a coconut base. The girls were sweet and let me try it before I ordered. Decided on doing half coconut and half acaii. This combo was it for me! Had that in the second half of the game! Overall, the two girls working were super sweet and friendly at the end! Just needed to break the ice. lol. Drinks and acaii bowls were completely gone before the games ended. read more

Conveniently located close by to where I work out so this is a good post fitness option. It looks like they recently got some acai bowl creations as well as your typically smoothies/health juices. Acai bowls were $12.99 and it looked like a pretty good size bowl too. I may give that a try next time. Three different cup sizes with the smallest one being 20 oz....which in my opinion is perfect for a post evening work out. I ordered The Strawberry & Banana Activator Recovery which consisted of their Gladiator protein, coconut water, protein blend, strawberries, bananas & apple juice. It was $7.29 and for an additional $1.00 per enhancers, you can add as many as you like. Decided to throw in a gut health enhancer. Service was good...I let the male cashier know this was my first visit and he let me freely look at the menu without feeling rushed (even though it was about 20 min till closing). Def going to be back here again. read more

Pretty friendly customer service. I got the coffee keto smoothie and it was really icy and not very tasty or flavorful. Prices are expensive about $13 for a smoothie. Tbh I haven't heard of Smoothie King until I noticed it next door from grabbing Tacotarian (really good too btw). And ever since, I've become a big fan! If you download their app, you get $2 off off your first purchase. So definitely get the app! The reward system is great. I feel like I'm getting so many perks back. What I love about this place is knowing there is no added sugar or any other crap that shouldn't be in a smoothie. Everything is straight forward. They categorize based on your fitness or goal. Need wellness? Look at the "Be Well Blends." Need a post workout drink for recovery? Look to "Get Fit Blends." Want to indulge? Then "Treat Blends" is the way. I can't say I've tried them all, but my favorite so far is the Strawberry Shredder. It's Strawberry protein with strawberries and diet down enhancer. Thank you for replying but in response to your message, I ordered them for myself, sister and boyfriend. The worker taped them up and bagged them. Not ya average smoothie spot! I love that they use organic and top quality ingredients. You can really tell the difference from using organic and top quality ingredients rather then other non organic ingredients, it just tastes different. They have so many different options to choose from and also have 3 different cup sizes, personally for me the 20oz was enough, my cousin got the 32oz medium (I believe 32oz) and it was huge!! Basically a large lol. Super delicious! You won't regret it. read more
