This location is not corporate owned and they do not give you the best pricing because of this. The owner are able to set their own rules and pricing. Came in for some pre-workout and saw on the GNC.com website that it was going for 25% off for online & in-store pick up* This store refused to abide by the promotion. I had to drive an extra 10 min to another GNC location that was corporate owned to get the discount. Never coming back to this store again. This is by far one of the worst customer experience I have ever received. When I got in the store after waiting outside, I asked the worker Angelina if they have the BOGO offer I had seen online, she stated that because this store in particular is a franchise it does not apply. At the time, I was okay with it as I was out of protein and needed to buy a new shake. Provided her my number to link with the account, she did not mention at this time I did not have an account. I declined a copy of the receipt, not knowingly of I did not have an account. As soon as I got home, I went back online and was able to purchase the BOGO promo for two items for a store pickup at this specific location. I called the store to confirm if I am able to return my previous order to replace for the online order, and explained I did not have a receipt but I was just in there within the last 10 minutes. Store employee Angelina stated, without a receipt she is unable process the return. I then asked if she is able to pull up my account where at this time she states there was no account link with my phone number. I asked if a credit card transaction would suffice, she said know. Asked about the end of day report and she stated no. Basically Angelina did nothing to assist me. All she could offer was to cancel my online order. I then asked for a manager or the owner of this franchise and she said we have no manager at all and is unable to provide the owners details. Don't get me wrong, I understand the business aspect of things. But I will never go back to this location ever again. Please train your employees in customer service. read more

The employee is and absolute moron. Someone needs to educate them about how Apple Pay works. He was so rude from the time I walked in. He refused to help. Told me I can't return bars because they are melted while sorry buddy it's 113° outside. And then I just wanted to return one and exchange another protein powder for a vegan option as I didn't know that I was allergic to dairy. I even offered to show him proof of allergy test and he didn't want to see that he didn't care so they don't care about a person health he would sell you any product they had without reading the label. Privately owned GNC meaning the owners will cancel the order for pick up if the price difference is too high between the online GNC price and their in store walk in price. Better to either ship it to yourself from the main GNC website or try a different GNC that GNC actually owns like blue diamond or galleria mall. My order was canceled by these private owners so I had to pick up from a different company owned GNC. Just be aware of this for the eastern location of GNC. read more

Came here to get some supplement for some weight loss supplements and the sale person was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the all the products. She actually would ask questions to see how active and diet are like before recommend products to us. She wasn't trying to up sales the most expensive products. She actually would recommend and suggest things to do along with the products. She shared her personal experience with the products which makes it more believable than just tell it how it is. Products she recommended seem to be working so far. Hopefully I get to see this sale person again and would definitely asked her all the questions I might have later on. read more

Just make sure you buy the product that you like because if you open and try to exchange later because you did not like the flavor you might be surprised with the way they do things at the store. They told me about the benefits of a GNC card(Some items are expensive) and then offered me samples of vitamins, and a diet pill I was asking about. Recently, I stopped in to replenish my supply of supplements, Manny was right there to assist. I recently put on a few pounds and wanted it gone. I have had great success with the HCG diet so I thought I would go to GNC to see what their HCG cost there. It is $89.95 there so I bought it thinking it was a good deal. I have been on it for about 3 weeks and have lost 11 pounds. My last supervised HCG diet I had better success on but this is working. The guy in the store was helpful and polite. He told me the bottle is a 4 week supply but I think I might get 5 weeks out of it. If you want really good success I would go with a supervised program even though it is more expensive. read more

The guy who works here was super friendly, didn't pass any judgment about my total lack of knowledge in the supplement/nutrition world, and helped me find what I need to take my body to where I want it to be. Let's see. Where do I start? On March 18th, 2020 my boyfriend and myself went to GNC on south eastern Ave. Store #6598. Purchased a large amount of supplements. On March 23rd, city shut down. Had some of my purchase that needed to be returned. Called store periodically just to keep in touch about my return. Store then opened for curbside, but no returns yet. On June 7th, called corporate customer service and they said returns are being accepted now. Explained my circumstances to them and Alexis even called the store to let them know about my return. Then I called the store and spoke to Tyler. He said the owner will not take my items back. Next day I got a call from the "owner" Christopher. He told me it doesn't matter what customer service said. He was the owner and would not take it back. So after holding on to almost $300.00 worth of unopened supplements, he told me to donate them. Also brought up that Costco won't even take back toilet paper. What that has to do with my problem I don't know and don't care. He told me to get a hold of a corporate store and see if they would take it. So. No more purchases for my household from GNC. If I could give zero stars on the review I would. read more

He figured out it was an iron deficiency. I'm super happy with the customer service I received.
