My only gripe with this location (no fault of Smoothie King, I know commercial space is hard to come by in this area) is that In N Out's location within the same center can make navigating the parking lot a complete pain. Now, after almost every workout (which we rarely miss anymore), we leave with at least one smoothie -- sometimes two -- and we've even eaten at the juice bar a couple of times as well. Every smoothie I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. They're always made perfectly and consistently every single time. They are a little pricey, but honestly worth it. We've tried recreating them at home and it's just not the same. The food is also really good -- very clean, fresh, flavorful, and cooked well. Our personal favorite is the tuna salad sandwich, but we usually have them turn it into a wrap. The customer service has been great too. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The juice bar itself is very clean, and the long hours make it super convenient when you're trying to stick to healthier eating habits. This is a health food store, juice bar, and a nook for a little snack. The food here is delicious. The shakes are great meal replacements. And it's made from fresh vegetables and fruits. When we explained the issue, we asked to set if we could exchange it for store credit and they told us store policy is that they don't accept open product. He took it to the store and asked to exchange it for the double chocolate that he had requested and thought the rep got him and was told because it was opened there was nothing they would do. The entire staff is wonderful, but Melissa and Jennifer, in particular, deserve special recognition for how they run the café and treat members with such warmth and professionalism.
