I had decided it was time to upgrade my phone randomly one day and it happened to be the day the Iphone 14 was released (I had no idea). Once I found out I started calling around to any AT&T store near me to see if anyone had one in stock so I wouldn't have to wait for shipping. Called maybe 5 stores and they all weren't helpful at all. Most just told me they're out and to order online. But when I called the Wigwam Center the associate (idk who I spoke to on the phone) was actually helpful. Not only did they recommend which shop they think would be best to check in at but also stated that if I wanted to come in to order one they would do free expedited shipping! Later that day when I went it, I was helped by Robert. Robert made the process easy as can be! He processed my order right away and said it should be here in 2 weeks then to just come back and he'll help me set it up. The phone ended up coming in a week later. So even though im good with tech and could have set it up myself, I decided to just let them do it to make sure everything was done right and that my old phone was ready to be shipped off. When I came back to switch phones I was lucky to get Robert again! He took care of every step, I didn't have to do anything. He made it very easy and in a matter of time my new phone was good to go and my old phone was ready to be shipped back. read more

Went after work to get internet for my recent move. Both men there were busy with customers. I waited my turn and there wasn't a check in line most ATT stores I've been in. I listened to the interactions and the younger one hardly ever let his customer finish a sentence before he would talk over them. The older man seemed to be doing well and his customer seemed very happy. When it was my turn, I got the younger one and told him my situation. Sounded like he had a great deal in mind but then disappeared in back and never came back. I took a seat and waited. Then I could hear a supervisor in back reaming him or both(? since both sales men vacated the floor). 'You have phones here and over here and over here and over here. If we were to get a (I think I heard audit?) right now...(couldn't make out the rest). Doing this whole yell fest, I took to drumming their pen on the table - more and more louder and quicker. Nothing. Then I blasted my techno music full volume for a few minutes. Nothing. I finally got up and left. I looked through the window when I got my car around. Still no one on the floor. I told sales agent Andria multiple times: I will ONLY switch if this exact upgrade processes. I had no reason to switch otherwise. WHAT ANDRIA BUILT IN MY CART (NOVEMBER 30TH) This was a completed shopping cart in AT&T's system: iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256GB: $23.61/mo after bill credits iPhone SE (2020) trade-in: $350 value (calculated with my IMEI) AT&T Next Up Anytime: $10/mo for upgrading 3x per year Sales tax charged: $100.50 for the phone Order Number: 56-723000055691157 Cart stated: "OFFER APPLIED: You're getting up to $350 off with elig. trade-in on installment. Credits start within 3 bills." Andria had me apply for the AT&T Citi credit card for additional savings. I now have a credit inquiry for a deal AT&T claims never existed. WHAT ANDRIA CONFIRMED IN WRITING "We have successfully ported the line and added the device. Order Number: 56-723000055691157. Once the device is shipped you will get tracking information via email." She walked me through disabling Visible and told me to ignore activation warnings. I asked her to confirm multiple times. She confirmed everything. Based on her documented statements, I ported my number and activated AT&T. THREE WEEKS LATER - THE SCAM No phone. I contacted AT&T with the order number. Agent Tristan: "There's no order for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. You just brought your own device." I sent cart screenshots, order number, and Andria's confirmations. Same agent: "I apologize on behalf of the last representative. This is misinformation." Then reversed: "The promotions discussed were true, however there's no process for the upgrade that initiated." Supervisor Roel reviewed everything and transferred me to "Customer Loyalty" - corporate speak for "we're caught." Agent Arabel Jane after 30 minutes: "Your device is not eligible to be traded in." AT&T's cart calculated my iPhone SE trade-in at $350 using my IMEI. Andria confirmed it. Now it's "ineligible"? Her solution: 50% off one bill "as an exception" - admitting fault while refusing accountability. THE FINANCIAL DAMAGE Visible: $30/month, better reception AT&T: $107.86/month, worse connection 259% price increase for inferior service Phone received: Nothing Sales tax paid: $100.50 for "non-existent" phone Credit inquiry for fraudulent promotion WHY THIS IS SYSTEMATIC FRAUD AT&T's process: Build cart with trade-in generate order number charge sales tax confirm "device added" have customer apply for credit card secure port. Andria built a complete order, generated order number, confirmed everything, had me deactivate Visible, had me apply for their credit card - all while AT&T would deny it once they had my port. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. If I could leave zero stars I would. I turned in my trade in September 20, 2025. They told me my credits would be applied 2-3 months after. It has been 8 months and absolutely nothing. I've walked into this location countless times asking when my credits would be applied. I spoke to Laura back in February, she stated that the phone was not in their possession and I told her that customer service confirmed that the phone is not in their warehouse either. She then told me that an employee stole several trade in devices and is now gone. She told me that my credits would be applied because it was not my fault. Case was opened and denied. Went back in and spoke to Levi (manager of this location) and he told me to call customer service that notes were added onto my account explaining my situation. Case denied again. I went back in and spoke to Levi again and he said there was nothing he can do for me, which customer service said the complete opposite. I told Levi I would not leave the store until I saw him actually try to help me since customer service kept telling me to go back to the store that STOLE my phone. *fair. Levi called his manager Stephanie to open a case but she was too busy to do it. He then called me later to give me an update that she still was not able to make time but that they would get back to me once she found the chance. 5/26 Levi calls me and states that there is nothing that can be done because the phone was not processed. NO DUH, my phone was stolen. I told them to trace the camera back to see proof of me giving my phone up to an employee. Levi states that the cameras do not go far back enough and that the individual that stole my phone is not HIS employee and he was not there when the drop off happened. A complete waste of my time with horrible communication and lack of help. Went in to the store countless times and spent hours on the phone just to get turned away with absolutely no help. The lack of sympathy from Levis part is unbelievable. The only person worth going is Matt he was kind every time I walked in and showed lots of compassion for my situation. It is an absolute shame that Levi the manager of this location diminishes the reputation of At&t. 0/10 completely frustrating situation I have been dealing with for months! read more

