This will go down as one of my worst experiences anywhere that would be called a business... I have an iPhone 12 and it was time, poor performance, freezing and keyboard malfunctions brought me to want to get a new phone... The old days you come to Verizon plenty of associates high energy and great incentives to upgrade the last 25 years of my life... Times have changed now locked doors nothing on display and rinky dink wall art...My journey started at a Verizon store that when I checked online had iPhone 17 pro max in stock, I arrived and the door was locked, a little odd and they buzzed me in. Upon entry one customer was being helped and an associate walked by and said I'll be right with you. 10 minutes went by and he greeted me and asked me for my information. I am on an account with three other people I have access and ability to make changes to the account. The account holder had a huge discount available and in the past I was able to use this discount, they no longer allow you. I agreed to a phone purchase using my available discount, he said he had to wait for a time lock on the safe to get my phone, 15 minutes later we don't have pro max here but we do at another store located close by but they only have silver.... Frustrated I wanted to leave but I thought about it for a second and said ok what's the address thinking how does he know what he dosnt have in stock? Now the real fun begins I arrive at 7150 Durango drive at 3:50 PM to see one couple being helped no one else in the store, Randy the associate on duty opened another locked door for me (weird) and said he would be with me shortly, I asked if he was the only one on duty and he said yes.... I should have just left then. I waited and walked around the store, sat down, walked around again etc while I watched Randy have lots of chit chat and small talk with this couple that were purchasing a large bundle package internet multiple phones. Randy had 0.0 sense of urgency and continued to talk and speak with these customers like no one else was there. This was a women couple and Randy said things like oh I'll waive that fee, oh don't worry about that I'll give you credit. Randy once said "they let me hand out credits whenever I want" As I waited patiently I said to myself I hope I get one I've been waiting a long time... As an hour waiting approached Randy looked at me once and said I'm almost finished with them I'll be with you soon. No doubt I was pretty irritated at this point but I was committed. Two other customers came into the store and he said the same thing to them as he did to me, I'll be with you shortly... The couple was finally taken care of and he checked me in at 5:10 pm.To me this is unreal...I just want a new phone and leave asap. I asked Randy just randomly if he had other colors and he said yes we have them "I think" all but they are in the safe.... Sigh ok I'll wait another time lock and the other location didn't give me accurate in they said only silver... Randy walked over to me with the orange pro max 17 and started the transaction and the process of transferring my iPhone to my new iPhone... It took about 20 minutes and he said you should just leave so I don't take anymore of your time so I could do the transfer on my own. I agreed as this was absolutely exhausting. I wanted to buy a new brick charger and a screen saver and of course you were out of privacy screen savers and don't sell Apple bricks? Smh This is a super long review but nothing is inaccurate. Randy had zero sense of urgency and let the other two behind me believe they would be taken care of shortly. Randy was extra friendly with the female couple offering discounts and credits but offered me nothing after I waited 70 minutes. This is no lie 70 minutes sitting in a empty store except the couple and the other two that walked in I'm a customer that is spending $1400 and there is no second gear, or any sort of common sense. More importantly you have one employee working? What if 5 people walked in back to back, yea no chance giving any sort of good service. This experience was truly one of a kind and rather pathetic to be honest. Both the other two customers walked out after not being taken care of or re greeted with an update. I'll never refer anyone to Verizon again ever. No more discounts, you're selling phones for $1300 with absolute joke of service.... We live in a weird odd world now with no customer service and no care by corporate giants. The couple asked to use the bathroom, Randy said it's jacked up just tell the place next store Randy sent ya in to use the John... Terrible customer service! They wanted to charge $29 for us to use the Wi-Fi to connect our new phone. Stating all locations do that. We went over to the Tropical location and there they helped us pair it right away. No charge. I would not recommend this location as they will charge you for absolutely everything. Well, I wanted to update my review on Victra Verizon. It's the responsible thing to do. My previous review generated a response and Jasmine reached out to me and addressed my issue a few days later. Long story short, yesterday I received a check for $660. Not sure why cutting and mailing a check took over a month... but it is what it is... Jasmine made things right. Hat tip to Jasmine, thank you. Another hat tip to YELP for creating this 'space' in which people have a venue to express problems. I am still not happy with my experience at that location, but at least I was able to get my financial complaint addressed. Unfortunate that it took Yelp and a regional manager. read more

