    First time coming to this location, was having problems with my phone and it wasn't getting any calls. So I had to make a stop while I was in the area. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by an sales person, they had us take a sit and wait until someone was free to help me. The sales person who took care of me was Taisha, she took the time explaining everything and helping me get my phone in back to working order. She didn't think any questions I had were stupid and she helped me a bew screen protector for my phone. This will be my new place to stop if I need work done on my phone for sure.

    I went to this location to schedule a key fob installation, but they only had the Viper Remote…read moreStart available. The Viper is one of their more expensive fobs in the store. My son had just completed Basic Military Training, and he only had a few days before reporting to his duty station to get this work done. The Autotech Department or Geek Squad told us that the install would be worth it. After the installation, we drove the car home and parked it. The next morning, it wouldn't start. We called the Autotech department and were advised to bring the car back. The technician rewired some things and advised us that we were good to go. My son had to get on the road to head to his duty station the next day. My husband and I followed him there just in case there were any issues with his car. My son's car has stalled numerous times since the Viper installation. He took his car to a mechanic at a garage to have it checked out and was advised that there was nothing wrong with his car, that it was, in fact, the Viper. The mechanic advised him to remove the Viper from his car. My son called the nearest Best Buy to have this part removed and get his money back, but was told they could not give him a refund; they would remove the Viper. It cost him tow fees and days off from work to handle this issue. Sadly, anyone is treated like this, especially someone serving their country! They talked my son into an expensive fob, which they spoke very highly of, that causes issues. You should be able to speak with a professional and get what you want instead of being upcharged for things you don't need! A national store chain? Why was he treated like that? I hope management reads this post and provides a better outcome for this issue. My son isn't asking for anything more than what he paid for. I feel he should, at least, get his money back! Maybe you should reconsider who you have working on installations like this!

    A bad decision to bring my computer here. I should've known from the moment I walked in at 10 AM…read morein the morning. when the technician already had an attitude at the front counter (short middle eastern or Hispanic looking guy with black hair ). My gut told me to just walk out, but my work computer wasn't coming on and I needed to get it fixed. This place was unfortunately, the closest place to me, and I regret bringing it here. It took 2 weeks to get a battery issue figured out, in which I originally told them when I dropped it off that my computer was working fine then the battery died and would not charge. So I would think common sense would tell anyone that it may be a battery issue or the port. From the time I dropped it off, communication was horrible. I HAD to call them two days later to ask if they had found anything. I'm not sure how long it would've been before they called me. When you do call, each person you talk to there had a different answer as if they weren't communicating internally with one another or notating things in a system. You could always tell when it was the guy with a bad attitude answering the phone though. He's just not a pleasant person and I would never want to do business with this particular business again because of him. He's insensitive, lacks emotion, and tries to make you feel incompetent for their dysfunction. Needless to say after a week, the brainiacs finally figured it out, my computer needed a new battery. All of this took two weeks, and of course I had to call them yet again to ask the status after they said they'd order it. Of course, no one knew if one hand knew that the other hand had ordered the battery. Finally, two weeks later, I was told I can come and pick up my computer. When I got there, the short guy with the bad attitude was yet at the front desk again (you should really find a happy front counter person preferably a woman because he's going to end up making you lose out on business)- Anyway he had an attitude yet again, no greeting or "how can I help you"...he handed me my computer without giving me my plug. Then when I asked for it, he said "oh you brought it in with the plug" and acted as if walking to the back again was going to kill him. When he brought it out, there was no "I apologize for the delay or for how long all of this took" or anything. Just a freaking rude human being- horrible customer service, and I'll never take any product to this company ever again. Oh, and to top everything off, the supposed a new battery that they put in my computer worked for 3 hours before it need charging. I was getting three hours of charge before I took it in. So whether I actually have a new battery in my computer remains a mystery.. The sad thing is, I had an another product that I wanted to take there once my computer was fixed. I'm glad that I waited to see how this experience went.

The employees went above and beyond: they helped me file insurance claim, fixed his phone and even stayed a few minutes after the store closed to allow me time to pick up phone. When we got phone back it looked brand new, highly recommend this business.