I usually don't leave many reviews but I spent so much time here I feel like I should. Last week I went in because my iPhone 12 was no longer working. It only worked with wifi & I couldn't receive or make phone calls. We later found of it was a hardware issue. While I was there I decided to just trade in my iPhone for a new one because i truthfully did not want to take my iPhone to Apple to get it fixed, this just seemed like the easiest option for me at the moment. Everything was going great I just needed my iPhone 12 to transfer everything to my new iPhone 15. At this point I had been in and out of AT&T since 11am & it was 5pm. I had my baby with me so they told me I could take both phones home with me and I can come in to drop off my iPhone 12 anytime as long as it was within 14 days. Yesterday I finally found the time to go in to drop it off and the worker, her name was Stephanie was having trouble finding the imei # she proceeded to face time her coworker to ask for help & he, on speaker told her "that sh*t is bootlegged" she then told me that my phone was fake. I wish I was making this up. I bought my iPhone 12 Pro Max at AT&T centennial location on Sun, Jul 11, 2021 at 2:13 p.m. ET I know this because it's on my AT&T account. The next day I went back in hoping to speak to someone else, Romo was there and told me he couldn't accept the phone without the imei (I had the imei number written down but I'm assuming he needed to see it on the iPhone not just a piece of paper) anyways he told me to go to Apple & have them figure out what was wrong and why the imei wasn't popping up. I went to Apple and the tech there told me that my phone is fine & the serial number should be enough for them, but incase it wasn't he gave me the number to give to AT&T. So again I go to AT&T a different location (town square) & Sophia thankfully took my phone. This whole situation was a headache & I'm so happy it's over. The only person who had more than 1 brain cell at AT&T on the Stephanie location was David, he was the one who sold me the iPhone 15 on the first day. Not quite sure if this place knows what they are doing. I come to upgrade one of my lines which so happened to be a watch and I was told that I am unable to upgrade a watch to a phone I would only be able to upgrade to another watch. I told them that I was able to upgrade no problem online so why is it a problem in store? The rep proceeded to tell me that his manger said that the system would kick me out right when I would make a payment because it's not allowed. The only way I'd be able to upgrade is to open a new line. ( are they paid for new lines?) so I'm like ok whatever I just wanted to trade in my phone for the 13 and didn't have a problem closing the other line since it was my watch. At the end I wasn't able to upgrade in store because they'd have to send the new phone to my address in California. I ended up having to upgrade my watch online for the phone I was told I wouldn't be able to get. The only reason why I came to the store is because I don't want to wait over two weeks for the phone I wanted. Oh well this store just lost a sale because they don't know what to do. read more

