The associate that rang me up added a subscription to an item and saved my CC info to my account without informing me or asking if I wanted a subscription or my info saved to GNC's Database. This underhanded tactic is disrespectful and lessens my trust in the brand. I do not want a refund or any compensation, I just want training for the employee that did this, I did not even have a GNC password so had I not been diligent about my emails I would not have noticed this and received a $65 dollar charge. I will not be going to this GNC ever again because of this underhanded tactic to boost sales. read more

I like the crew they have working here. Very experienced and friendly. I may not be physically fit but they don't brush me off.

It's a small store with a lot of options. GNC has all the big brands: Alani Nu, Quest, Beyond Raw, Ghost, Zoa etc. There's also a GNC brand for items, but I wasn't bombarded to buy their products over other brands. Supplements are pricey regardless of where you buy them and GNC has the same price as if you buy it through Amazon. The employee who greeted me when I went in was nice and friendly. He asked if I needed help and was available if I had any questions.I only person in the store, so I felt more pressured to hurry up and buy something, but he never rushed me. He wasn't intimidating, so it made my shopping experience here much easier. I was just deciding on a flavor for my pre-workout, and he had really great feedback. He clearly knew the product. Another woman came in and was looking for women's probiotics, which he was able to offer help with as well. Good store with nice employees and nothing was overcomplicated, plus there was no pressure to sign up for a membership. I'll be back when I need new supplements. read more

I love this location. Not only is their customer service superb but they are all extremely knowledgeable and honest here.

Small location next to Sally Beauty supply and across the way from Planet Fitness. They do not carry any refrigerated products such as live probiotic. I do feel they really try to sell their GNC Brand over other products and really emphasize them over anything else. It is good if you like their product and not good if you are looking for something more unique. Also, I did end up finding some of the GNC products on Amazon for cheaper for what than they were selling in the store. read more

This is a corporate store. That means that they f you have any problems, which you won't, you can speak to the DM JOHN. I had a slight issue and the franchise store I dealt with basically lied. I called the arroyo store and in about 10 minutes, John fixed my issue and went above and beyond to go and pick up the products ya I needed himself and had them in his store at ARROYO CROSSING. it is a pleasure to work with a staff and manager that truly care about their customers. Knowledgeable and friendly service. I forget the girls name who helped me but she shared a story of her losing 100+ lbs and have kept it off, good job. I went in here last week to purchase protein powder and a probiotic. The woman there seemed very helpful with the probiotic, telling me which one to purchase since I've never used it before. They were out of the protein powder that I normally used but she said they would be getting more in later in the week. I went back there yesterday to get the protein powder only to see that there still wasn't any in. There were three men at the counter and right away one of them must have seen my sad face and came over to assist me. I explained I was told by the woman there would be my brand in by now. He quickly let me know that she no longer works there, giving me a hint that she didn't know what she was doing. Apparently she should have written my name and product down so they could make sure to get it in stock. He recommended another brand of powder and although more expensive, I decided to try it. On the way to counter, I decided to ask him about the probiotic I had purchased before. He looked frustrated, and again told me the woman gave me incorrect information. He apologized and explained how they worked and what I should have done. They were on sale, buy one get one half off, and he offered to let me have one at half off since I was purchasing the powder. At the check out counter, there was a new trainee, one of the other employees walked him through the process of checking me out. Hopefully he works out better than the last one. Side note: I'm glad I took the protein powder recommendation because it is delicious! read more

This is where I buy my vitamins. My stomach can be sensitive, but their vitamins never bothered my tummy. My husband occasionally buys some energy drinks or post work out recovery drinks. I have the GNC Gold card which gets you a discount, I think it's worth the cost for savings. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Went in looking for a pretty generic product that's pretty common only to be ignored by a young man because he was too busy on his phone and looking for his friend or someone through the window. When I asked for the items location he looked dumbfounded, just blankly stared and said they've never carried that. Uh nope I actually got a bottle a few weeks ago right here. He didn't even offer any type of alternative. Aren't you trying to sell products for your store? Guess not. Since I knew GNC did in fact have it I went up to one on ft Apache and the guys there promptly showed me the item and any alternatives to it all the while explaining everything to me. Store is clean, higher priced than online but passable. Staff though might need a big haul. read more

My wife and I have been to a lot of GNC's in vegas, but this one by far is the best. The employees greet us every time we walk in the door ask how's our day going and what can I help you with. We don't buy a whole lot when we go in all we get are energy drinks, but they treat us as if we're spending a million dollars. We wont go to any other GNC than this one! read more
