I came into this store today prepared to buy either the Motorola Edge 2026 (128gb) or another phone that had (256 gb). My rep, Axel, tried upselling me perks and programs which I didn't want but I was patient because I know there is a script. I was very clear that I wanted the Edge, but was concerned about the memory limit and would consider something else at 256 or higher. Axel came back after an extend absence and showed me a sheet for the Pixel 10 which I noted was only 128gb and would cost me 14 dollars more per month after he told me it would be a savings from my current plan. I also told him that I was offered a better deal online which he claimed was only available online (I later confirmed with Verizon that it was available in store as well). I later purchased a 256 gb Pixel 10 XL for only $5.50 additional cost per month without having to trade in my existing phone. I am very glad I left the store without a purchase. It is rare that customer service talks me out of a sale, but Axel managed to do it. read more

I upgraded to a new iPhone and also switched to Verizon internet, which has been a huge improvement over Cox. I just left Verizon and Pam at the door refused to help us, she declined to help because she said they closed in 15 mins and no one in the store would be done, another customer offered for us to go to a different store. Pam interrupted her and said they wouldn't be able to help us either this store is extremely rude to us. Doesn't listen to the customer and well I'm trying to figure out why my devices don't show up on my bill. They're just happy to collect a check and send me away. All they wanted to do was set up an appointment for me to come back tomorrow and was unwilling to us. read more

The customer service at this store is a primary reason that after 22 years I have left Verizon and moved on to T-Mobile. The incompetence and deception is unmatched. I came in with a new, in box, sealed phone and verified with someone, who I later found out was a manager, that it would work on the network. I did not have time at that visit to follow through with the set up process. I returned a couple of nights later and was unfortunately assigned to Douglas. I explained what I needed and he disappeared in the back for a few minutes and then returned to tell me the phone would not work on the network but he could show me what would, basically trying to put me into a different phone and a new plan that was more expensive that my current plan. I left, called Verizon support and they verified the phone in my possession would absolutely work on the network. This leads me to believe they work on commission. Not sure why Douglas would waste my time and his when he could have completed the task I requested and moved on to the next customer. In the end I did return and the same manager assisted me, set up the phone and it worked. Unfortunately, that was not enough to save me as a customer. As a warning to others beware of what Douglas or any other associate at this location tells you because apparently lying to customers and wasting their time is okay. read more

Came to this location because it's not one of the Vetra locations hoping I'd get actual help because the other location set up my plan horribly but the wrong device added an extra line. I did not request onto one device. I had no reception he sold me Internet services that I told him would not work at my house and he reassured me. It would and told me if it did not I can return them at no cost and then I ended up paying over $100 and restocking fees and did not have service for the first month. I asked for one turbo phone. He told me a 256 gig phone I could not even transfer all my data from my other phone when I walk into this location the girl just has me call the 800 number should speak to support which I could do from the comfort of my couch. I'm pregnant with twins right now I do not need to be standing at a countertop on the phone with their support team. I obviously went in because the support team did not do justice helping me last time that I stayed on the phone for two hours. They said they were going to credit my account And help me fix the line that was not working and update my phone number because the other guy put my disconnected phone number from my old account on as the recovery phone number so I can't even get into my online access because of that but this location cannot help at all They said they do not have knowledge of business accounts. read more

Terrible customer service. The agent "accidentally" bought a phone on my account without my authorization.

