Worst service I've had in years. Extremely unprofessional. I drove there based on the hours listed on Google and the office was closed. Inside the building there was a printed notice saying they operate Friday-Saturday only, but their Google listing still shows normal weekday hours. Communication was terrible from start to finish. Calls were often ignored, "I'll send it tomorrow" turned into days of silence, and nothing was clearly explained in writing. The pickup situation was the most frustrating part. He called and told me to come at 7:30. I started driving. Then he changed it to 8:00. Then he changed it again and told me to come "tomorrow at 12 during business hours" while I was already on my way. Complete disrespect for a customer's time. For the "diagnosis," he claimed there was a cracked LCD (lower left) and said the screen must be replaced, but refused to provide any clear photo or proof. He kept saying the screen is dark and only sometimes turns on, so he "can't guarantee a picture." I asked multiple times for proof, pricing, and a written explanation. I received none. He was rude, kept interrupting, and repeatedly bragged about being "15 years in business" instead of answering basic questions. He also insisted I told him I dropped the laptop, which I never said. After a few days he called and said he doesn't have parts available, and then suddenly demanded $88 for diagnostic, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. When I came to pick up the laptop, he told me he "doesn't want to do business" with me. I immediately took the laptop to another repair shop and they said it would not power on at all. They are still diagnosing it, but now I'm dealing with a worse situation than when I first brought it in. read more

Highly recommend if you need something done asap! I took my phone here because my touchscreen didn't work and my screen was cracked. I needed it fix asap since I use it for work. My husband found this place a few months ago and recommended it. Let me tell you- I was grateful to have called! Lamar who is the owner is awesome! He took me in last min before he closed and placed a temporary screen on my phone. It was used and charged me at least 60% off the original price since it was used. However, it turned to not work well after he applied it. He was SO NICE and trusting that he told me don't pay now and just use it to get into your phone until you come back tomorrow! If you're looking for someone you have to continuously chase for over 3 weeks and still end up with your Ps5 not being fixed then this is the place for you! I truly don't understand how they stay in business as Lamar is the most unprofessional person to deal with. I originally brought my Ps5 in June 26th as I believed it was a power supply issue. I paid him and upon receiving my PS5 back it still wasn't working. I texted him about the issue and he said I could bring it back the next day and he'd look at it again. July 7th, I hadn't heard any updates so I texted him; no response. I double texted again July 9th, he finally responds and says he would look at it Friday July 11th as he is apparently only in office Friday and Saturdays. I say ok and then he reaches out to me the following Monday July 14th stating he found the issue but I would have to wait yet again for him to fix it Friday July 18th... I respond instantly and ask how much will it cost for the repair; no response. I follow up Saturday July 19th a day after it was supposed to be fixed asking if there was an update; no response. I text again Monday July 21st; no response. By Tuesday July 22nd I was fed up and requested to pick it and I finally get a response of him telling me "good luck because there is no else in town that can fix it." Going to Lamar was a complete waste of my time and I felt like I was begging him to do his job. I would NEVER recommend anyone to his establishment and I don't believe any of his good reviews. About two years ago I needed two hard drives replaced, one on a PC and the other on an iMac. Based on a recommendation I went to CCRepairs. After the repair, I was happy to have both computers up and running again. Unfortunately, about a year later, I came home to find the screen had fallen off from my iMac and cracked. I took it back to have the situation resolved. Over a year later, I was finally able to pick up my iMac. Brought it home and was happy to start using it again. So dissapointed not because He was not able to repair my laptop but because of how he treated me as his customer. We went there for diagnosis yet he just decided to proceed with the repair days after without asking me If im okay with it. My husband and I also have to txt him asking for updates a lot of times because he is not giving us updates as promised. Plus, it became her favorite device for watching Korean Dramas. It had a clear bright picture and it was easy to balance while sitting on the couch with earbuds. We needed a battery and home button replacement for an iPad Mini 2. Lamaar replaced both items and returned an iPad Mini that now works like new. In addition to being charged a fair price we also received a "first-time-customer" discount. Next we brought in a Sony Vaio laptop that had a ferocious overheating problem. Althought it is considered an old laptop Lamaar thought that it was worth saving because it had an i7 processor. I asked if a solid state drive could be installed and he said yes and that it would make the laptop really fast. He fixed the overheating issue, cleaned the inside of all accumulated dust and installed a 500g Samsung SSD. It now perfoms better than new because of the SSD. All this at another fair price. My Micro Surface Pro 6 required a battery replacement. As great as these systems are, when the battery fails most owners feel they need to replace the machine since the battery cannot be accessed without removing the touchscreen. Many who try end up damaging or completely destroying the machine since it's factory assembled with adhesive. I was told by 3 computer repair shops (including Best Buy where I bought it) that they would not attempt to service it due to the risks of damage. Fortunatley, I found CCRepairz through a Google search of my office area in Henderson. Owner Lamar clearly expained the risks of damage, but had had success servicing SPs in the past. After inspecting the screen, he determined that removal of the screen could be done using a tedious 2hr procedure. Although his work would take him into the Memorial Day weekend, he was able to successfully dissassemble my SP-6, order the new batterly, install it, and have if back to me ALL WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY. And-- at a price that was a fraction of replacing the SP-6, avoiding the time, headache, and cost of transferring all my business software and data to a replacement unit.