Came in on January 5th to have my daughter's phone looked at. There was only one lady working that day. She said we had to wait and didn't know how long. But there was two people ahead of us so we decided to wait. While finishing with the second person another person comes in. And I thought she would tell her to wait since we were next. But she decided to take her instead without telling me anything. Ignoring me and my daughter completely. This was the first time that we went into this store to pay a bill. We had the unfortunate meeting of Darrien, a female employee, who provided the absolute worst customer service. All I wanted to do is pay a bill and she made it not only impossible, but claimed that she could "find" my zip code and it was not "valid". I had to go home and return back with a banking statement to show her proof and MIRACULOUSLY now the zip code appeared. I then asked for her supervisor and got the runaround. When I called back, I was told that Mike, the supervisor, was not available until tomorrow afternoon. Come to find out, it was the same woman, Darrien, who answered the phone and made excuses for me not to speak with him. I have never felt such horrible customer service. I will be contacting their boss and advise that it may be necessary to provide a 101 lesson on providing good customer service. Thank you... I shall be moving to Sprint along with my business partners that also have Verizon. Loss of customers. Many of them. This was the last straw in dealing with Verizon piss poor service. read more

Only 10 people are allowed to be in retailer. 6 feet protocol is used and seen. Mask is required when entering. Orian is an excellent consultant whom provided their service upon helping transfer carriers. The manager Kennedy and Consultant Orian took their time and effort to locate a specific phone by calling other Verizon retail stores to see if phone was stocked. They eventually found the phones I was interested on. We were able to transition to this carrier from our previous one. We are happy that we made that change. These agents took their time to provide an excellent service overall. I'm grateful for their kind, patient and helpful attitude. They make the whole transition experience worth the change. If you need a new phone this is the place to go. Magic Mike will take great care of you. Very clean store and friendly employees. Get your employees some better chairs or standing mats. I could barely sit in the chair for 10 mins with out my back hurting. I can only imagine what these guys go through on a daily. I chose to go to this location because I had a coupon for $50 off an accessory when I upgraded my phone. I have also gone to this location in the past and was pleased with my service. Unfortunately, today was a different story. All of the employees were very nice and they tried hard to upsale by telling me about the tablet, the Hum, and talking about some of the packages they offered with screen protectors and covers. They saved me money and talked me through the sale but they took awhile to start transferring my information to my new phone. I know that some of this is partially my fault because I had so much data on my phone to be transferred but we walked in the door around 1030-11am and did not walk out of there with my phone until 1pm. Not only did this transaction take forever but when I got home, I realized that I could not send any text messages or make any phone calls. I called the store back and they suggested me either taking the SD card out and putting it back in or bringing the phone back to the store. During the process of removing the pin from the box to remove the SD card, we realized that there was another black Galaxy S9 in the box (in addition to the purple one that I was under the impression was the one they took almost 2 hours to program for me). I can't imagine it is good for business for the company to completely lose track of a brand new phone. I think they are lucky that we brought it back. After removing the SD card didnt work, my fiance took both phones back to the store because I needed to leave for work at 230pm. It turned out that they had set up the phone that was in the box, not the one that they told me was my phone. He got to the store a little before 2pm and was told that that the transaction would only take 10 mins. He did not walk out of that store until 4:08pm. This obviously meant that I had to drive 45mins to work without a phone and am now being forced to spend 8 hours on shift and drive 45 mins home without my phone. This is all frustrating, especially when they talked me into the Hum and talked about how it would increase my safety...not so safe when I do not have my phone or the Hum, in the event something bad would happen. Not to mention, my fiance spent about 4 hours of his day in that store today, which is also frustruating. He also mentioned that while he was waiting for them to fix their mistake, the individual who sold us the phone (Mosies) was being praised by his coworkers for making the sale. I have to say that they are VERY lucky that my fiance was there and not me because I would not have been so nice. I have been a member of Verizon's for more than 10 years, through my family, and I would expect more for a loyal customer. I am honestly considering switching to my Fiance's plan with Sprint to avoid having to deal with this issue again. He just got an S9 note from Sprint last week and the whole interaction took about 45 mins. I am not usually one to complain..I have never sent negative feedback before but this was a VERY frustrating transaction and for them to be bragging and praising the guy that wasted two more hours of our day over a stupid mistake makes me very angry. Again, I will emphasize that they were never rude and they seemed knowledgeable but they also seemed more interested in chatting with us than doing their job correctly the first time. read more