If I could give Verizon zero stars, I would. I have spent the last nine months having to call in every month to correct my bill and get credited the correct amount every time it takes 2 to 3 hours and getting hung up on 2 to 3 times in one call.. I called in about 10 months ago because I had an issue with my bill the representative then told me that there was a way that she could save me a substantial amount on my bill if I switch my plan, I was completely hesitant and I told her that I find that too good to be true but she insisted let her try. After going back-and-forth, she told me that everything would stay the same on the plan I would have insurance for all lines. I would have the hotspot that I had and it will include my Internet as well as all of my devices and cellular plan for $428that was about $270 off of the regular price that I was paying every month. I questioned it multiple times asked her to triple check her numbers check with her supervisor if she had to because I've been told multiple times by AT&T when I was with them that they could reduce my bill and it never happened. She checked her numbers multiple times and told me that was correct. That was my total bill going forward, but it would not show up on the current bill. It will show up on the next bill.. I agreed to the terms she sent me to an automated message saying that I agreed to the new terms. Therefore, we are in a contract , well the next bill comes and of course it's $800 which is more than what I was paying so again, I called in, questioned it, and they said that she was incredibly wrong with her numbers, and I said OK that's not my problem. I entered into a contract with that amount and I expect you to honor the amount. I spoke to multiple supervisors over the following month each one pulled up the phone call and listens makes notations that my bill is to be $428. Yet every month for the following six months after this, my bill is still varying between $598-$698. Ask me where they get these amounts from I have no idea. I called and spoke to multiple supervisors and they were supposed to escalate my complaint six times and I was supposed to have the head of the department. Give me a phone call. I've been waiting four months now and I still have not received that phone call and this is with me calling in 1 to 2 times every month to get my bill adjusted. I am beyond frustrated. I did nothing wrong but yet now they're threatening to shut off my devices because I told them I am not paying my bill until they give me a correct bill. I am tired of getting credited and having to spend three hours trying to get that credit read more

Worse service today. Used to be good. Got new phone 2 weeks ago. Had 1 question regarding setting - told it was over an hour wait. Last time, someone up front was able to take care of it in a minute. Wow I went in to fix my iPhone 12 got Alexander and my bill and iPhone have been a mess since. I had an iPhone 12 Pro went to a 13 Pro and now my phone won't backup to my iCloud which I pay extra for and to boot Alexander did something to my phone plan where my promotions on all 3 lines drops off ever billing cycle and I am one more time on a lengthy phone call with Verizon billing to correct the $73 difference in my bill again. With the strong and DIRECT "advice" from Verizon corporate... i received an apology from this store's manager for their refusal to talk to me until i moved my car. My upgrade to 4 stars from 1 star is mainly a reflection of verizon's CORPORATE office to resolve this customer service nightmare! It was NOT just a problem with me parking in the wrong spot! If the store's manager had initially good customer service skills to learn the entire story then we could have resolved the problem amicably. I discussed with the corporate office the weaknesses i observed in the store's customer service skills. My background and BA degree is in hospitality so i know about angry customers and how to help them. Ive had plenty of angry customers yell at me as an employee in hotels, restaurants, and a call center environment about things that were not my fault but i knew it was MY job to fix the problems for the customer and (when possible) turn the negative situation into a good experience. Mary (phone customer service rep) and Amanda (supervisor) BOTH provided the HIGHEST level of quality customer service that ive received in my recent memory. They made me believe in verizon again! Ive been a verizon customer since about 2009. Ive always told friends that you can find cheaper cell services but you wont find better cell service! You might not need that extended service range except periodically but when you NEED it (ie side of the road in the middle of the desert) and everyone else (non verizon customers) have no service... A VERIZON CUSTOMER HAS SERVICE AND CAN CALL FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES! That peace of mind is invaluable to me! read more

I rarely give a one star rating. This was the most atrocious customer service experience I've had in years. I was asked what I needed help with and I explained that I was looking to get a line with a 702 area code. I explained that I needed help searching for one because when I called over the phone it was a lengthy process. The female employee Informed me that they would be able to do the search for me, but it would cost a $15 fee for them to do it. But, I could go on the app and do it myself for free. First of all, what kind of business model is that? What kind of company has employees just standing around inside their store doing literally nothing, waiting for a customer to walk in, just to have them be turned away because of a MEANINGLESS $15 fee?? I asked what the fee was for, and the female employee said that the system auto generates it. To which I continue to wonder what the fee was actually for. The best answer they could come up with was that they have to be paid as employees. Both employees looked at me like basically. "too bad, so sad"... they had zero empathy, zero drive to help the customer, and could've cared less that I left... highly disappointing, and definitely turns me away from ever using Verizon. I went in to the store, and was greeted by security. An employee (sorry I can't remember his name) came over and took my name and secured my place in line. Then I took a seat, while other customers were being helped. Shortly an employee named Hazel came over to help me. My phone had quit working and there was no sign of life in it except it would turn off and on and that was it! So we looked at phones and she suggested the Samsung 24+. She thought I would like it. And she was right, it is a great phone. So she got it set up and transferred my number to it. She even put on a otterbox phone protector for me! She made everything look so easy. Horrible customer service, I been with Verizon for 30 years , had problem with SIM card on my iPhone , physically drove to location and the customer service representative said there was nothing he can do , went back and forth for 20 mins , no support from staff to resolve the problem, then went home called customer support on the phone they quickly gave me another option to activate ESIM took 10 mins and got my phone working . Almost cancelled my service with Verizon over this issue maybe educate your in store workers better so I can resolve my problem in person . read more

