Came to pick up my new phone because of issues I had with a phone I originally purchased. This store would have received 5 Stars because of my interaction with Riyu (he was working only for the day to help out and works at the Maryland store.) I originally came to pick up my new phone. The guy who originally helped me asked if it was a new phone and I said yes. At the end, there was confusion as to what was happening. Apparently, I was not getting a new phone even though I was there to pick up a new phone that was mailed there for me to pick up. I was getting an insurance phone that is still under warranty. ? Okay, how was I supposed to know the verbiage they use. Like I told the guy, I was there to pick up a new phone because the phone I bought was acting up and I was getting dropped calls and my phone started to flicker. At the end, we figured it out and he said my phone was there. I was told that I could not take the new phone and do the transfer on my own like I did when I purchased my phone weeks prior. Fast forward, I returned the next day when I had more time and Riyu helped me. Riyu was awesome. He spoke to me clearly on what was going to happen and we did small talk too. He made my exchange smooth. Overall, I'd return to any TMobile store wherever Riyu is working and would recommend asking for him. I cant believe I am even writing this review. My career as an entertainer came crashing down before my eyes. Known world wide as DJ MANicure, my career in the rap game was crushed, as my relationship with another male rapper set the world on fire. I went from having several iPhones, to being so broke that I needed the pay as you go base plan for $30 monthly. Having never stooped so low after my gay relationship was made known on BET, I needed some help picking a plan and a phone. This is where my homeboy Herbert stepped in to help. He laid out all of the price levels and service levels of both the prepaid and monthly plans. I let my white homey know that I was beyond broke. They took the Benz, my house, and both tigers. We decided on the basement prepaid and the Shok Flip. Big Herb was very attentive and the Tmobile method of business was straight forward, unlike my snake tour manager who stole millions from me in music rights and distanced himself from me after my whole "caught in the Biscuit House bathroom with the rapper Heavy Hung". Visually, the inside of TMobile is very professional, clean, inviting, and the color scheme is on par with the the penthouse I was renting in the Wynn before they threw me out on the curb like Uncle Phil did to Jazzy Jeff every 5th episode. Overall, I say this phone search was much more pleasant than this disgraced gay rapper could have ever hoped for. Herbert knows his way around the mobile universe, TMobile offers great plans that work with every budget, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I may even use TMobile again after my big comeback that is in the works. I plan on playing to a different crowd this time. We were looking at the new iPhone at the time and thinking we may just replace the phone instead of the sim. My mom wants to see iPhone colors and sizes because they have zero demo models on display just the alarms. My mom was coming from an iPhone Xs to a 14 and his lazy ass didn't wanna show us anything. Not even a picture on the internet. Then asks if I want to add insurance to her line. And accuses me that it's my fault for not having insurance on her line because she lost her phone. This is no kind of sales tactic I can add insurance later sir and I'm not giving any commissions to u. You can insist or recommend but don't say this is the account holders fault when no one is pointing fingers. i was with my uncle today and the person helping him was so unprofessional. i never saw him get angry but today was it. He works construction so he has all these insurance plans for his phone. His phone got damaged so Apple store replaced it with a new. Going forward a year ago i guess someone sold him a wrong plan for his screen saver. he wanted to fix it. i heard him say he been coming to this store and they been putting the right one on with no problems. i also heard her say under her breathe in a soft spoken. oh you change it every month.As if it was a problem. anyways she didn't even acitvate his phone on and we was there for a good hour.what bothers me though is a manager or supervisor didn't interfere and try to help. My family switched from Verizon to T-mobile about 6 years ago due to continued price hikes and poor cell service increasing around our town. We were happy at first but started to have on going issues. I would give half a star overall, but the one star is for their customer service chat option through their app which is great. I will admit it can take 20 minutes to work an issue out or two hours with all the chat transfers. The nice part is that all chats are saved on your app and can be referenced by each person you talk/type to each time. I am tempted to give two stars for the amount of time they have found an error on their part and have credited our account to what I find more than fair. But sometimes the two hour chats are not worth fighting for a credit. read more

I had my account released and went into store the next day because customer service said I can finish everything in store, went in store and the employee said they can't do a new activation and that I should've just stayed on the line with customer service. I went in the T Mobile center on Farm to check on their plans. The salesman gave me the Magenta plus plan with a free line and a free phone. The deal was good so I cancelled with Verizon and went with T Mobile on the spot. After two days I received a text on the billing and I was charged for the phone. I called the billing department and the phone was not free even though the paperwork said it was. I had to return the phone to them. I feel that I was MISLEAD in order to get me to change over to them. Had I known I do not believe I would have changed from Verizon. read more

Ricky was the most patient person I have ever dealt with in Any T mobile retail store. He was kind, he was knowledgeable, and wasn't rushing us to finish our sale. I am simply asking question but she just couldn't wait to get me out of that store and her name is Michelle, she was apparently too busy and shouldn't be working in customer service first of all. I don't understand this type of behavior from a person that suppose to be working as a "service " provider to a T-Mobile customer . T Mobile customer service is a complete joke. I am literally in tears. Filled with FRUSTRATION. So I traded in my I phone for the new phone. Was given a payment plan to pay it off. We ended up merging our accounts since Carlos had 5 lines with them- and it was smarter and cheaper for Olivia and I to merge onto his account. When they merged us- Olivia's new phone was transferred over with her new payment plan but mine was charged in full to my account! Three days after Christmas! $1182 - a mortgage payment! When I got the bill I called them and they assured me that the bill was not going to be taken out of my account. They lied. I have been on the the phone since Dec. 28th to fix this. Promised by more than 14 people that it was being taken care of. 2 supervisors promised to call me back and didn't. Gave me a confirmation number for the refund that never happened- it keeps getting denied and then I'm told within 3-5 days the money will be back in my account. I've been on hold literally 1-2 hours daily for the last three weeks trying to deal with this. I'm asking for a copy of all the notes they supposedly take and I'm disputing it with my bank.
