Needed new otterbox for my phone, an I-Phone 15. They only sell accessories for the latest model phone and told me to go to Amazon.

This location is relatively busy, but the staff does a great job greeting and checking people in; then making sure everyone is helped accordingly. The majority of the staff were friendly and eager to help - I happened to get the one that was not friendly or helpful. But I requested a different associate and Tia ended up being amazing and explained our options when trading in our phones. She took her time and helped us from beginning to end. If I could give the manager of this store, zero stars, I would. I just recently switched my daughter's phone from an iPhone 14, which had the worst connectivity issues apples ever put out for an iPhone. So we switched to the iPhone 15. seven days in it starts glitching and shutting on and off, so I bring it into T-Mobile with my wife and 3 daughters and the manager said we couldn't exchange it because it had minor scratches on the side of the frame which sent us on a whole wild goose chase through Apple and going through them to get it fixed instead of her, just being able to replace it then in there like their terms of service say they would within the 14 days of us getting it. I didn't realize being a manager that you got to be lazy and have THEE WORST customer service. But besides her being a horrible manager of the young man that helped us was great. read more

My family and I have been here twice to get new phones and do trade ins. We had a different employee help us both times that we have been to this location and they have been extremely helpful and patient with us. They always acknowledged people coming inside even if it was busy so I appreciated that. We went right when they opened one of the times so we didn't have to wait. But the other time we went mid day on the weekend and waited about 20 minutes which is fine. It is expected when there are a few people inside. So it can get pretty busy in there. Both times, the visits have been smooth with no problems. We have had T-Mobile for years and haven't had any issues. I love that there is the options for insurance that covers replacement screen protectors so I can come in to get it changed anytime it is cracked and needs to be replaced. read more

I work as a homehealth provider and do errands for patients. Went in to pay for my patients bill, had to wait over an hour after signing me in!!! There are 4 people on the floor and 2 customers that came after me was entertained and out the door before me and they were there for bs problems!!! I was at the store on Wednesday to change my Touch screen, the girl who attended me said that there was nothing she was going to request and that I returned today to make the exchange. That she checked all my data. But when I arrived today, another girl who attended me, Yona, she told me that she couldn't because the account was not in my name. He didn't seem very friendly and the experience in this store was frustrating because the information that each one gave me was not aligned. Nightmare. I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 7 years. I've NEVER had a good experience here. I bring my ADA Service Animal everywhere I go per Nevada/USA Law. They've refused service on multiple occasions citing my service animal, my open carry pistol (per Nevada Law) and most recently I entered the store only to have an associate I've dealt with before with my ADA Service Animal signal to a new employee to tell me I couldn't have my ADA Service Animal in the store, and being fed up with the treatment at the location I immediately told the associate NOT to make the new girl tell me anything about my animal bc she knows it's an ADA Service animal. I gave my name sat down patiently and waited only to then accused of being someone the store manager who came from the back that he "thinks spit gum out" on the floor, and I don't even chew gum or eat candy. Because I stood up for my service animal. Nonetheless he proceeded to tell me he's refusing service to me and told me I'm creating an issue in the store with my ADA Service Animal. I told him it's only an issue if he makes it one. Both the store and I called the police about the issue. The police showed up and needless to say I will NEVER be back to this location. Later I was DM'd on Instagram about a story post I did about the incident by several locals stating they'd had issues at the store as well. The staff is disrespectful and there isn't enough make-up to hide the misery on the faces of the sales-women in this store. Go elsewhere. Let's begin by saying first impressions go a long way. My mother and I walked into the store in hopes of upgrading her older android device to a new one, but Maria was obviously having a rough Sunday and wanted to project her issues onto us. I simply told her I wanted to show my mother the phones I had been talking to her about so she could decide which phone she wanted to purchase. After looking at the phones, we went over to Maria and the tone she was taking with my mother was unacceptable for anyone working in customer service, even worse for someone speaking to her in front of me. She did inform us that the phone we wanted wasn't available at their location, so we asked if they could find out if it was available at a nearby location and she said, "we can't see their inventory, but YOU can call to find out." While this statement is true, an employee can and should call a nearby store to provide the absolute minimum customer service so we can be on our way to completing a purchase of $1000+ from T-Mobile. So instead of refunding my money, they decided to charge me twice I have called and have been fighting and fighting with them to give me my money back but because the store wrote down that it was my fault they are willing to help me.
