Worst service I've had in years. Extremely unprofessional. I drove there based on the hours listed on Google and the office was closed. Inside the building there was a printed notice saying they operate Friday-Saturday only, but their Google listing still shows normal weekday hours. Communication was terrible from start to finish. Calls were often ignored, "I'll send it tomorrow" turned into days of silence, and nothing was clearly explained in writing. The pickup situation was the most frustrating part. He called and told me to come at 7:30. I started driving. Then he changed it to 8:00. Then he changed it again and told me to come "tomorrow at 12 during business hours" while I was already on my way. Complete disrespect for a customer's time. For the "diagnosis," he claimed there was a cracked LCD (lower left) and said the screen must be replaced, but refused to provide any clear photo or proof. He kept saying the screen is dark and only sometimes turns on, so he "can't guarantee a picture." I asked multiple times for proof, pricing, and a written explanation. I received none. He was rude, kept interrupting, and repeatedly bragged about being "15 years in business" instead of answering basic questions. He also insisted I told him I dropped the laptop, which I never said. After a few days he called and said he doesn't have parts available, and then suddenly demanded $88 for diagnostic, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. When I came to pick up the laptop, he told me he "doesn't want to do business" with me. I immediately took the laptop to another repair shop and they said it would not power on at all. They are still diagnosing it, but now I'm dealing with a worse situation than when I first brought it in. read more

Highly recommend if you need something done asap! I took my phone here because my touchscreen didn't work and my screen was cracked. I needed it fix asap since I use it for work. My husband found this place a few months ago and recommended it. Let me tell you- I was grateful to have called! Lamar who is the owner is awesome! He took me in last min before he closed and placed a temporary screen on my phone. It was used and charged me at least 60% off the original price since it was used. However, it turned to not work well after he applied it. He was SO NICE and trusting that he told me don't pay now and just use it to get into your phone until you come back tomorrow! Well I had to come back because it was acting funny but somehow I was still able to use the touchscreen until he put a new one on the next day. He was so quick! Literally like 15min and boom-i got a new screen for probably a fraction of the cost through Apple Store and I didn't have to wait days for it! I was so thankful not to go through that nightmare. Lamar saved the day!! Lamar was very professional and provided exceptional service! The only thing is office was hard to find at first but the signs do help! He's on the second floor. Just follow all the signs he probably put up! Great value! Definitely on my books for future electronic failures. read more

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Dropped my PC off on Thursday and had it back on Saturday, very satisfied with the experience.

Everything from customer service, communication/responsiveness, and services received was TERRIBLE. If you're looking for someone you have to continuously chase for over 3 weeks and still end up with your Ps5 not being fixed then this is the place for you! I truly don't understand how they stay in business as Lamar is the most unprofessional person to deal with. I originally brought my Ps5 in June 26th as I believed it was a power supply issue. I paid him and upon receiving my PS5 back it still wasn't working. I texted him about the issue and he said I could bring it back the next day and he'd look at it again. July 7th, I hadn't heard any updates so I texted him; no response. I double texted again July 9th, he finally responds and says he would look at it Friday July 11th as he is apparently only in office Friday and Saturdays. I say ok and then he reaches out to me the following Monday July 14th stating he found the issue but I would have to wait yet again for him to fix it Friday July 18th... I respond instantly and ask how much will it cost for the repair; no response. I follow up Saturday July 19th a day after it was supposed to be fixed asking if there was an update; no response. I text again Monday July 21st; no response. By Tuesday July 22nd I was fed up and requested to pick it and I finally get a response of him telling me "good luck because there is no else in town that can fix it." Going to Lamar was a complete waste of my time and I felt like I was begging him to do his job. I would NEVER recommend anyone to his establishment and I don't believe any of his good reviews. Please STEER CLEAR OF HERE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

Had to get the back glass on my phone fixed. Lamar hooked me up with a quickness! Same day service and a great price. Very friendly and professional service with integrity. After my phone was fixed I noticed a speaker issue. I brought my phone back the next day and he squared that away too (my phone was full of dust in the ear piece due to my work) he took care of that no problem. All in all, top notch service and customer care. Couldn't be happier. If you have an issue with anything electrical don't hesitate to bring it to him. read more

About two years ago I needed two hard drives replaced, one on a PC and the other on an iMac. Based on a recommendation I went to CCRepairs. After the repair, I was happy to have both computers up and running again. Unfortunately, about a year later, I came home to find the screen had fallen off from my iMac and cracked. I took it back to have the situation resolved. Over a year later, I was finally able to pick up my iMac. Brought it home and was happy to start using it again. A little of a week of having it, I came home from the gym to find the screen had fallen off and cracked yet again. A super frustrating and unfortunate situation. Especially since this is a computer I used for a small business and designing. I've tried to be very patient and understanding during this whole situation, but I'm super frustrated and feel like I've hit a wall. I've attached photos and dates of events from both times the screen has fallen off. read more

So dissapointed not because He was not able to repair my laptop but because of how he treated me as his customer. We went there for diagnosis yet he just decided to proceed with the repair days after without asking me If im okay with it. My husband and I also have to txt him asking for updates a lot of times because he is not giving us updates as promised. That's when i learned he's gona try to fix it so we just agreed but that he said the fuse that he tried to replace blew up so we had to cancel the repair. We asked him how much it costs and it took him 4days to reply. Now that i went there to get the laptop, he wont let me see the unit yet unless i PAY FIRST. He said I MIGHT TAKE IT AND RUN AWAY without paying for the service fee.LIKE REALLY? Such a rude thing to say, I am so insulted! Dont go there unless u want urselves asking for updates and getting insulted at the end. Btw, not sure if they have other branches but this one is at Coronado Ctr / Eastern in Henderson. His name is Lamaar. read more

