    The only reason I gave 5 stars is because they didn't have more. If you are not tech savvy you need to come here. Best employee!

    Horrible service here. Was second in line for 20m to buy Iphone X, zero acknowledgement from salespeople. Walked out.

    Zero stars I brought my cracked iPhone in here a few months…read moreago for a replacement screen Cheapest place I found (I wonder why) Only cost around $50 as I remember. When I was using my phone with the new screen it was acting very glitchy and not quite responding to touch. So I lived with that for awhile, fast forward to a few days ago I took my phone to a new place Because I noticed the screen was lifting in the corners. They told me the work that was done previously was very unprofessional and the two small screws that are ALWAYS supposed to be screwed back in after repair only had ONE PUT BACK IN! This place is terrible. Spend a little more money somewhere else and you really do get what you pay for! My iPhone is like brand new again. No more glitches and this time I have 2 screws instead of one!

    Never coming back here again. Not only were they rude, but I ended up paying $240 for my phone…read morerepair. This repair took over 4 hours to do. The day I showed up, they were accepting cash only. Who doesn't accept credit cards?! I only had a card and the gentleman wouldn't work with me at all. He ended up holding on to my phone until I received cash, and wouldn't even let me use my phone after he had possession of it, to call my husband to let him know I was safe after 4 hours of not coming home. I've never received such a horrible experience before. You'd think they'd be accommodating considering the fact that we paid their company so much money. Nope! Never again. I do not recommend this place.

    Went after work to get internet for my recent move. Both men there were busy with customers. I…read morewaited my turn and there wasn't a check in line most ATT stores I've been in. I listened to the interactions and the younger one hardly ever let his customer finish a sentence before he would talk over them. The older man seemed to be doing well and his customer seemed very happy. When it was my turn, I got the younger one and told him my situation. Sounded like he had a great deal in mind but then disappeared in back and never came back. I took a seat and waited. Then I could hear a supervisor in back reaming him or both(? since both sales men vacated the floor). 'You have phones here and over here and over here and over here. If we were to get a (I think I heard audit?) right now...(couldn't make out the rest). Doing this whole yell fest, I took to drumming their pen on the table - more and more louder and quicker. Nothing. Then I blasted my techno music full volume for a few minutes. Nothing. I finally got up and left. I looked through the window when I got my car around. Still no one on the floor. So hey 'Carol'? Can you maybe scream at your employees when they don't have customers waiting? I won't be back. Should have listened to the poor reviews.

So you know what everyone dealing with them that is more than F***ing frustrated! with Cox do get name badges get confirmation numbers and do know they "keep notes" on what they wish to say regarding the situation so you do the same :) ask for a "recap" on agreement go as far as even asking to see the profile if you go to actual location and if you choose to go by their word expect you may get disappointed after. For example the notes when I called the number of the main actual co. you will find on your bill they noted: I declined tech insurance well NO! the employee never mentioned anything about an tech fee so I was charged $100 for a tech coming out. I followed all the directions on the phone I watched the tech I did everything as I was directed to do by phone so yup games! they could have tuned it on that day but why should they when playing dumb is best and charging me $100 for 5 min of a tech coming out is best? Also do know when you call the number from your previous bill they quote different price points then when you actually go to the store nothing is consistent! so you know what since they wasted my time I think people should know get details don't EVER! take any employees word for it at the end of they day they or course are suppose to smile and be nice they just want to get through the day and sugar coat you. They are two stars for a reason :)