I went in this place to upgrade my phone. I was told that I had to pay full retail price even though I had an upgrade available. I questioned the employee further and she stated that it was still full retail price or I could pay taxes and go on a monthly plan to pay the $756.00. Needless to say, I knew this was wrong and I left. I immediately called Verizon, they informed me that I absolutely do not pay full retail price when I'm using an upgrade. My total was $304. So, if you feel like throwing money away or trying to inform an employee of what their company actually does, go here. read more

Just avoid this place. You have incompetent individuals who do not fully explain contracts and intentionally provide misinformation when you are signing up for a phone. Went into GoWireless to get a phone and met Shannon and Tea. Tea offered a free tablet with a purchase of a phone, which was a great surprise. Tea then mentioned it required a data plan, which I did not want, but Tea then told us how you could then cancel it. So I asked if I could cancel after one month of paying I receive a tablet for the 15 dollars or so for the data plan? "Yep" Well, that "Yep" means you have to pay an early termination fee up to $175, which is documented in the contract. Shannon and Tea both just neglect to mention that before you sign, then claim they "told you" before purchasing that it. No. You definitely did not. In fact you confirmed it twice that a tablet would be the cost of a data plan and "essentially free". This is just what a bad business does. Does not fully inform their customers of the plan and just lets things be found after the signing, which then you are subject to a ridiculous restocking fee! I was happy to pay such a fee to part ways with this horrible business. Do yourself a favor and go to Verizon. They also provide better plans than this place where the only option is to lease the full price of a device. read more

Very disappointed with this store. Bought a new iPad and waited 3 days for delivery then when I picked it up I ordered a case for it ( seems they don't stock much ) I was told " only a couple days for the case" so after several days and phone calls later I had to go back to store and tried to get a refund for the case as no one could find any tracking. While the manager Shannon hid in the back room the male employee working diligently to solve the problem. Finally got my case after 7 additional days shipping, also when ordering the iPad my Verizon bill got hit with activation for a different iPad and then removed. Seems like shady way to run a business. read more

I want to say thank you to Jessie for such great help. I need a screen protector for my new iPhone 6 plus and he installed it. I went to return a cell phone charger cable . The employees can't just refund your money even though I purchased the cable the day before . They needed to call a manager and get a authorization code that took calling one manager then calling another manager because the first one didn't pickup the phone . 30 min or more waisted . Horrible customer service. Renee was the person that "helped" me with my phone that wasn't charging. When we walked in it sounded like she was on a personal call. I stood in the store for 10 minutes waiting for her to end her call. When she hung up, she just asked for my account information and didn't bother picking up my phone to see what the issue was.All Renee did was tell me I had no insurance and gave me a phone number to a repair shop that was across ton. I felt like she just wanted me out of the door so she could continue her personal call. In the end i ended up at a corporate Verizon where they fixed my issue within minutes despite them being busy.
