I went to pay for an iPhone in full but was scammed by an employee who was later fired for doing this to multiple customers. He gave me four accessories as if they were free but used half of my payment to pay for them (commission) while he only used the other half for my phone. He forged my signature and now I am stuck in a contract. Jazzy W. promised my money back and even fired the store manager to cover the scandal. No return calls, or refund has occurred in my account. I tried to buy a phone out right and was told it was $700. The employee paid 350 down and opened a contract. He forged my signature and used the rest of the money to buy store items for commission. When asked about it the store is refusing to refund my money due to the items being used. Verizon corporate has said it falls on the store and the management does not care. read more

This is not an actual Verizon store, so beware of the charges and prices of their phones they sell. We made the mistake of purchasing a new phone at this location and got added fees that were not discussed added to our account without our approval. Secondly, if you decide not to keep your phone, there is a restocking fee. And, there was a 20 dollar fee for buying the phone there which was charged at the end of our receipt even after going over fees and taxes. We only came here to buy a phone without an upgrade, huge mistake. Save yourself the headache and go to an actual Verizon store where there are no hidden fees. read more

After being screwed by Sprint I was in the market to look at other companies. This was my first stop. I was greeted by Brandon which was very friendly and thorough when quoting me for a plan. He seeked out every avenue to attempt to lower my cell bill to something in my budget but unfortunately they were still a bit too high for me. Went to purchase a phone and was told I get a free notepad along with the purchase. What they didn't tell me it's a add on to the account and costs 10 dollars a month along with new line fees. So I returned the notepad 5 days later when I noticed this and was charged 70.00 for restocking fee. Then the fun begins with the return of my old phone for a credit. The staff had no idea how to get the correct credit for my phone or even help with what was to happen. I got to spend hours on the phone with Verizon since the store didn't do the right thing from the start which would have made life easier. So maybe just go to a REAL Verizon corporate store to prevent mishaps like this. read more

Like another reviewer posted.. THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE!! It is Victra.. an "authorized dealer" it just doesn't say that anywhere on the signage. I usually do my research but my boyfriend wanted to buy me a phone for my birthday. He surprised me by taking me here. We wanted to buy a phone outright and I would activate it later. I was forced to activate in store because Ashley said I could not leave the store until I did. A $19.99 in store activation fee was added to the bill. Then I wanted to put the glass shield on myself and I was not allowed to do that either. $65.99... While setting up the phone, I was asked for my Google password. I got frustrated because no one should have access to this but me. I refused and said I'd rather set it up at home. She became frustrated with me. I synced my old phone to the new phone to bypass that information. I left feeling uneasy and upset with the service. I tried to return the phone later the same day around 6:10. I showed up and waited outside (door was open and online it says they are open until 7) Ashley told me they were closed and took in someone who was waiting outside as well and then shut the door. I discovered that this company also added a $29.99 insurance fee. Went back today and had to eat the $65.99, $19.99 and $35 restocking fee. My bill also went up $20 a month, even after returning everything. This company is not honest and the associates are not very knowledgeable. They did not even have a case for the phone I purchased. Go to a real Verizon store to avoid hidden fees. read more

The buy one get one free is a lie.I paid $474 first day at the store,second bill was $303 and the next bill is 292, basically one phone should be paid off already and the account says I owe over 870 dolares for both what scammers this verizon are, the bill always has something new to charge you for, terrible, horribly bad company to be with don't get scam for this rats. The customer service I received at this location far surpassed any other Verizon retailer. It's all about the people that make it happen at this place. I had a weird glitch in my account, and Duy was there every step of the way fixing the glitch for me and getting me all set up with my new phone and iPad. At no fault of his own, it took many hours to correct my account and Duy took care of it with patience and a smile on his face the entire time. With the support of the new manager Taylor, I walked away very happy with the customer service I received. I recommend this location for great service. My husband and I recently went in to upgrade our iPhones and to also add two Apple Watches. Best experience we've ever had when it comes to wireless stores. My husband has been a Verizon customer for well over 10 years and this was his least stressful experience. I have had several carriers prior to Verizon and again, least stressful experience. Zachary was amazing! We knew exactly what we wanted to get before going in. We also checked online to be sure they had everything in stock at this location. When we arrived they had everything we wanted. One of our phones that we wanted had only one left in stock and was being held for a pick up. Zachary called his supervisor (who wasn't on site) to release the hold, and ordered another to replace it for the other customer- so it would arrive in time for them to pick up. He could have easily made us order another phone instead. Setting up all 4 devices & transferring the data from our old our phones was seamless. It took him less time to do all 4 then it took our last guy at another location to do just 2 phones. We also had our 10 month old baby with us, which could have really been a headache if it hadn't gone so smoothly, or had driven all the way there only to have to order one of the phones. From now on we're sticking to this location. Unless Zachary transfers, then we're following him! Thank you for making our day! read more

I should have waited to give a review until I got my bill. I asked multiple time how much all of this would cost me. I won't go into the details but in the end my normal bill will be significantly higher and they are billing 200more dollars on my current bill than what o was told. As a side note, the Hum thing is terrible. It doesn't work. Same with the headphones I bought. Now have to make another trip to the store (we all know how time consuming that is) to complain. I purchased a Moto Z from this location after 6 months of jumping through hoops with new Sim card two new phones, technical support, technical support level 2 and technical support managers I am informed "that phone won't work for you" their solution is to send me a Galaxy S4 like I had previous to the Motorola phone at no charge however I'm expected to pay the $600 for a phone that won't work for me. I was with Verizon for two years previously I never expected such horrible response from customer service and managers I would recommend strongly that anyone thinking about getting a Verizon phone to do more research then will not stand behind their products. read more

We've used this store before with no issues but times change things..... Different people working today 2/8/16 than when previously in. Walked in two women working. One (with darker hair) helping customer, greets us and says they'll be with us shortly. The other (with lighter brown hair) walks out of the store. 5-10 mins later she returns.....with Starbucks (perhaps she hadn't clocked in yet-I always try to be positive at first). She comes to us after some difficulty logging in to her computer. We were there to add/port a number. She asks about a sim card, gets the SIM card number/type and goes to the back. When she comes back she asks for the info to be ported over and provides a pen and paper to write it down (still hasn't asked for our info though). She asks another customer how she can help her (wow, can't wait one minute for the info to be written down) and begins to help her, has to go to the back again. I meanwhile place the paper (with the info) and pen at her "station". She comes back out and says it would be cheaper to go through a corporate office...uuummmm I wonder is management appreciates the income loss? At this point it's clear going ANYWHERE else would be better. We left, not because it's cheaper but because we value good customer service. I'd tell you a name but she wasn't wearing a name badge. read more

Make sure you see Lindsey N! My mom needed a pay-as-you-go phone. Nothing expensive. No long term plan. I mean, she's 82, and has washed the last three flip phones I got for her! She doesn't want anything "fancy" - no apps, no internet, nothing. Just wants to call her friends. So, we went into this Verizon store on Eastern by the airport to see if they offered a very simple phone. Turns out their phones have "easy" mode. All that appears on the screen are six icons - to call, text, camera, gallery, internet (if connected), and contacts. The saleslady, Lindsey Nieporte, sat down with my mom and taught her how to use a touch screen phone, set up her voicemail, showed her how the camera works, explained what her month by month payment would cover, and patiently listened to mom tell tales of her dachshund. Lindsey walked my mom through the simple steps she needed to know to use the phone, including basics like power, charging, and how to swipe. I cannot thank Lindsey enough for her incredible help and friendly demeanor. And hopefully, with its teal case and larger size, mom won't wash this phone! read more
