    I usually don't leave many reviews but I spent so much time here I feel like I should. Last week I went in because my iPhone 12 was no longer working. It only worked with wifi & I couldn't receive or make phone calls. We later found of it was a hardware issue. While I was there I decided to just trade in my iPhone for a new one because i truthfully did not want to take my iPhone to Apple to get it fixed, this just seemed like the easiest option for me at the moment. Everything was going great I just needed my iPhone 12 to transfer everything to my new iPhone 15. At this point I had been in and out of AT&T since 11am & it was 5pm. I had my baby with me so they told me I could take both phones home with me and I can come in to drop off my iPhone 12 anytime as long as it was within 14 days. Yesterday I finally found the time to go in to drop it off and the worker, her name was Stephanie was having trouble finding the imei # she proceeded to face time her coworker to ask for help & he, on speaker told her "that sh*t is bootlegged" she then told me that my phone was fake. I wish I was making this up. I bought my iPhone 12 Pro Max at AT&T centennial location on Sun, Jul 11, 2021 at 2:13 p.m. ET I know this because it's on my AT&T account. The next day I went back in hoping to speak to someone else, Romo was there and told me he couldn't accept the phone without the imei (I had the imei number written down but I'm assuming he needed to see it on the iPhone not just a piece of paper) anyways he told me to go to Apple & have them figure out what was wrong and why the imei wasn't popping up. I went to Apple and the tech there told me that my phone is fine & the serial number should be enough for them, but incase it wasn't he gave me the number to give to AT&T. So again I go to AT&T a different location (town square) & Sophia thankfully took my phone. This whole situation was a headache & I'm so happy it's over. The only person who had more than 1 brain cell at AT&T on the Stephanie location was David, he was the one who sold me the iPhone 15 on the first day. He was great very knowledgeable & patient.

    Zero stars I brought my cracked iPhone in here a few months…read moreago for a replacement screen Cheapest place I found (I wonder why) Only cost around $50 as I remember. When I was using my phone with the new screen it was acting very glitchy and not quite responding to touch. So I lived with that for awhile, fast forward to a few days ago I took my phone to a new place Because I noticed the screen was lifting in the corners. They told me the work that was done previously was very unprofessional and the two small screws that are ALWAYS supposed to be screwed back in after repair only had ONE PUT BACK IN! This place is terrible. Spend a little more money somewhere else and you really do get what you pay for! My iPhone is like brand new again. No more glitches and this time I have 2 screws instead of one!

    Never coming back here again. Not only were they rude, but I ended up paying $240 for my phone…read morerepair. This repair took over 4 hours to do. The day I showed up, they were accepting cash only. Who doesn't accept credit cards?! I only had a card and the gentleman wouldn't work with me at all. He ended up holding on to my phone until I received cash, and wouldn't even let me use my phone after he had possession of it, to call my husband to let him know I was safe after 4 hours of not coming home. I've never received such a horrible experience before. You'd think they'd be accommodating considering the fact that we paid their company so much money. Nope! Never again. I do not recommend this place.

    We've been with At&t for a while now and theses past months I've been having signal problems…read moreusually things like sos show up where my bars should be and I'll be by my boyfriend that also has at&t and he has signal so i figured something is going on i came to this location in hopes the problem can get fixed but i was very disappointed with the customer service here. So the gentleman that helped us said "ohh is like a radio station some times theres connection and sometimes there isn't " like what the ???? And to top it off the gentleman said call our line and if your not happy we won't fault you for having to change ,so not only was this trip useless but they obviously don't care about retaining there customers because signal or not ive been paying my bill and never late but that doesn't matter to them , so id say probably look elsewhere.

No one is helpful anymore I heard T-MOBILE HAS BETTER DEALS GO CHECK THEM OUT! I will NEVER RECOMMEND AT&T to ANYONE. Thank you for the horrible experience. They are very unprofessional. For example the notes when I called the number of the main actual co. you will find on your bill they noted: I declined tech insurance well NO! the employee never mentioned anything about an tech fee so I was charged $100 for a tech coming out. I followed all the directions on the phone I watched the tech I did everything as I was directed to do by phone so yup games! they could have tuned it on that day but why should they when playing dumb is best and charging me $100 for 5 min of a tech coming out is best? Also do know when you call the number from your previous bill they quote different price points then when you actually go to the store nothing is consistent! so you know what since they wasted my time I think people should know get details don't EVER! take any employees word for it at the end of they day they or course are suppose to smile and be nice they just want to get through the day and sugar coat you. They are two stars for a reason :)
