I purchased phones from this location and had to wait for deliveries of the phones 4 in total which were supposed to come with attachments... So the positive is Daniel sold them to us but was than transferred to a different store so when we came back to pick up phones and another positive... We deal with Devon who got our phones working very affable BUT we still need the cases and screen protectors and chargers as well.... So we came back and now.... Here is where things get Negative.... We are told by the manager....Julio.... We have to get all the promised items from the deal from the original seller... Daniel... who is at remember a different store.. what the frackasack... Beware. They are smooth talkers that add lots to your total price without telling you how much everything costs . $65 for a screen protector that costs $10 on Amazon. $65 for a phone case that costs $20- 40. Also, I ended up paying $80 for charger adapters I didn't know were in my bag. I went to check my receipt, but it was never given or emailed to me and I only found out later when I went to the store to get a printed receipt . Here's the kicker, there return policy is $50 to restock each item so it's not even worth returning ! I also found out they are actually not a Verizon store as the sign advertises them to be and just a retailer store. Shame on me for being trusting and getting duped . read more

I'm pretty averse to change and am not tech savvy, but I finally decided to upgrade my busted old iPhone SE. I figured I would just get the XR, but Devon, the assistant manager, was helpful and considerate, and he correctly surmised from my smashed SE that an iPhone 8, which still has the home screen button and otherwise operates the same as my old phone, would be less of a learning curve for me which I really appreciated. He also was very patient while my old phone backed up to the cloud for the first time in 2 years, a process that took about 2 hours (!!!). Easily the best experience I've had at a Verizon store, and I'll definitely be going back the next time I need their services. Pro tip: make sure your iCloud backup is up to date before you go in for an upgrade, otherwise it could take a while read more

Was greeted upon arrival eventhough there were several customers ahead of us. The manager happen to be the one who waited on us. He was extremely knowledgeable and figured out the best and most cost effective plan to fit our situation, which ended up saving us money instead of out of pocket expenses. They told me if i switched over from t-mobile they would pay off the remaining balance, i would just need to bring in the t-mobile final bill and they'd give me a gift card, i also paid $500+ down. So i took in the bill and the person tried to act like he had no idea what i was talking about and told me to contact the verizon customer service. now i've been going back and forth with them and they are only sending a $100 rebate. which isn't what they said they would do. and my cell service sucks! i should have never left t-mobile! most likely going back to t-mobile when im done with this one read more

Wow, I was convinced I was going to leave Verizon after 19 years, and paying them nearly $4,000 annually. I went to Verizon's corporate store on Sunset and Ryan was a complete bait n' switch jerk telling me the 8 plus I wanted wasn't available, because I wouldn't buy a more expensive model. I walked. Went to McCarran Center's store and told their sales guy TWICE, I didn't want a new Pixel - since I was there replacing a 13 month old piece of garbage pixel. I walked. I came to this location and met Lorenzo. Super-friendly and super helpful guy, got me the phone I wanted and even helped me fix my garbage Pixel, after Verizon AND Google's phone support couldn't help me. Anyway I left with a phone I didn't really need, but since I don't trust my pixel as it crashed all the time, I at least have a nice new iPhone. Thanks for your help Lorenzo. Devon Trice was the most wonderful customer Service representative I have ever come across in all the years of getting new cell phones. He was so very pleasant ,and so so very knowledable. Verizon should start drug testing their employees. The shorter African American guy was polite at first but smelled like weed. I ignored it because...it's Vegas. But it's disrespectful to customers. His name is Devin. As far as my phone experience: Ended up getting swindled into getting a bunch of accessories I didn't need with my new phone. I was told they were included and sure enough I look at the receipt to see I've been charged! I won't go into this store again for those mentioned reasons. Said he could give me a BRAND NEW TABLET for approx $23.00. It was slow and had many bad E-mails from all over the world. Didnt have the cash so I said I would follow his schedule and go in today 3/10. Got there and HE THEN TELLS ME THE FEE HE QUOATED + activation fee is around $30.00!!!!!!!!! Wrong on every level. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD :(( You walk in wanting to get a couple of phones, regardless of their bad reputation, pathetic billing and NO UNLIMITED DATA SERVICES ... just bcs they are right there, next to the store at a convenient location. But once you enter noone even acknowledges you or greets you, there are 3 sales people and 4 clients in the store but you MUST sign in, I guess bcs they might confuse the order you arrived (lol...). 3 reps are helping 2 clients and the other 2 clients are just waiting board out of their mind ignored for 10 long minutes by the untrained, unpolited, mediocre - I just- want - to - get - out -of - here sales people. In that painful 10 minutes I spent there, I got to Google on my phone how expensive and pathetic their no contract phone prices and plans were, so this way, thankfully I could run for the door!!!
