I had to get my online account fixed and went to the store. There was a waitlist that you sign so you are seen first come first serve. The staff were doing the best they could to help everyone. There are so many options for cable and internet. I know sometimes people do not understand all the ins and outs, but I witnessed the staff doing their best to explain. I recommend going here if you're having issues with your internet I have to say Samantha was very helpful to me and was very knowledgeable about my issue. Turns out the people on the phone put my number wrong on my account and I was unable to access it.

Attached are the pics of the installation and damage to my house exterior. My neighbor has Cox, and the installation is flawless. Please advise if you need anything further, I'm greatly disappointed in the service and disposition. I also want to explain the router is placed outside in my garage. The technician claimed, even thought we have the home wired inside; "I can't install it in the home, I don't know why it's not working".

They are sooo slow horrible customer service they take forever to help u they wasted an hr of my life go to a different location.

I forgot to mention that everything we did along the way, was confirmed with an email and sometimes a text message. Excellent Communication- and Luiz and Esme were very good in all of their Explanations too. We received receipts while we were there. (I think that I mentioned this in my past reviews, to always keep your receipts and archive your emails from Cox in case there is any issue). And there were no surprises. I am happy to report that Cox delivers on their promises. I'm so glad that we made the change because Consumer Cellular was not what we thought. It's shady that there were many extra added fees that we did not know about.

Quality - There internet worked pretty well. It did cut out sometimes early in the morning around…read more01:00-03:00, probably due to system updates. They raised their minimum speeds, initially, I was on a 50Mbps speed, but my last speed test showed I was around 80-85Mbps. This did come with an increase in my monthly bill (from $50 to $65) and there is now a fee ($3) that I'm not sure what it is for. Value - The price per Mbps is good. Based on the numbers above it was about $0.75 per Mb. Compared to Cox which offers 50Mbps at $50 is $1 per Mb. So it really depends what you need the internet for and if you prioritize value or overall cost. Service - When I call Century Link, I'm usually on hold for 25-35 minutes when I call in the morning. I couldn't use their website to perform what I wanted so I had to call, but there is no call back option. I also did not have one of my signals when I got set up initially. One of the cross box connections was wired incorrectly so I was only getting one signal. It took a few visits from a technician to figure it out. When I check their website for internet plans, I see there there are two options for a monthly price of $55/month so I don't know why I was paying $68/month, but I wasn't even offered that when I wanted to cancel service. Also be aware that if you cancel one day after the start of a billing cycle, they will not prorate it. You will need to use their service for the remainder of the cycle even if you already have a new provider.
