My name is Robert B. and I've been a Sprint customer for 19 years. I was on the fence and didn't…read morewant to leave Sprint because I've been a customer for an extended period of time. Due to the crappy service I've been recently experiencing because of the T-Mobile merge with Sprint. I walked into Verizon during the first week of August 2020, and was greeted by Representative Reginald Nash Jr (Nash). Nash was extremely knowledgeable about Verizon Wireless services and was able to provide an vibrant interactive customer experience. After speaking with Nash I was sold on Verizon and I took the leap over to my new cell phone carrier. Nash was patient with me and I didn't give the "used car" salesman pitch and make me feel like I had to make a decision and buy immediately or I'll miss out on a great deal. Nash customer service skills were appreciated and I'm writing this review to showcase and highlight the above experience. Thank you Mr. Nash for an awesome experience and I'm very happy to be with Verizon Wireless. Respectfully, Robert B.

3.5 stars. I am…read morewriting this review from the perspective of a Verizon customer that has paid my bill here a few times. The convenience of being able to pay my bill here instead of having to drive to Town Square or the Sunset Station area is convenient. On all of my visits, the Associates have been friendly. The slight downside has been that when I pay with a $100 bill, oftentimes they have not had change. No worries. This difference is credited to my bill. From my visits here, I have seen them go out of their way to help customers. One time, where I was understandedly delayed in line, the Associate took the time to make phone calls to get the customer in front of me set up.     Vitra Verizon is not a corporate Verizon store. And it is situated at the northeast corner of McCarran Marketplace by Eastern at Russell. It is around a half-mile one-way walk to Walmart. It is a corner store with plenty of sunlight that radiates over their display cases of the latest Verizon devices and shelves of accessories. In this brightly lit store the customer service counter is in the back. The closest I had ever been to considering looking for a device here is when I asked the Associate about a trade-in offer. He was honest and said that the S-7 does not apply to it. Without being aggressive, he mentioned a couple of other devices that may be suitable for me. The reality is that I will most likely buy my device from the Verizon Corporate store or a chain that I feel provide a better selection with prices.    I appreciate the convenience of paying my Verizon bill locally. It is a convenience that will most likely bring me back to this Vitra Verizon.

Sorry Yelp. You were of no help. I visited this place because of all the positive Google reviews…read more They had some of the best reviews in Vegas. I still have my work phone that I can use for personal use, but, my spare phone stopped working. Cricket Wireless had the best deal for a phone if I could port my phone number in with the shortest unlock policy. I decided to buy in Vegas and pay the Nevada tax instead of California taxes. I made my way from the hotel on the strip to this location in the hood. Flor greeted me initially helped me before having the regional or district manager finish up with me when they got busy. They unfortunately could not port my number over. It would've been a free IPhone 16e if they could port my number over. I instead paid a little for a new phone and a new phone number. I was told that I needed to stay on their most expensive $60 plan for 2 months before I can switch to a cheaper plan. After 6 months, I was told that I could get my phone unlocked. The process of setting me up with a new phone and plan was easy. The staff here were good. This Cricket Wireless was a good store. They were a busy store. They took care of me and set me up with a good phone and plan.

We went there for Halloween decorations and very quickly filled up my cart. Like I think I had at least like 100 items in total. She talked to us the whole time and not once did I get the feeling that she was annoyed with the overwhelming amount of pain in the butt Halloween decorations she had to scan.

DOLLAR TREE MINI HAUL!…read more This is the place to come if you need to find just a few things that you wouldn't normally find in a giant store you may find them here. I came in looking for this little piece of carpet for my dog to sit on lol it's so funny they have little cut out pieces next to the doormats at most of the Dollar Trees. They did not have these prior to the store upping their prices. It's very affordable under five bucks for this. Of course I find lots of other little finds and toiletries that I need so it's a good value. I usually stop in here if I'm shopping next-door at Trader Joe's. The store is kind of shabby the day I went however, a lot of the seasonal items have already left the shelves and sadly there's only one clerk working upfront with a mask on. Looks like she is sick coughing at the register felt really bad for her. There was nobody else around from her team to help. Overall, decent quality products to just come in and grab and go. Location off of Green Valley Parkway and Sunset next to Trader Joe's.
