In short: Bad service did not even attempt to help me at all. Made up excuses for why the employee couldn't. I'm not sure what's going on with the service at AT&T's lately. I went in to turn my old phone in. I handed it to the employee and told him to be careful as the glass in the back was broken. He gave me a look and I laughed as I thought he was joking. He asked me if I had initiated the return there in which I responded no. He told me that I should go back to the original shop as he didn't know what service it was going to be accepted in. He didn't attempt to check the account, the exchange, or any details about the transaction at all. When I asked him if I needed to return it to the original store he said no but you should. Right after he tried to say his printer wouldn't work so he couldn't do it. It was one thing after another. Mind you he did not even attempt to look up the transaction to see if I could turn it in the condition I had brought the phone in. I went to the original store and they told me he shouldn't have turned me away. read more

Getting a new phone is always a daunting task but it was time. I walked in about 2pm a few days before Christmas and figured it would be busy. I was very fortunate that it wasn't and I was helped instantly. Unfortunately I am someone who doesn't always delete everything from their phone which meant I was going to be there a bit. Nathan didn't judge once and helped me through the process. He showed me the different options for phones and then talked to me about the selection they had. He also talked about the memory and price and the value of deals they had. The experience was 5 star and I will send others to this location as well. I went to the store early June. I wanted to switch to the new 55+ plan. LD helped me and said I was all set. Today I went back because I am still being billed my old amount. When they checked it showed they forgot to hit the change plan button. I asked since it was their fault would I be getting some kind of credit. They laughed thinking it was funny and said no. Don't go to this location. A rep named Corey added a plan to my acct without my knowledge or consent while trying to upgrade my phone. Had to finish the upgrade process at another location when I caught it. Apparently this type of fraudulent behavior is encouraged by managers and higher ups to gain commission according to two other AT&T reps I spoke to at the other location I went to read more

This is for the service I received from Candy at this location. 5 stars to her! She was the only associate working at 10am to help resolve my iPhone battery problem. Long story short, she had to make a call to file an insurance claim for me and was manning the store solo. Another customer came in halfway thru my transaction and Candy was able to multitask helping us both. I felt bad the customer had to wait since I knew my transaction was going to take some time. But while Candy was being transferred on the phone multiple times, she was texting other stores to answer the other customers question. Luckily myself and the other customer were pleasant and didn't mind being helped by one person. I'm sure since it's a new store they will get more employees in at opening rather than just 1. I went in today to pick up my new iPhone. Im from out of state but decided to purchase an iPhone online due to the great promotion they were having. Casey helped me with my purchase and added accessories. He was professional and did not try to over sell me on unnecessary things which I can appreciate. When I went back in to drop off my trade in another gentleman helped me out(I did not get his name) but he was also super helpful with questions I had with my new phone. Over all great experience both associates were gentleman and did not try to upsale and were both super helpful and professional which made it a great experience because sometimes getting a new phone can feel like buying a new car lol read more

I just want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the staff at this store, specifically Kelvin. He was a very patient person and assisted me with my father's phone. My father has Alzheimer's and Kelvin spent over two hours assisting me with transferring my dad's data over to another phone so he could continue to call me. Kelvin also helped me put icons on my dads phone so it was easier for him to call me. I truly appreciate Kelvin and his patience. We did not know there was an AT&T this close to home and we're SO glad we found this location. The store smelled amazing (even with the mask on) and saw the gentlemen cleaning multiple times the entire time we were in. Dallas and Mathias provided such a friendly and knowledgeable help! The salesperson that assisted me, Michael, was amazing. Because of my age and gender I get talked down to a lot, which is very annoying to me. Michael did not do that at all. He took extra time to discuss my best options, and never once talked down to me. Poor customer service. Each time I go or call on the this particular store (St. Rose plaza by Costco), it's always been disappointing. Employees are not helpful at all. The wait time is ridiculous in-person and on the phone. I recently called for a question regarding the phones I purchased and the guy who answered the phone didn't even answer with a "Hello" or "Thank you for calling AT&T." or any sort of greeting. He picked up the phone and said nothing so I asked to confirm if I called the right store. He lacked any skills for conversation. When I asked if I can talk to him about my account he was quick to dismiss me and instructed me to call AT&T. I told him that I bought the phones from them. He was quiet then he said, "Well what do you need?" I was completely taken aback. Wow. It was so frustrating. Earl, if you're reading this, you need to get some more training. Highly unsatisfied. I would rate 0 stars if I could. From the very first time I walked in I got terrible service and should have walked out. Their store phone doesn't work along with many other things. An employee said herself that its been crappy because of their issues. Definitely agreeing with the worker, very crappy. After not even a month of having this carrier I wouldn't ever recommend AT&T to anyone. Two different AT&T support numbers told me a supervisor would get back to me. I was promised day after day I would receive a call back and never got a call. I then tried calling this store and for a week their phones were down. None of their workers are knowledgeable and not a single person was able to give me any type of solution. I was only transferred repeatedly to more useless, incompetent employees. The manager was "unavailable" until the workers had noticed I had been calling multiple times for days in a row. For weeks of my phone not working I finally made it in to the store only to get no better answer even after the manager saying it would be best to come in. There was nothing she could do except tell me I had to wait more and I should expect another call. I have yet to receive that call and am infuriated with the lack of priority, care, skill and resourcefulness of each employee I talked to. Overall completely disappointed in my whole AT&T experience. read more
