    I hope Verizon customer service can see this. My wife and I went in to the Southern Highlands location. On Sept. 25, 2025 at 5:30 in the evening to upgrade our phones. She was able to get the new Google 10 Pro. The guy was polite and quick. He was in training he told us. I went to get a iPhone 17 Pro Max. The store only had the orange color. I ordered the dark blue. I was told it would be about 3 weeks for it to come in to the store & they could hold it for a week before they would mark it available to be sold (if I didn't pick it up). On Tuesday (Oct.21) I got a text from Verizon saying my phone was delivered. I also got a text from Ghiman (an employee) in the afternoon saying it was ready to be picked up. I was unable to make it before the store closed due to work. I went Friday afternoon to pick it up and was made to wait over a hour while they looked for it. I was informed that it wasn't there, but I could get a silver one (that had people's names and order info). I was also told I could talk to Ghiman who texted me the next day. I called the number listed for the location Saturday morning and was sent to a call center. I kept asking if I could talk to someone at the actual store and the gal kept insisting she could help me. Finally when I told her what was going on and the name of who texted me did she finally transfer me. Ghiman told me that someone must have sold the phone and even said "It is what it is. Nothing he could do". He said they could only hold the phone for 4 days. I pointed out I went in the third day and it was gone. I asked if I could reorder the phone over our phone call and he said he could, but if someone came into the location he would have to hang up on me. He said I needed to drive in and possibly wait again just to order. This is the rudest and most unprofessional customer service from multiple employees that I have ever received. I will be driving further just to go to another location for help. This place is a nightmare.

    We have been Verizon customers since our first phones. We went to the Verizon store in Southern Highland for the first time and ordered our new phones. When they came in, John texted us. We all work past 5/6pm and he was supposed to leave at 6pm. We got there around 5:30pm and he stayed until all three phones were activated, and had screen protectors. John and Jesus are both great and super knowledgeable. Give these men a raise!

    I ordered a new phone, 14 pro max, and Grace explained they didn't have any in store so if I wanted it then I can place an order. I asked how long it will take and she says it will be here by 11/4. We went ahead and placed the order. Grace got in touch with me yesterday (10/28) saying my new phone is at the store ready to be activated. We got there and both Grace and AJ were helping other customers. I told my daughter to go be with her family who were at Baskin Robbins next door so she can have ice cream with her baby. Anyway, AJ finished up first and was kind to assist me. I was super happy with my new phone. In the past it was my kids who upgraded and I take their old phones. But my XR was really having issues so I decided to take the plunge and get the latest model. Was a birthday gift to myself! Anyways, I left the store around 2pm and about an hour or so later I got in touch with Grace because my son in law looked at our billing and boy was he surprised to see his Iphone 13 pro max was not paid off. Thank God for Grace!! We went back and had to wait a little bit since she was helping customers. But with a bit of effort calling the Verizon customer service, Aaron's issue was resolved. Hopefully we will see all these credits on next month's bill. So MAHALO NUI to Grace!! And AJ! You guys are awesome!!

    Came in to add two lines to my account and Clay took care of me in record time. So glad this store opened up in my area! I will be back and refer all my fellow Verizon account holders. Appreciate all your help Clay! Before you visit, make sure to check the website and schedule an appointment. Since he is following all COVID safety guidelines, you may not have access to the store if you show up unscheduled.

The associate talked nonstop, barely let us ask questions, and went on long rants about how he was a shop steward, how terrible AT&T is as a company, and how he's constantly fighting management. If you hate the company that much, why are you representing it to customers? It was bizarre and did not inspire any confidence that we were being given accurate information. Between being misled about returns, incorrect billing, and listening to an employee trash his own employer the entire time, this was one of the strangest and worst retail experiences I've had. Now we're stuck wasting time trying to fix a problem that should never have happened. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store unless you enjoy confusion, misinformation, and billing headaches.

During a recent visit to the store, there was a misunderstanding on the use of $10 certificate. It may have been my fault, as it may have expired, but being unable to locate any record of it in the app or online account frustrated me. I made my purchase without the benefit of the ghost certificate for all the reasons mentioned above. A day later, I received an online survey about the experience. I gave the store high marks for cleanliness, staff, etc. and shared my experience in the comments section. A few days later, a Services Experience Manager reached out sharing some tips regarding the app, certificates and how I had multiple profiles in their system should be consolidated to make my experience better. Icing on the cake, was they gave me the benefit of the $10 certificate in the form of a small refund on my purchase. Best Buy is a large organization. Knowing that they read and actually take action to feedback provided by consumers is amazing!

I walked through much of the store but didn't have a single encounter with an employee until it was time to check out. I suspected that I would the cable I was looking for at the Tablet section but when I followed the sign to that area, there weren't actually any tablets there, not to mention there weren't any charging cables, either. After wandering around much of the store, I found a low display with a variety of USB cords and was able to locate a the correct cable. I really paid for the convenience here, $20 for a basic cable seems pretty high, but I didn't want to risk having Amazon deliver something to my hotel before I had no battery left at all!
