We can keep our telephone numbers. We'd just need a transfer PIN ((doesn't expire)) from Boost Mobile. Hubby has an iPhone, I have an android, Samsung galaxy phone, we could get a line for our son (hubby's old iPhone), who is 11 now, and my father-in-law who also wants to switch to get a better deal. It would've been $80 for a month for all four lines (unlimited talk and text). With Boost, for our two lines, on our existing plan, it's $35 unlimited talk and text for both of our phones. So, we'd be saving money. This still would be a viable option for us, if Boost f's up again. Big square shaped space. Clean location. A couple of seating areas. Spread out. One clerk was with a couple of customers at the table behind the front desk. We spoke with the man at the desk, who was very nice, and he answered our questions. While we were waiting for the new line to activate, I noticed Greg's name on a plaque and realized -- he's the General Manager! What blew me away is that while he was helping us, he was also juggling everything else: answering phones, greeting new customers, assisting his team, taking FedEx deliveries -- and yet, he never once made us feel rushed or unimportant. Quite the opposite -- he made us feel like VIPs the entire time. On top of that, I genuinely felt like we got great value -- not just in terms of pricing (which was fair and competitive), but in the time and stress we saved by dealing with someone who clearly knows what they're doing. I went to the store to return and a Manager Ivan recalls my conversation on the phone with him and said I thought I told you we need to charge you a stocking fee? I said T-Mobile on the phone wants to speak with you that I'm well within my right not to get charged for a restocking fee. Ivan adamant that he was going to charge me a restocking fee no matter what. I was on hold with corporate and again a second rep says no that's not true you are not going to be charged a restocking fee asked to have him on line. I had her on hold for the manager to speak with them and can you believe it Ivan sneaks out of the store. The rest of the employees say they cannot do anything. This is 3 days after purchase. T-Mobile corporate on the phone was nice to send me a shipping label to ship back the watch without a charge. I still have 2 watches to purchase, a tablet and a MaxPro phone for the wifey yet that didn't matter for the Little guy Ivan. It was more important that he collects his $75 restocking fee. The experience on the phone with T-Mobile was much better than going to the store waiting almost two hours as if you're trying to buy a car. Some sales guy start telling me "uhh well it's says it on the paperwork that you will be charged a restocking fee" Absolutely nothing was disclosed during purchase and at then I realized these guys can be manipulative after the sale! Word of advice go to the store check out the products, touch feel and ask questions but you don't need to purchase your phone there. These vultures are paid a commission and looking for any way to nickel and dime you. I called T-Mobile 3 times and all were hassle free happy to help and could not believe the conduct of this store. Besides why wait 2 hours when you can be in the comfort of your home and get all the answers by calling T-Mobile corporate. He was able to guide me into getting the right phone, and, as an added bonus, he was able to get me a free subscription to Disney+. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 is because the time it took to transfer my data from one phone to the other was borderline absurd. (Nearly three hours). Normally, I don't mind waiting, but Matt and Andrew told me it typically takes 30-45 minutes to transfer data from phone to phone. I arrived at the store at 4 and left around 8:15. Aside from that, I'd definitely recommend this Verizon to anyone, especially since it's right in the middle of the valley. Just be patient, and maybe bring something to eat.

I went to Boost Mobile, and the entire staff was so professional and handled the mix-up completely. That was nice of him as that pesky fee for paying towards a plan while physically in a Cricket location is one that I do not appreciate paying for. I've asked for that discount in the past and the request was Always Denied so *THANK YOU JESSIE! He also answered like a half dozen of my tech related questions Quickly & Clearly; to which pointed out that I am indeed receiving a Fair Value for what I'm paying for monthly. Mostly that whilst there are cheaper companies ads floating around they engage data throttling after significantly less data usage per mo than my unlimited plan does. The guy is probably asked that kinda stuff routinely by stern-faced customers but he plays it cool , handled well for me anyway. Good job dude & see you next visit.
