I don't think the employees at this location care about helping customers. I waited 15 minutes just to be helped for a few seconds. I asked about a plan, and the employee confidently told me it didn't exist anymore. As soon as I got back to my car, I checked online and found that the plan was still available. He didn't even approach me right or offer any alternatives, didn't look into my account, barely made eye contact, and seemed like he just wanted to end the conversation as quickly as possible. Went in for T-Mobile Tuesday. Have heard bad reviews on Yelp. We had a great experience. The store was busy for a Tuesday afternoon with all of the employees helping someone. One of the employees stepped away to introduce himself and to see what we where looking for. We told him we wanted to redeem the T-Mobile gift and possibly upgrading. The gentleman stated that we hold on while he grabs the gift and that if we wanted to upgrade that he was working with another client and that he or one of his colleagues would assist when finishing with their client. He was so helpful in looking up my mom's account and even helped us get in touch with customer service on the phone... even though there was a super long hold time. Good looking out, Oz. Great location! We were helped by Jonathan. He was very personable and gave honest opinions without trying to oversell us. We came in for 2 new phones and left with the 2 phones we came in for. Luckily they had the stock! It was not busy when we got there. But when we left the place was filled. Although it got very busy, Jonathan was still able to assist us in a timely manner and explain all the pricing changes. BEWARE - aggressive sales tactics without any concern for the customer needs. Also very apathetic manager with ZERO customer service skills. I called on 5/9/23 at 12:50. My brother works for Uber and his phone stopped working. He is a T-Mobile customer and I suggested he switch carriers so that he can get a new customer deal and he refused. He wanted to be loyal to T-Mobile! Big mistake! We searched T-Mobile online and found a Google Pixel phone for $16.16 a month. We printed out the exact phone and exact price and my brother went to this location with the printed paper. The sales person did their job and convinced my brother to get a lesser phone for a higher price. The sales person persuaded him to get something he didn't want and CAN'T AFFORD. Mind you, my brother couldn't call me because his phone was not working. So when my brother got home, I immediately sent him back to return it. He simply cannot afford it. Basically, he had the phone for a total of 30 minutes and was allowed to return the phone but was charged a $70 restocking fee. Is that even legal? I called the manager to get the restocking fee refunded and he refused. Conclusion: Managers should be trained on how to deal with customers. Compassion and empathy go a long way. T-Mobile kept the $70 but in exchange will lose a loyal customer. read more

In 2023, there is no excuse for TERRIBLE customer service. I was forced to use this location due to a cell phone warranty issue. The first 3 times I went, the store was packed with only 3 representatives to manage the volume. On my 4th trip, I waited over 15 minutes before I decided to leave. In that span of time, my presence was never once acknowledged. People who entered after me were never greeted either. The 3 representatives did everything they could to avoid eye contact. One worker walked right past me and said nothing. How can you que people in, determine who is next, or have any semblance of order if you ignore the very people who keep you in business? I'm on vacay from LA on fire evacuation warning and I come to this T-Mobile store because my family in Vegas was having problems with the internet gateway. We have 2 gateways one in LA and one in Vegas. I went inside the store to replace the gateway. The guy did not know what he was doing and disconnected my California Internet connection. He switched the locations from California assigned to Las Vegas and for Las Vegas he assigned to California. The problem with that is we have no Internet in California due to his mistake. We have a smart home with appliances that needed to be be disconnected with the internet and we're stranded. We don't know how to shut it off because he disconnected the California internet and one and no one is home. For the incompetent mistake they only credited us $7 and ignored the situation and didn't take responsibility. T-Mobile cannot have these incompetent people as it is a liability to the company as those people that cannot do their job or think. Unreal and unbelievable. read more

In the middle of the night, Samsung took it upon itself to update the software on my extremely expensive phone that I use for work purposes. That unwanted update broke the camera so that now it does not have the capacity to focus. This is a known issue that is all over the Internet. Samsung was positively useless. They referred me back to my carrier. I set an appointment at the closest T-Mobile store to see if they could help. Not only were they completely useless, they wanted to extort money out of me to repair an issue that the company itself caused. They offered to replace my phone, which - understand - would immediately update to the software that would immediately break it, so would not actually fix the issue. When I calmly explained this to the person helping me, he gave me a deer in the headlights look. He said that the only option was to swap out the phone, on the sheer hope that it might actually not update... if I was lucky. Yes, those were his words. Then he proceeded to try to charge me a fee for the warranty replacement. I very calmly, without insult or raising my voice in any way - and there were multiple witnesses - told him that I was not willing to pay to have my phone "possibly" "may be" fixed temporarily for something that THEY broke. After cocking his head back-and-forth like a reprimanded a puppy, for a solid minute, he then proceeded to get the manager, who came out with a big chip on his beefy shoulder. He was mean, he was rude, and he offered no solutions. When I simply said that I was not willing to pay to fix their error, he shoved his meaty finger in my face and told me, a woman who was completely calm had not raised her voice and had not used one swear or insult, to "calm down." Obviously this man was born under a rock, never had a mother, has never had a girlfriend, and has never had to work with another female. He said he could tell I was grinding my teeth, which he found, "disrespectful." What he failed to recognize was that HE caused that grinding. If I were not grinding my teeth, I would have broken his finger on the spot. He is damm lucky I have strong teeth and a temperate demeanor. Still, I did not raise my voice. Still, I did not call him names or use insults. Still, I did not use a single swear word. He then proceeded to kick me out of the building. He actually said, "leave my store." Now, he may have been a beefy behemoth that towered over me, but he was nothing but a small-minded soy-infused little millennial with positively no people skills and nothing but shelves full of participation trophies. It will be my great pleasure to get him at the very least disciplined, and if I have my way, fired. You do not treat customer that way, and you certainly do not treat a woman that way. Been a Sprint customer for YEARS (we were HAPPY!) ever since the Sprint/T-Mobile merger- the service has gone down- service interruptions, tower issues, phone issues etc. We have switched to their SIM cards; issues still exist. Was told had to purchase their phones because they were shutting down Sprint towers in Honolulu- issues still occurring. We already had updated iPhones. Felt we were lied to so the sales person could just make a commission (suspicion was confirmed after my call to customer care & after going back to the store & speaking with the store manager - manager stated our previous Sprint phones were still capable of being used! But it was too late to do anything about it!) Every month it's the same excuses on "towers are down, just bare with us". I'm just tired of the excuses already. You guys need to get your $&@! together already, this merger was announced in 2018, & started in 2020, you would think you would have it together already?!
