Inside the building there was a printed notice saying they operate Friday-Saturday only, but their Google listing still shows normal weekday hours. Communication was terrible from start to finish. Calls were often ignored, "I'll send it tomorrow" turned into days of silence, and nothing was clearly explained in writing. The pickup situation was the most frustrating part. He called and told me to come at 7:30. I started driving. Then he changed it to 8:00. Then he changed it again and told me to come "tomorrow at 12 during business hours" while I was already on my way. Complete disrespect for a customer's time. For the "diagnosis," he claimed there was a cracked LCD (lower left) and said the screen must be replaced, but refused to provide any clear photo or proof. He kept saying the screen is dark and only sometimes turns on, so he "can't guarantee a picture." I asked multiple times for proof, pricing, and a written explanation. I received none. He was rude, kept interrupting, and repeatedly bragged about being "15 years in business" instead of answering basic questions. He also insisted I told him I dropped the laptop, which I never said. After a few days he called and said he doesn't have parts available, and then suddenly demanded $88 for diagnostic, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. When I came to pick up the laptop, he told me he "doesn't want to do business" with me. I immediately took the laptop to another repair shop and they said it would not power on at all. They are still diagnosing it, but now I'm dealing with a worse situation than when I first brought it in.

During pickup, I unlocked my phone for him and he did nothing. I inspected the phone and find no issues. After having the phone for a few hours, I noticed that were some ghost touching when the phone is being charged wirelessly. At first he refused to acknowledge the issue and blamed the charger. After a couple of visits of him trying different stuff, he agreed to try a different screen. He said he will call me when he got the replacement screen but never did. Calls and texts were not returned. After 3 months he finally got the screen and got it replaced. The new screen did not have the ghost touching but it did have a dead pixel in the center of the screen. He said he would give me another replacement screen but never did. Its June 2025 and I give up - I learned how to live with the dead pixel in my screen. Some excuses he gives: Oct 15, 2024: Emergency - Cancels our appointment and ghosts me. We can keep our telephone numbers. We'd just need a transfer PIN ((doesn't expire)) from Boost Mobile. Hubby has an iPhone, I have an android, Samsung galaxy phone, we could get a line for our son (hubby's old iPhone), who is 11 now, and my father-in-law who also wants to switch to get a better deal. It would've been $80 for a month for all four lines (unlimited talk and text). With Boost, for our two lines, on our existing plan, it's $35 unlimited talk and text for both of our phones. So, we'd be saving money. This still would be a viable option for us, if Boost f's up again. Big square shaped space. Clean location. A couple of seating areas. Spread out. One clerk was with a couple of customers at the table behind the front desk. We spoke with the man at the desk, who was very nice, and he answered our questions.