I was in the store a few years ago and had a very pleasant experience, so when we wanted to upgrade our daughter's phone we chose to go back to his store. Our family was in the store on Dec 20th and worked with Teaveon. If he is your sales rep I think you should turn around and walk out the door. Our bill went up 30% after working with him and I just spent 32 minutes on the phone with AT&T getting it fixed. A very long story attempt at being short: went to upgrade my moms phone, that line wasn't eligible so they scammed us into some circus deal convinced us the phone would be free and pay for itself if we did it their way. One year later have now paid almost $800 for a ghost line and a Motorola phone that retails at $350. Oh and in order to cancel this ghost line that I've been paying I had to pay the phone off which cost me $370. Been trying to rectify this with ATT for almost 6 months now going back and forth trying to get ahold of the district manager but just been ghosted like the ghost line they sold us. I was with ATT 20 years ago and vowed never to go back to them but supposedly they got their act together but personally know they have not and from their other reviews it sounds like this is a highly commissioned pressured location it's like walking into the lions den but worse because they are supposed to be a regulated responsible corporation. I totally familiarized myself with the AT&T offers for upgrading my iPhones (2) before going to store. Salesman proceeds to say there is deal to upgrade to 15+ (only phone in deal) with no charges. I questioned him but he insisted so I signed for the upgrade. At home when I looked at my new bill I realized that I was being charged full price (over 36 mos) for both new phones. I consider this a complete ripoff; indeed a scam b/c I assume he thought I would not look at my bill until the 14 day cancel had passed. This was highway robbery and urge all to beware. I will now cancel this deal and switch to Verizon where they give $800 credit for any IPhone trade in. I am actually considering going to police b/c this represents attempted robbery of $2000. read more

Josh is great. He treated us better than the last store we tried to get an upgrade at. He is nice, cordial and far from pushy unlike the store at Town Center. He even went as far as changing the TV for my disabled daughter. I recommend this store if you're in the Henderson NV area. read more

The store is great, small but still a corporate office. I must say the manager is helpful and it seems like he has a trainee working with him. I would give it a five but manager just need to smile a bit more. But he was very helpful which is the most important thing. ( and very serious, he got to smile a bit after a while. ) hehehe They have a full selection of everything that a big AT&T store has. It's a great location and plenty of parking. I could not do it online and for some esim blocking reason I could not get through to their ph numbers. Josh fired up his phone got my acct no and connected without issue. This AT&T store, on Stephanie near Wigwam, is a dream compared to other AT&T stores. Brandon was very helpful in sorting out some difficulties in transferring contacts from an older phone to a new one and explaining some of the ins & outs of using the new phone. Way better customer service and knowledge base compared with the AT&T store in the Target shopping center further north. There was no waiting time and the store is right near Winco and RC Willey. Great! I highly recommend this AT&T store (it's so much better than the other one) and will return in future. read more

I went to the AT&T store to trade in my old phone. They were pretty busy but they were able to assist us fast. Shawn gave us good customer service and did a good job explaining things. The iphone14 is a great phone. I was able to add a new line and buy another one for my dad. They had the iphone 14 available in 256G in store and I was lucky that I didn't have to wait for shipment. The phone is fast and the camera is great. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone who wants to upgrade. I love my AT&T store, and the fact that I get a 25% discount as a first responder is amazing. The phone trade-in process was easy and saved me a lot of money. I had a great experience with Shawn. He was able to activate my new line and asked me to choose the available number I wanted. Then he asked me to pay only the tax for the phone and I'm done. Fast and easy. This is my go-to store. Not just Shawn, but all the other store associates like Caesar and Jacob have been pretty good with their job. The associates are always so helpful and polite. read more

This store is very small and when I went in on a Thursday morning they only had two people working there and they were both helping someone. They said they would be right with me so I waited. And waited. And waited. It was going on 40 minutes and I started to feel stupid for waiting. There's another store 2 miles up the street. One of the guys got up and went to the back to get the guy he was helping a phone, and I asked if he could just check to see if what I wanted was there so I didn't have to wait any longer if they didn't have it. He said sure. Came back with his customers phone 5 min later and I asked if he checked? He said oh no sorry, and the safe is on a time delay so I can't open it again for a little bit. So it was a full hour before one of them helped me, and guess what. What I came for was not in stock. I went up the street to the other AT&T store and they helped me right away, were super nice, had what I wanted, should have gone there in the first place.
