I went to Cox expecting to have to buy a replacement, but Genesis explained my options and showed me that I could use a modem through Cox for only a $15 monthly fee until I was able to get a new one. What impressed me the most was how she took the time to review my account and show me ways I could actually save money. She explained everything clearly and demonstrated the changes in a way that was easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution. Customer service like this is rare, and Genesis is a great example of what outstanding service should look like. I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me today.

He also sat with me and helped set up My Phone and let me know about my memory storage and why it was running slow. I love my new phone ,This was my first time in this location, I deeply appreciate the great customer service. I had decided it was time to upgrade my phone randomly one day and it happened to be the day the Iphone 14 was released (I had no idea). Once I found out I started calling around to any AT&T store near me to see if anyone had one in stock so I wouldn't have to wait for shipping. Called maybe 5 stores and they all weren't helpful at all. Most just told me they're out and to order online. But when I called the Wigwam Center the associate (idk who I spoke to on the phone) was actually helpful. Not only did they recommend which shop they think would be best to check in at but also stated that if I wanted to come in to order one they would do free expedited shipping! Later that day when I went it, I was helped by Robert. Robert made the process easy as can be! He processed my order right away and said it should be here in 2 weeks then to just come back and he'll help me set it up. The phone ended up coming in a week later. So even though im good with tech and could have set it up myself, I decided to just let them do it to make sure everything was done right and that my old phone was ready to be shipped off. When I came back to switch phones I was lucky to get Robert again! He took care of every step, I didn't have to do anything. He made it very easy and in a matter of time my new phone was good to go and my old phone was ready to be shipped back.

The older man seemed to be doing well and his customer seemed very happy. When it was my turn, I got the younger one and told him my situation. Sounded like he had a great deal in mind but then disappeared in back and never came back. I took a seat and waited. Then I could hear a supervisor in back reaming him or both(? since both sales men vacated the floor). 'You have phones here and over here and over here and over here. If we were to get a (I think I heard audit?) right now...(couldn't make out the rest). Doing this whole yell fest, I took to drumming their pen on the table - more and more louder and quicker. Nothing. Then I blasted my techno music full volume for a few minutes. Nothing. I finally got up and left. I looked through the window when I got my car around. Still no one on the floor. Went to Metro on Sunset in Henderson with my friend to help him get his old number back. The guy…read morethat helped him around 6 pm gave him a new phone but didn't let him keep his old number. That was a red flag! So I said I would go back with him to fix the situation. A woman was there the next night and said she couldn't help my friend so I said call the guy from last night. She did only to have him hang up after she discovered the guy didn't post the payment for the month and the receipt didn't say payment. Long story short my friend got his old number back and kept his old phone, gave back the new phone and she printed a receipt for payment. Then she wanted both receipts back and I said "NO" and we left. Something really shady is going on there. Don't recommend doing business there!!!!

However I came in the store and a huge THANK YOU to Edwin and the assistant manager!!!! I waited for an hour and a half because the person who sold me the plan was busy. No one else wanted to help me. My phone was suspended, and I just wanted to know what was going on, how to fix it, or how much I needed to pay. Nobody gave me any answers. Very disappointed. I expected much better from Verizon.
