We absolutely love this place. The food is healthy and it's good proportions. So if you're trying to get in shape this is a great place to eat. If your in a rush you can order your food using the app so all you have to do is pick it up when your ready. Today we got the kids shake with blueberry and protein for my son. He loves it. By the time I finished this review his shake was just about gone. They also have shelves full of health products like protein powders and bars, vegetarian protein powders, vitamins, etc. The products here are good quality and come from sustainable sources.

Life cafe is meant to be fast and healthy, I guess they have that covered. The food is boring and bland I actually like being able to get a quick refreshment on the way out over eating here. Too many other close options in the area for eats.

The vegan egg and cheese croissant is almost a daily go-to for me at this point. They also have a pastry which is delicious, but I personally don't always want to have that much sugar in the morning. Also, other places charge an arm and a leg for vegan breakfasts that aren't that good. Being from LA, it's been hard to find a high end, forward thinking coffee spot. FOUND IT! Every latte I have had has been top notch and the people working there are so friendly! don't know how i'd survive Vegas without this place. 10/10.

And earned another $10 bucks for the future! I can't believe how fresh everything was! I had an Iced Pink Rose tea (which is off the regular menu, but they do have a secret menu). I had the Classy Breakfast. It was flawless-I almost licked the plate. I haven't had a croissant of that magnitude since Europe. Crispy and flaky on the inside, but soft on the inside. Might be the best croissant I've ever had! Seriously! The potato's Lyonnaise with Mornay sauce was nothing less than perfection. My husband had an Iced Hibiscus Mint tea, and a Glazin' Bacon Croissant sandwich. He said he could drink that every day by the pool this summer. His sandwich was amazing too. It's a small place, not a ton of seating, but I highly recommend every aspect of this place!

I'm not sure why it's called Bad Owl .... maybe the owl is just misunderstood? Either way, it's a great place to hang out, get a cup of coffee and a pastry item. This place definitely has a warm coffee house vibe. Plenty of great seating, with some high top seating as well, as well as a great pastry selection, breakfast sandwich selection, and of course coffee to go. I opted for the orange latte, and the croissant cinnamon roll. Now I had never heard of a croissant cinnamon roll before, but let me tell you something. This piece of pastry will change your life in the best of ways! Service is awesome, very friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience very pleasurable. Light, ultra chill music playing in the background makes a very calming environment. Plus they have a little book nook in the back, if you want to enjoy a cup and read some new literature. This has just moved its way into my top 10 coffee places near my house. For sure I'll be coming back! Bottom line? If you are looking 20 I highly suggest Bad owl... In all honesty, it should be named Good Owl.

They were ok, not worth it, could go to a boba shop and get better matcha but overall flavor on the matcha was decent. The coffee flavor was pretty lacking as well, if I get banana anything, I want BANANA...this was banana light. We also had a Biscoff Cookie latte that had no biscoff flavor. It was just overwhelming strong coffee, which I don't mind, but not what I was looking for. Service was great he gave us suggestions on the menu, and the inside was super cute, dim and intimate. I'd come back for the inside, not for the drinks, I'll try food next time.

I had earmarked this spot for awhile, but hadn't had a chance to try it yet, so I figured I'd finally stop in. It's located in a parking lot with a few other businesses, but thankfully I didn't have an issue finding a spot. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted with rock music and funky decor, I knew this was a spot for me! The barista greeted me and I told him I'd need a few minutes to review the menu. I asked if their chai was spicy or mild and he advised that while he personally had not tried it, he believed it was mild. Accordingly, I opted to try the cinnamon dolce latte instead as I like a really spicy chai. While I was waiting for my coffee, I settled into a table and started working. To my surprise, the barista hand delivered my drink (and everyone else's) versus just yelling your name to grab it. This was a small, but very nice touch. My latte was good, with the warming spice of the cinnamon and the subtle sweetness, rounded out by espresso. I usually opt for almond milk and it's not always handled well in iced drinks, sometimes it can leave a funky aftertaste, but they handled it perfectly to where it just provided the creamy backdrop. This is definitely a place I'd stop into again to get work done, just not any meetings as it is a bit noisy- as most coffee shops are nowadays. There are a lot of coffee shops in Vegas, but between the vibe, service and quality of the coffee I'd place this one towards the top.

Since…read moreit's down the street from my house and always seems to be on the way to where I'm going, I decided to stop in and give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did! I love a good cup of coffee. My preference is cream and some sort of sweetener. Other times, I'll go for a latte, a mocha, or some specialty drink. Drink. When I saw the cherry blossom latte on the menu, I knew I had to give it a go. And what a more perfect complimentary side dish than a humongous chocolate chip cookie? But first, let's talk about the aesthetic. From the outside this place seems pretty standard. Huge sign, the windows are reflective so you can't really see inside, but when you open the door you are in for a treat. I love a good coffee shop that takes pride in their decor and this one definitely does it. In spades. The place feels open, elegant, but not stuffy, and definitely casual. It's the kind of place you could bring your laptop and hang out for a few hours and get some work done. Okay, let's get down to the nuts and bolts. That Cherry Blossom latte was one of the most amazing drinks I have ever had. I heard it's seasonal, so it's one of those. Get it when you can. I think I got it on the last day. But will keep checking because I want this again. The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely amazing, definitely fresh, and tasted perfect. This is definitely going to be on my short list of coffee places to go to. Las Vegas has such a wide and diverse amount of personalized, non chain, coffee places. Why would you go to Starbucks when you could go here? Bottom line? This place is off the charts. I will definitely be coming back here to try some of their breakfast items as well as grab a cup of coffee before heading out on whatever adventure I'm going on. You definitely must check this place out!

Today, my husband and I decided to give this location a try again, but this time we walked in. Like all Mothership locations, this one has a great atmosphere with lots of faux plants, natural light, and vibrant wallpaper. There was a variety of seating options, including a conversational booth which was unique and some patio seating out front. The music was of course on point. There are multiple gender neutral restrooms that were also nicely decorated. Everything was super clean too. This location also offers a drive-thru and has a ton of parking for people wanting to hang out. Baristas were all relatively friendly. We came around 10:30am and were pleasantly surprised to see they had plenty of pastries left for a light breakfast. I ordered their chocolate croissant which was quite delicious, but rather small. I also tried their iced banana matcha latte with oat milk which was topped with cinnamon - this was okay. The banana was super subtle, cinnamon top was incredibly overpowering, and the matcha felt a little watered down. I somewhat enjoyed it, but definitely not the greatest matcha in town. My husband went with a classic nitro cold brew which he said was good and decently strong. For his pastry he went with the blueberry lemon scone. I definitely stole a bite of his scone and it was so good and pretty sizable; made me wish I had ordered that too instead of the small croissant. Although our visit today was much more pleasant than previous ones, Mothership still remains a little hit-or-miss for me. I wouldn't put them in my top 7 coffee shops for Henderson/Vegas, but if I don't feel like driving far, this is a pretty solid option not far from my neighborhood. - Ideally I'd rate this location a 3.5, but I'll round it up to a 4 -

Speaking of seating, there are multiple tables and easy chairs. Okay as well as velvet covered benches throughout the establishment, while it's small, they maximize their space really well. I ordered a Irish cream lot a which was one of their specialties, along with a Nutella filled croissant. Both are absolutely wonderful, very tasty and hit the spot perfectly.
