She was extremely knowledgeable and beyond patient when my 7-year old S10 phone was completely dying on me. She spent hours transferring my data to my new phone and barely anything was lost. Nowhere else would I have gotten that type of patience and thorough service to make sure I was happy. She has great knowledge of the company, the plans and the devices and is everything you could ask for during a stressful time of not having a fully working phone. My new S26 Plus is a remarkable phone and one that should last for years. The store layout is not great, it is kind of dark and all of the phones are bunched together, but that has nothing to do with the type of service I got here as it was outstanding. Instead, the manager, Sarah, was hostile unfriendly, rude, and completely unprofessional toward her. She refused to make an exception and said we would still have to pay a restocking fee, even though the whole reason we're dealing with this is because the brand new phone we purchased isn't working correctly. To make matters worse, my gf took time off work to go to tmobile and they still tried sending us around town to an Apple Store for even more diagnostics, meaning more wasted time, more driving, and more gas. How does that make sense? We purchased the phone from this T-Mobile store. Why should we have to spend our day driving around town trying to prove that a brand new phone they sold us has an issue? We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. We simply wanted them to properly diagnose the phone and, worst case, exchange a defective device. Instead of trying to make things right, management turned a simple problem into a huge inconvenience. When customers spend this kind of money on a brand new phone, they should be treated with respect and receive some actual help when something goes wrong. Making customers waste their time and gas going from place to place while refusing to work with them is unacceptable. Took my phone in yesterday Thursday June 25th because my phone insurance company "Assurant" set up…read morean appointment at this store to have my screen fixed on my Samsung S22, it was purely cosmetic damage and the phone was in completely working condition. Glen told me it would be ready in about an hour, came back after an hour and he told me that there was bad news, my phone was completely black screened but he would try to fix it and to give him about another 20 minutes. He was able to get the phone back on but absolutely no pressure could be put on the phone or it would go black screen again. Even joked that it should be carried it in a pillow. He told me to call the insurance and state the phone screen had been repaired but there was water damage and they would send me a replacement. He told me to call on Monday. Mind you I would have to pay 89$ for a new one to be sent which he didn't bother to disclose. Well I called the insurance company, today Friday and told them the truth of what happened and they informed me that I would have to deal with the store since they caused the problem. Went back to the store today and Glen was there at the front desk again, only to be told it basically wasn't their problem and they were not willing to do anything to rectify the problem they caused. This is not ethical telling me to A. Lie about the situation they caused, or B. Not willing to take responsibility for what they did. Just know if they mess up your phone they will NOT take care of the issue and you will be left with a phone that is not in the condition it came in.

Again, the entire interaction this employee downright lied to us - under guidance of the manager, telling us the watches are completely free and we were only paying for the service to the watch ($20/mo) and now two years later we find out during a customer service call that we've actually been paying "installments" on the watch and basically we got duped and now we're stuck paying for service AND A WATCH I NEVER WANTED. Oh, and when I went to activate the phone number the dipsh*t working at the store lost my ENTIRE account and it took over four hours to even get service.
