I was going to change phone services and had shopped around. I also talked to AT& T support and got great information and a rough wuote to upgrade my iphone. I highly reccoend doing this because it can save sone time when ypu go to a busy store. I also called the store Summerhill Lake Mead location the night before and spoke to Tim. He let me know the phones were out but I could come in snd order. He set ip my appointment and answered a few more questions. Nuvia and Brittany were amazing. Since Internet air is now available in my area they set me ip for that too. . I am so happy I can stay with AT& T thanks to them. I have been with AT& T over 20 years in CA and hated to hace to change internet here. Finally after 3 years I have everything bundled ip again. This is a hood location with good service. I had a previous review another location and they changed and service was sad. I won't ho back to that one. Anyway now I have to wait for everything to arrive and I am confident they will help me get set up. I might add they did all they could so I could get to another appointmet in time. It was a great day. Thanks Nuvia, and Brittany for great service, patience and smiles. I want to add to this review because I was in today to turn in my trade-in. Tim and Britney were working there and Tim helped me put a cover for my camera on. I have to add Davion and Britney for all they did in clearing my old phone for trade-in. I had left me changed password at home so it took longer because of Apple security reasons . They were so patient and Davion explained the paperwork thoroughly. I can't say enough about this crew. They have gone above and beyond with all my needs.. I am switching my internet once I receive the modem and I know Britney will make sure it's installed perfectly. I am just elated I am able to stay with AT&T thanks to this team. Buying a phone and any change is difficult and fills me with dread but they made the transition as smooth as possible. Back in October 2025, we transferred to Verizon from another carrier and traded in our phones during the account setup process. We were told to expect a specific amount for our devices and promotional gift cards for being new customers. (This all happened at a different Verizon location.) For some reason, there were issues with receiving the full compensation credit for our trade-in and our gift cards. The Verizon folks we were initially working with at the other location couldn't seem to track where the credit and gift cards went. It was at this point Erik took over our account and made it his mission to get us a resolution. From end of November to end of December 2025, he contacted customer service multiple times on our behalf to track down our missing credit balance. He proactively communicated the progress being made and consistently followed up with us to make sure we really got the credits and the promotional gift cards. While the initial signup was rocky, working with Erik re-instated our confidence in Verizon. He made sure we were heard and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

Gerica greeted us when we arrived and got us signed in. Gavin handled our situation like a pro. Danielle (manager) also assisted. Although I wasn't able to get my number back, I DID get 2 phone upgrades with multiple accessories with no out of pocket cost. On top of that, my monthly bill dropped by a few dollars. A fourth employee arrived during my visit. Didn't catch his name, but he was friendly as well. Store was clean. Music was good. Staff was helpful.

One thing I've noticed lately is these newer screen protectors just don't seem to be made as durable as they used to be. It feels like you barely drop your phone once and suddenly there's a full spiderweb crack across it. I highly recommend getting the lifetime screen protector protection and paying the monthly fee because, at least for my family, it's definitely worth it. They apparently accessed the account using the primary account holders PIN (my mom's law office) without permission to vague the purchase and misrepresented a paid-in-full device purchase as "service" in order to deny a return. He retained his existing number, so no new line was added despite their claim. This is a deceptive sales tactic designed to evade T-Mobile's own 14-day buyer's remorse policy. This isn't just shady -- it's textbook deceptive sales practice. They now say they will "make it right" but this doesn't change the fact that the employee saw an old guy who came in with a "factory unlocked phone" and told him unlocked phones couldn't be used and sold him a bottom level Samsung instead and is now claiming that David got the phone for free by adding a line (completely false... he didn't have that access.) 0/10 They offered to let him keep the phone and take 100 off the bill. I never gave them a card, I always make my payments over the app. This man who would not say his name for me said I have to come in the store for this. I asked why we can't just make sure my account is in good standing and he hung up on me and hung up on me without even saying hello the 2 times I called back. My son worked at this store for 2 and a half years. We know the owner Elver but this was not Elver. This was a rude person for no reason. Is this how Metro allows their employees to treat 2 phone paying customers of 12 years. I will just find a new provider. Totally unprofessional for no reason. I was calm and polite.
