Be careful no matter who you sign up with, and "especially" *Cox! Cox and some others, but again, especially *Cox, will sign you up regardless of standing issues in your area, even where a few houses (like E Webb & Kenneth, NLV area) are on the old lines and they WILL screw you around with upgrades, new routers, upgraded equipment, etc. ALL at additional costs until you're paying up to $200 a month for just internet, when they already know there's an issue with the outer box on your pole or lines to your house, that they will never fix, replace or upgrade due to the cost to them. So they'll give you excuses, the run around, throw repairmen and managers at you, and continue to collect your ever increasing bill, while laughing all the way to the bank at your frustrations. Then you'll move on because your internet connection only works a couple days a week, not at all when it rains, and eventually just a few hours a week, and the company refuses to reimburse you for the increasing time you can't connect and are totally without internet. So good luck if you chose a dive business like Cox! Read the many crappy reviews at Yelp, BBB and throughout the internet for proof! Then make the smart decision ... NOT COX. Try Verizon, we've had good luck with it at $60 a month, and a better connection than we ever had with Cox, even when it rains.

    I am giving 5 stars for John and Kevin's exceptional care and customer service during install…read more Kevin was very careful and respectful of my home. I can't help but remember the countless times a cable installer has come into my home and scuffed up my carpet or dented my furniture. Kevin's care has raised the bar for cable install. John was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. My main concern was that I wanted to make sure I could sign into the Directv app as many of my neighbors have had issues with that. He walked me through each step and provided effective trouble shooting solutions. Anyone else would have just thrown a textbook answer at me and insisted that it would work. John went beyond and provided a demo of basic functions. I had mentioned that I don't watch a lot of TV . This was SO helpful to me as I am embarrassed to say I don't know how to use all the new functionalities of the modern remote control lol. He also walked through upgrades and it surprisingly didn't feel salesy at all. Just seemed like he was recounting his favorite features. You just don't expect this level of service with a cable installer. Kevin and John were both exceptional brand ambassadors. If these two were out selling Intech service, I can't imagine anyone ever saying no.

We came in so my husband could pay his past due balance caused by a months long fraud issue dating back to November. We finally thought we had it settled when SAL helped us and showed us what he owed and what was need to keep his service active. My husband paid that amount and we left happy. To our surprise, his phone shut off yesterday. He had to use pto to come home and grab me so we could go to the store AGAIN to get this figured out. The store has no manager on duty so nothing could really be done and Jesus did his best calming us down with the information he had. SAL was a moron and have as an amount that was less than what was needed to keep the phone active. Due to this we now are expected to pay reactivation and go through more chaos. After 5 different stores, multiple associates telling us they can't help us, multiple phone calls to loyalty that went nowhere, a phone upgrade that was upsold and turned out to be a terrible choice, and now a store that has NO MANAGER ON DUTY? We are done with AT&T I have no idea how these stores are surviving out here when you force the stores to stay open while incompetent people are screwing over customers with their lack of knowledge in the job you desperately needed numbers for but didn't bother checking resumes. Whenever a manager is found I believe Jesus needs a raise, SAL needs retraining up the arse, and more people who are tech savvy and can reliably handle the work need to be hired

I went in asking Salvador for help to get a new sim card. He he attempted to help me and add a new sim card or a e.Sim card but was not capable, or nor did know how to do his job. I asked him if he can go get a supervisor he told me that his manager was on break for another 20 minutes and couldn't come help until his break was over. I proceeded to ask Salvador if he can get customer service on the line.He refused to do it, made me write down the number as he yelled it across the room.I sat on the phone with a lady.She asked to speak to a manager. manager came out.She asked for something from the manager.The manager never came back with what she asked for from him.. Salvador then threatened me and told me i was being hostile,when i asked for the manager and he was gonna kick me out of the store.I told him I couldn't hear him over the boombox.That was blaring,loud Banda music. Hey proceeded to tell me that this was request from CORPORATE office. Mind you I couldn't even HEAR the lady on the phone. I left 2 hours later. No one in the store capable to help me. My only concern. Writing this review was retaliation from employees to interrupt my service.

Upon moving to apartment, I immediately sought a competitor. Anyone but Bel Air Internet Connect, or BAI connect. On top of constantly throttling internet or trying to say they were using a "dedicated connection." Tell that to my 12 mbps download speed through the month of January and February during peak hours. I work remote and require untapped and unfettered internet speeds, and consistency is what this provider lacks. On top of that, trying to get assistance with anything from anyone is like pulling teeth. Get Cox.

I needed to get existing DirecTV service reactivated for my Mom's move from an old unit to a new unit in the SAME apartment building and update her billing address. Simple, right? I first called DirecTV and after explaining this very simple request to DirecTV, I was transferred by DirecTV to Bel Air to handle this because I guess they outsource the service and support for the Las Vegas market to this failure of an outfit. The first Bel Air guy (Vince) was new or incompetent or both. After 50 minutes on the phone, he transferred me to the Billing dept. to update her address (literally a different unit # at the same address) and reactivate the service in the new unit. Transfer failed and I was disconnected! I called back and the next guy (Anthony) seemed to know what he was doing, but then told me the Sales dept. needed to reactivate the account because they handle moves (upsell opportunity I was not interested in). Gave me the main phone number as the number for Sales. I told him that is the main number I had just called to get to Support. He said "I guess they changed the number for Sales dept". Transferred me to Sales (which was the main phone number with the same phone tree choices) and guess what happened?!?! Yep, call was disconnected again. I called for the last time. Pressed the applicable number for Sales and (you know what happened next) the call failed I was disconnected for the final time. You cannot even get to Sales! Their phone tree (yes, I know how these systems work) is all screwed up and you cannot get to the people who are supposed to work there to sign-up new customers or service existing ones. Bye bye!
