25% off for both online & in-store but this location refused to apply the promotion
    Allen Y.

This location is not corporate owned and they do not give you the best pricing because of this. The owner are able to set their own rules and pricing. Came in for some pre-workout and saw on the GNC.com website that it was going for 25% off for online & in-store pick up* This store refused to abide by the promotion. I had to drive an extra 10 min to another GNC location that was corporate owned to get the discount. Never coming back to this store again. I don't understand why GNC even allow franchisee to do this. It's not really good for the business owner or the consumer.

Great to have a GNC near me to get vitamins and protein shakes. Amazing place. Just one thing of suggestion if a customer ask for just one thing just give them 1 thing don't ask for more. Most people that go at a gnc knows what they want. And most people that don't will mostly ask questions about what they need and stuff.

It's clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in providing a top-tier experience. The store is packed with so many helpful bulk herbs, mushrooms, teas, essential oils, homeopathic remedies and so much more! Every aisle is neat, organized, and sorted by product category. This made finding items very easy. I loved their selection of natural perfumes and their HUGE selection of salt lamps (which were reasonably priced between $20 to $40). This place and it's staff is amazing and I look forward to returning again and again!

I used to come here when in the area and decided to stop in on the way home from an activity instead of the one closest to my house. This location is clean, large and well spaced. The shelves in this location seem to be wider and I think they hold a higher selection of items. I could be wrong about this, but it's my perception. The produce is fresh and attractive. Everyone who I've ever encountered working here has been nice and friendly.

They no longer care about being a healthy market. There is so much garbage within the store now. So many GMO products now. They use harmful seed oils in everything and Canola oil. I see fewer organic items. The vitamin aisle is now a joke. They took out all the really good stuff that helps heal naturally. I hate what's happened to this brand. I wish it would go back to the days of Mrs. Gooch's before the greed and carelessness took over. This particular Las Vegas store is really awful. The food bar closes practically 2 hours before the store actually closes and they don't offer near the amount of variety of food items at the hot bar that they used to. They seem to have stopped doing the fish again. It's always just unhealthy fried chicken, etc. So tired of it. I used to spend hundreds there and now I barely walk out with half a bag and I rarely buy their brand, 365 anymore as I just don't trust it. How does a store that claims to be healthy and calls itself "WHOLE" foods, carry all the toxic garbage they do now? They are ripping people off with the prices they charge for the same quality you get in the average supermarket. They should change their name to "UN-whole Foods". Just sad all around.

This lovely African American woman was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I found everything I needed. She absolutely elevated my shopping experience, and I left feeling not only helped, but appreciated. Sprouts is lucky to have someone like her representing their team! I will be back.

As I moved toward the register, a special‑needs boy was in the middle of the aisle, slowly moving over. I wasn't going to rush him--he deserved the space and time to move comfortably. Before he could finish moving, the attendant loudly said to me, "You need to say excuse me," as if I should have pushed past him. Her comment was unnecessary, embarrassing, and completely out of line. I was being patient and respectful, and her announcement made the situation uncomfortable for no reason. I called the manager afterward to share what happened. She was kind, listened, and I appreciated that. I truly hope they address this clerk's customer service skills because this experience was disappointing. I rarely go to the Sprouts on Silverado, and after this, I've learned my lesson. I'll stick to the Green Valley location from now on.
