There are at least seven floors and there are two building that are connected by walkways on some floors. The lobby has a coffee bar that serves Peets Coffee and then its floor by floor of showrooms of all the latest furniture and décor. One floor is solely Christmas décor. If you're inclined to decorate for Christmas or want to know what the trend is for 23, then this floor is for you. The Las Vegas Market is neatly laid out. Escaliers and elevators are in working order and easy to find and easy to use. The elevators are positioned just right, and the restrooms are down the hall to back of the building. If you need to go, that walk down the hall can seem like its stretching and you get the feeling that you'll never make it. Just don't think about waterfalls, or that scene from Flashdance and you'll be alright. I've been to Market three times and each time, I marvel at the building and it's cool to meet new vendors as well as catch up with the familiar ones. One note. If you take a car from the strip to the Market, you'll see a crazy twisted building to the right. I don't know the story behind it but it's super cool. Make sure to check it out.

First, I wasn't sure if I should write a review for the market since it mostly private industry,…read morewhere other companies come to see what furniture mfg. have coming out for the two quarters it's held in Las Vegas. However, I noticed at this market that there are locals who do come looking to buy stuff towards the end of the market, so I thought why not. I've been going to the market now for almost seven years and it's changed a lot over that time. In the beginning, there were all sorts of shows and great food and fun experiences, now a lot of that has been cut away and it's about the furniture. If you're a designer it's a great way to see a lot of amazing products, latest trends and the new product being offered out there. The parking is a nightmare when you first get there if you're driving you're directed to the parking lot, which is the fastest way get trapped for a good two hours at night when it closes. The best way to get there is by one of the buses that bring people there from different hotels and venues. Make sure you pre-register and get your badge mailed to you as it will save you time. Also, wear comfortable shoes because we are talking three very large attached building and over 2200 different vendors. Be sure and visit the www.lasvegasmarket.com, so you can figure out who you want to see ahead of time, there someplace to eat in most buildings, but the best places are the food trucks in the center quad. The bathrooms are clean and the people are friendly Buildings A & B are mostly furniture industry, building C is home and seasonal decor. C is really the most fun to go through, but the access tents in back that have new or small retailers are also fun and a lot of the stuff out there is cash and carry. All in all, it's a lot of fun and worth it to experience at least the first time.
