Absolutely the worst return policy in the world, and prices over 3x the internet. They wouldn't take back a $200 voltage transformer (found for $60 online btw) I bought by mistake 2 hours later obviously everything like new. I even offered them a $100 restocking fee. They were very happy to take back a lower powered version of the same machine earlier that day when I said I wanted to upgrade and see if the more powerful version would power my device. Also, their prices are at least double Amazon/Ebay and triple what you would get from Aliexpress/Temu. Walked 2 miles in vegas heat to go there today, I'm from overseas and my electric trimmer ran out of battery and I left the cord at home. I get there and they needed to make something up as they didn't have an exact match, I asked 2-3 times "how much will this cost to make?" extremely vague on giving me a direct answer. They finally make something, We test it numerous times... never works... I go to leave as they didn't have a solution for me, they go "sir you have to pay for this" I'm like "pay for what? whatever this thing you made doesn't work? and you never even told me the price it would be after I asked 3 times" they got angry and told me to get the hell out... lol what an absolute shady place, times are tough I guess. Way better than Fry's. I needed their experience to help me with buying the right connectors for a cell phone tower booster install. I just asked a few questions and I had 3 people making my problem top priority. After checkout, there were complimentary doughnuts avail too. I love keisub, as a store. Having electronics components, at a fair price and local. What I do not like is the customer service. I had waited for the tall older gentleman who said he would be right with me, 10 min later still waiting and he is just talking with a coworker some small talk. Then a shorter middle aged gentleman came and asked if I needed help. I said yes and explained what I needed, he had a bad attitude and when he found what I supposedly needed he said gruffly if your device blows my transformer your paying for it. Ummm ok? I understood the remark but the way he came off was just rude, even when checking me out he had a attitude. The only time he lightened up was after checkout when I pulled out my yelp app and started typing. I'm not a fan of frys but I think I will give them another shot after this experience. read more

I happened to come across Kiesub while trying out the BBQ place next door. When I walked in I was like a kid in a candy store. LED's, hand tools, shrink wrap...the selection in the showroom was quite extensive. They also carried all sorts of transformers. If you've got a need for an AC transformer with specific output...check here. Pricing seems to be slightly towards the higher side...for example I can get 3M electrical tape in all the colors cheaper elsewhere. But sometimes you need it, Amazon isn't fast enough and it's good to know Kiesub exists. I will be back. read more

They had an okay selection of electronic parts but their customer service is terrible. Went there looking for parts for an Internet of things project. I was not sure what type of Led and resistors to use in my project. Not being an electrical engineer but knowing about electronics I was hoping for some help. It was like prying info out of employees to get any help. They were cold and generally useless. I could get an answer faster on the Internet. And when they tried to help I was sold parts that fried a few ports on my controller because they did not take a minute to help and take a small interest in what I was doing even though I was the only person in the store.... Lesson, Amazon.com or similar had same parts selection and I will wait for 2nd day delivery rather than give these guys money. read more

I have never encountered such a rude bunch of employees in one place in my entire life. Needed a cable adaptpr for a servalence camera and because the camera was not purchased from them they were plain rude and would not Help at all. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. read more

Never here before until today. A week and a half ago I called, ordered a specialized battery and paid over the phone. I called them yesterday as the battery should have been in by then, asked, it was there but they hadn't got around to calling. So went in today, they greeted us as we walked in even though they were helping others, got to us quickly. We got the battery and receipt and were on our way. If they had called to tell me when it arrived it would have been a 5 star. They were very helpful. read more

Friendly people, open Saturday and they're the only store in town (besides Fry's) that carries a decent selection of electrical parts. They don't carry "everything" and they're not as cheap as ordering online, but they always seem to have the part I need in stock. read more

I found this place when searching for replacement batteries for our church exit lights. They had the best price and friendly, helpful staff. I've been back several times and appreciate the fact that they have lots of parts you can't find anywhere else. Staff goes out of their way to help you find what you need. read more
