Had an awful experience at this store today. Arrived at the store around 3:25 pm during business hours to find an "out to lunch" sign on the door with no reference to when they would return. My wife and I waited about 10 minutes or so and decided to walk over to Albertsons and get some groceries. That took about 15 to 20 minutes. We returned about 4:00 and waited a few more minutes and i called the store a few times with no answer. At this point we were trying to decide whether to go to a different AT&T store and cut our loses on invested time hoping that someone would come back. I wrote a note explaining that we had waited a long time and requesting a call when they returned. After we had been there for about an hour an employee named Eloy appeared from the back office and opened the door. I questioned why it was so long and he pointed to the "out to lunch" sign. I told hime it would have been helpful to have a time of return on the sign. He was totally unapologetic and lied saying he had only been gone for 35 minutes. At this point it was 4:20 and we said you were gone for close to an hour whole we were here. He wanted to argue and looked at his phone and said he clocked out at 3:46. This was 20 minutes after we arrived. He may have clocked out then but he was gone for considerably longer. He finally said "i am here now, do you want me to help you?". I said no as he was not truthful with us and certainly was offering nothing resembling an apology. We went to the AT&T store in downtown summerlin and employees there were great. read more

ATT - Out to lunch sign - Mobile Phones Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

The GM Howard Burford and the only other employee working at this location today are very aggressive and combative. I went in with two simple questions, how to migrate my text messages to my new phone and how to physically trade in my old phone. Everything was already paid for and done. Both came to the quick conclusions they could not help me and told me I need to figure it out on my own telling me I only have 7 days now to figure that out. I asked a second time to confirm there was nothing they could do to help, and they confirmed that and the timeline. After asking nicely if they send a survey for the experience both stood up and walked up to me asking if I was threatening them. Mind you, these two men are much taller than me and I was still sitting down. Stated I was leaving and moved toward the door because I felt uncomfortable, then one employee yelled telling me to wait, then taunted me with his business card saying "here make sure to call and include my name, I'm the GM." I'm not sure how things escalated so quickly being in the store for maybe 3 mins, but I had no intention of writing a review of them, rather of the phone transfer timeline and text transfer difficulty. Their reaction was very unprofessional and uncalled for, I really hope someone from ATT watches the video surveillance to get a clear understanding of their employees behavior. read more

This person working on 10/22/24 afternoon was a complete A hole. Came in because I upgraded and needed to trade in the old one. This guy refused to help and wouldn't even look anything up - even though AT&T told me to bring it to any store. Guy was just upset I interrupted his buffet he was having on the sales floor. read more

AT&T is the worst for service and price. I went to three stores in Vegas. The first two had one or two representatives and a huge line of people with an estimated wait time of two hours. I was able to get in the third store and get a rep after about 30 minutes but he was unable or unwilling to try to set up a better plan for me, and just to get me out of there told me I had the cheapest plan already which I know was a lie from having researched the AT&T websites. The service and prices have become far worse there over the past few years and I'm going to a competitor. read more