Just brought my iPad in for a screen replacement. Lamaar was awesome!! I dropped it off around 11am and it was ready at 3pm as promised, on the same day. He is professional and discounted the price for putting on a "true" screen protector. He even filed the damaged edge so that it was smooth. I asked if payment was needed prior to repair and it was not until the repair was completed. Just an FYI, his preferred payment methods are cash or Zelle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CCRepairz!! read more

Did I find a tablet repair shop that I can trust. Oh yes!!! this repair facility is the only one I can go from now on if I ever had a problem on tablets computers phones etc. Why do I even make a comment such as this? Well, at Simple Computer which I came back and forth them trying to fixed the rolling screen on my tablet which they never fixed. Lamaar and his team are very deserving of these 5 stars. We inquired about repairing my son's joycon rails for his Nintendo switch via email, and they responded very quickly with solutions and their business hours. The next day we stopped by their office to drop off our device, and were in and out within minutes. Lamaar was very kind and communicative during the whole process. He provided a quote before service, and their pricing was fair and competitive. My son's Switch was repaired and ready the very next day. I would highly recommend CCRepairz, and would definitely come back should I need their business again. Thank you, Lamaar! read more

As good as it gets: 5 stars for sure. From the first inquiry to dropping off the iPad to picking it, and receiving a new customer discount. iPads, iPhones, all Phones, and almost all Electronics Repaired: We had an iPad Air that my wife used daily for web browsing, email, and such. Plus, it became her favorite device for watching Korean Dramas. It had a clear bright picture and it was easy to balance while sitting on the couch with earbuds. All that non-stop use wore the battery down to the point where it would not hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise, it worked perfectly. A quick phone call got us a quote and instructions for dropping off. The next day it was finished and we picked it up. $98 seemed more than reasonable. I'm sure the iPad has years of life remaining. He even advised us on how to improve battery life on the iPad. Thanks, Lamaar! Location: Located a bit off the beaten path in a nice Henderson office building, near Eastern. There is a receptionist who serves several other offices too. Check-in with the receptionist and Lamaar will come out and lead you back to his shop. While not a traditional shop in a strip mall. It works just fine. Easy parking. Service: Friendly and helpful. It seems that Lamaar has seen it all and my impression is that you can trust his opinion on electronic repairs. This shop is as good as it gets and I highly recommend it. read more

I completely wrecked my apple watch and he had it ready for me in 24 hours. Dropped by watch on tile floor and shattered the screen to bits. Super professional and well priced compared to having it fixed else where. Will be back if I break another device. Lamaar, thank you so much! read more

We needed a battery and home button replacement for an iPad Mini 2. Lamaar replaced both items and returned an iPad Mini that now works like new. In addition to being charged a fair price we also received a "first-time-customer" discount. Next we brought in a Sony Vaio laptop that had a ferocious overheating problem. Althought it is considered an old laptop Lamaar thought that it was worth saving because it had an i7 processor. I asked if a solid state drive could be installed and he said yes and that it would make the laptop really fast. He fixed the overheating issue, cleaned the inside of all accumulated dust and installed a 500g Samsung SSD. It now perfoms better than new because of the SSD. All this at another fair price. He is a remarkable fellow and I recommend him and CCRepairz with great enthusiasm. read more

I needed a new battery for my 2015 MacBook. I would hands down recommend this company for any electronic related repairs or replacements. Laamar actually even told me to check with Apple as there may have been a recall on my battery which would avoid an out of pocket cost to me. Unfortunately my model was not covered however Laamar offered to order the battery for me. I dropped back my laptop and it was ready the same day. I got a great deal and trust and appreciate the help. Thank you! read more

We are very satisfied with the outstanding service by CCRepairZ. Lamaar was able to fix the concern that we brought up to him. He is a can-do person and worked very hard to repair our system until it was working perfectly again. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend him. read more

My Micro Surface Pro 6 required a battery replacement. As great as these systems are, when the battery fails most owners feel they need to replace the machine since the battery cannot be accessed without removing the touchscreen. Many who try end up damaging or completely destroying the machine since it's factory assembled with adhesive. I was told by 3 computer repair shops (including Best Buy where I bought it) that they would not attempt to service it due to the risks of damage. Fortunatley, I found CCRepairz through a Google search of my office area in Henderson. Owner Lamar clearly expained the risks of damage, but had had success servicing SPs in the past. After inspecting the screen, he determined that removal of the screen could be done using a tedious 2hr procedure. Although his work would take him into the Memorial Day weekend, he was able to successfully dissassemble my SP-6, order the new batterly, install it, and have if back to me ALL WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY. And-- at a price that was a fraction of replacing the SP-6, avoiding the time, headache, and cost of transferring all my business software and data to a replacement unit. I highly recommend CCRepairz for your computer and cell phone repair service needs. My appreciation goes out to Lamar for not only his skill and knowledge, but also his professionalism and courtesy in extending his business hrs during a Holiday weekend to accommodate me. read more
