This location is the one that's closest to our house. I placed multiple orders online for pick-up without any problem. There's usually sales online like BOGO 50% off and 20% off $100. Selection: A wide variety of protein supplements, energy drinks and specialty snacks Service: Employees are always nice and friendly here. They would give feedback on the products they have already tried prior to recommending them to you. Parking: A couple of 20-minute parking spots. A little of this and a pinch of that, sometimes we have to go outside of our holistic comfort zone and use alchemy with a touch of chemistry to better our health. We are all seeking that special balance that will maintain our homeostasis level for our unique and amazing machines. Yes our bodies are machines that can be pushed to the brink and brought back. This is my whole reason for visiting I need supplements to support me when I'm on the go that will force me to eat healthy. I cannot take vitamins or pill supplements, my calories have to come from "real" food or drink. I am in the right store since half of what they sell is not in pill form. We use these living and breathing machines every day that we torture. Stores such as Vitamin World have made it their passion to help fix or maintain our living machines. On this recent visit I was looking to find a powered substance that will provide a stable protein base since I have been hitting the weights. At physical therapy the staff recommended this as a substitute since I don't get enough protein in my diet. I am not able to take pills due to a genetic disorder. There selection of powered wonders is so vast. The lovely store associate provides me with a great many choices. I did not purchase the powder that day, since I need to research some of the brands that I found. The muscle protein powders are not all the same, one needs to do their research before committing to one. The store associate has a terrific amount of information and knowledge in this area. I did not feel pressured to purchase a certain brand while shopping here. She was extremely helpful in a genuine manner too. As I asked her my many questions she thanked me for doing the homework since she commented that many who do not come back and lecture her about their choices. The protein powders are great and can be a wonderful addition to your healthy routine, but there are other choices for protein meal replacement. The selection of bars is amazing here too. Plus the protein bars come in flavors such as birthday cake. Yes I said birthday flavored cake with sprinkles in every bite; and it's edible too! And...tastes particularly good! This bar also has 27 grams of protein and reading the ingredients it appears that it's real food that is chemical free. Yes score, plus another positive point is that there portable. No need to add water. I plan to incorporate the protein bars and protein powders equally into my diet. Again when adding protein it's all in delicious moderation! Now that I have some research to do it's adieu. Feel free to come and check out the store it's right next to the famous Pink Box. The staff here are extremely enthusiastic to answer all your questions regarding protein powders or bars; plus protein ready made drinks. Wow what a fun store and it's healthy too. Now let's not over due the protein that can create problems too. Balance is key to anything. See come and drink your protein supplement with a donut from next door at Pink Box; then off to the gym to burn it off. You see such great logic behind my madness! read more

This location is sort of unfriendly / unwelcoming .. or maybe it was just the two workers . Both workers were giggling about something before I walked in. I asked them both where I could find prolific and instead of answering me the guy is still giggling while looking right at me... other person helped me find it but didn't really say much about products or deals or anything. At check out no convo no acknowledgement , no have a nice day ... nothing . Just silent and hands me receipt . I'm really big about customer service and this just felt really unwelcoming and non helpful. Just more like "get the customer out so we can continue our convo." read more

Absolutely awesome service! As soon as I walked into the store there was someone asking me if I needed help finding anything. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly guided me took me to what I asked for. She informed me about the different vitamins they have so I could make the best choice for me. When I was checking out she told me that I could save 10% if I get the auto refill online. I could even ship it to the store if I don't want my vitamins sitting outside my house. I'm so glad that I finally made it to this vitamin store. I don't know what took me so long. read more

It's great to go in and browse as they are always updating what they have and I was able to buy organic moringa powder, organic cacao powder as well as my favorite supplements and vitamins. The staff are super friendly and helpful and if they don't have what you're looking for on the shelf as it might be out of stock, they'll ship it to your door for free. (Got to love that!) I was in need of more of a specific protein powder due to my pregnancy and Vitamin Shoppe offers it at the lowest price. This location is super clean, well lit and very organized. They have everything from vitamins, to protein bars to energy drinks and anything else you can think of that has to do with wellness. All the aisles are labeled so it's easy to find what you are looking for. I love that they have a rewards program. You get 1 point for every $1 and after you spend $100, you get a $5 reward towards your next purchase. My protein isn't cheap, at $30 for a meager 12 oz, the rewards program comes handy. I totally cannot remember the names of the 2 gentleman that helped me but they were absolutely amazing. Walking me thru and answering all my questions about different proteins and vitamins to try. This is a great place to shop for vitamins, supplements, protein powders, etc. You name it, they probably have it here. It's a small-ish store, but it's packed with all kinds of stuff. Out of all the vitamin shoppes in the valley, this is by far my favorite. I know this vitamin shoppe has the same inventory as everywhere else. It's not the products that make them stand out, it's the overall customer service. All the staff seem helpful, and knowledgeable, but more importantly, if they don't know enough about the product, they are honest about it and they do tell you that they don't know enough about it.