Worst customer service. Greeter seemed bothered every time someone came in. Employees seemingly hanging around while customers wait. At one point more employees than customers. Talking down to older customers because they don't understand technology which was sad to see. Told an elderly customer he wasn't going to sit w him all day and he can do just what the 20 something employee does. I get not sitting w him but again expecting him to figure it out. The customer was at least 75 years old. The lady was at least that. Security isn't friendly. Parking lot is horrible especially for handicap. I'd recommend the Verizon in Centennial. read more

Bait and switch beware of fast talking employees who do not fully disclose fees and costs!!

I'm literally at a loss. I have contacted Verizon services for assistance and have been told repeatedly there's nothing wrong. Both my phone and my husband's phone do not consistently ring in our house. Mostly, they don't. It has become so bad that we installed a land line for the first time in years. This morning the police knocked on our door, because we couldn't be reached. We have been Verizon customers for years and this is a new problem; it's been the last year. Sony helped me get a big order done. Changing phone numbers on 3 lines musical chairs style! One phone number was new, two were being switched around on different phones. Then, we got the internet situated for their new internet gateway. On top of that, he told me I was needlessly paying for Disney plus and not using it so that came off, too. Well, clearly our 5 star review of Alexander and his "help" has gone south in a very big way! We continue to have trouble finally straightening out our billing. I guess that Alexander REMOVED all of my discounts (I work for the Military, and previously for the Post Office) for over 40 years service to our Government! Nobody requested verification of my current employment, or my previous discounts, just POOF! Gone in one fell swoop. Not OK. If you offer to HELP me, please mean what you say. Melvin Douglas is the manager here. He is taking advantage of his position as manager here. He made inappropriate advances that made me extremely uncomfortable, and when I called him out on it, he then refused to assist me with my account. I gave him several attempts to sit up and look me into my eyes and not my chest. This went on for over twenty minutes he wouldn't even log into my account and had to be asked several times to please focus. His inappropriate gaucking was in front of a child, customers, and on camera. This man needs to be investigated for abuse of power as he was the manager and only one in this corporate location which I needed a managers assistance. Working with a company of this stature, i trusted i would be dealing with a professional, rather than a disgusting human being who should not be working with the public. The gift card promo when I signed up was a joke !! After 3 months, still no gift card. Went back 5 times to correct a billing errors. After 6 months, still no gift card. After being convinced to do a trade on my then 11Pro to 14Pro, the trade promo was they'll give a discount on phone if I sign a 3 year contract. 6 months later, still no $400 gift card. Only to go back there to be told the gift card was used for the trade !! No one explained at all. Sales guy just wanted the trade. He took my old phone at the time and now I'm stuck with 3 year contract. Gift cards are a scam ! Has anyone really got one? That manager needs to go to a customer service class. Verizon is TERRIBLE. I consistently receive terrible service from Verizon and this store is a big reason why. I waited 55 minutes to even get any service at 3:50 on a Mon. Rude teenage age "associate" literally knew nothing about how to help me buy a charger or check into my questions with my Samsung Galaxy 24+. When I asked her if anyone else in the store could help, she said "No, we all have iphones". Really? So do you want me to just leave without helping me? She got and left me at the table to go complain to her colleagues and Mgrat the wntrance of the store. We purchased our phone and plan at Best Buy. About a week later we found out (from a friend) that Verizon gives educator discounts, but it can only be done at a Verizon store. We stopped in tonight and was greeted by Rob who assisted us with getting the discount. Quick, friendly, easy! We were done and on our way in less than 15 minutes. Thumbs up! read more
