A hidden gem on the strip, as many others have stated! While this Target isn't quite the same size and scale as other locations, they have the essentials for tourists, including snacks, drinks, beauty items, toiletries and much more. I know some others have commented that the pricing seems higher compared to other Target locations, but being from LA, I feel like the pricing is fairly close to what I'm used to, which is honestly a huge relief considering everything else on the strip is insanely overpriced. read more

e here to check it out one evening. It was quite busy and for good reason - prices were better than other stores on the strip albeit higher than other Targets off the strip. It's also smaller than other Target stores having mostly drinks, snacks, and toiletry items. Kids were looking for Joyride and they found it cheaper than other places. There are a few self checkout and regular checkouts at this particular store. There is also a Starbucks which the prices are a lot better than other Starbucks on the strip. I love stopping here in Vegas! Great place to stock up on water and snacks that are way cheaper than in the hotel. It's still on the strip, so it's a little marked up, but buying at target is one of the best Vegas hacks it took me a while to discover. Do better than I did! You can also buy alcohol cheaper here if you're into pre-gaming in your room or filling up a walking around cup to save money. The self-serve line always moves pretty quickly and the attendants are helpful in keeping it moving. Wow! Unexpected treasure on the strip! We stopped in and got some snacks, NA beer (we party HARD) and a forgotten toothbrush. Selection was pretty good, despite not being a full-blown Target. Prices are great. 12-pack was $16.99, toothbrush was $1.49. Fresh fruit was .35/banana to $3.50 for a lb of strawberries. Self checkout was no line and FAST. Staff were friendly even though we didn't need them. We'll stop back this trip! read more

Business is on right of building that has Olive Garden and Brew Dog. They have 1 level which has Starbucks and merchandise. Merchandise are more affordable than hotel's sundry. We came here 4 times to buy sandwiches, salad, water, sparkling water, ramen cup, and snacks. At Starbucks, employee gave us free hot water for ramen because Starbucks is closed at hotels. If you have ever had an airline misplace, reroute or otherwise lose your luggage.....this Target is a godsend!!! Or perhaps, you'd like some fresh healthy grab and go fruit & veggies, they have the grab and go fridge section. Everything from ready to eat salads, sandwiches, chilled beverages and ... a Starbucks. Which is somehow not crazy busy!! If you travel with a service dog... they don't have dog food and the links. But, you could get some shredded rotisserie chicken, bananas and carrots. I needed some clothes.. and the selection is not huge. But I found a dress to wear to a show, a comfy pair of pants, and a lovely section of "unmentionables". I spoke to three staffers here. They kindly pointed me in the right direction. And if they didn't have something, they helped me with ideas. The shop is small for a target, limited selection, very well organized and clean. And the regular target value and costs. Needed to grab a few things and decided to stop by. I love that this location is within walking distance from the hotel I was staying at, easy to get to, and opened a little early so I was able to "beat the heat" before the sun made its way up. I've never been to this type of concept but it is super condensed with lots of aisles dedicated to snacks, personal needs, beverages (non and alcoholic), and there's a nice seizes Starbucks at the very fruit. The prices didn't seem any different than the Target I shop back at home and they had pretty much everything I needed. There was plenty of staff around who were happy enough to assist me when I needed help finding something and I actually liked that there only self-checkout available. There was a staff member at self-checkout to help those who needed it but the process was super smooth. A great location and super cute! read more

This new Target replaced the Smith & Wollensky steakhouse. Quality/Quantity - Excellent for drinks (beer, wine, water, etc) and snacks. Atmosphere - Small format Target, approximately 20k sq ft. More of a convenience store, which is perfect for my snack needs. Open 7 days a week from 7am till 10pm or midnight. Service - Self service. The team members were very friendly today. Price - Cheapest on the strip. Owner Comment - Congrats on this new location since August of 2022! read more

We needed flip flops, and Target always has what we need. This Target is smaller than most. It's right on Las Vegas Blvd, so I didn't expect it to be very big. It does have a Starbucks, which is great. It does have the Vegas essentials, swimwear right up front, water, sun hats, fruits, & all things for staying hydrated in this heat. We were able to get a few essentials for our hotel room here at Target. Although I scanned my Target circle app, it didn't take a $10 coupon that was on my account so luckily they were able to give me a gift card in exchange for the system error. I forgot the name of the girl that helped us but she was very quick and efficient. This Target was a good size, lots of options for alcohol, regular snacks and beverages, sunglasses, clothing etc. Like any other Target, you could find everything you need here! read more

This Target is a wonderful addition to the Strip! The prices are not elevated, but comparable to any local Target. They don't have a wide selection, but they have enough variety that you can get any item you've missed preparing for vacation and then some. I purchased my water here and small snacks. A convenient location on the strip in Vegas that is well worth popping into for your immediate needs especially with its easy access to things like the monorail if you are using that. Important to note, It's not a fully stocked store. You're definitely going to have a limited selection on certain essentials, like cooking things in particular. Don't come here if you're trying to actually shop for full-fledged groceries. There's a handful of things but that's far and few between. However if you're in a hotel room and are looking for a small meal that can be prepped in a microwave or simple stove top... or is ready to eat cold, they have that. And of course they stock a lot of alcohol here. Liquor and the rows of bottles of wine. And of course a huge selection of beers and seltzers etc. rounded out with essentially your toiletries and basic personal Care section with a few souvenirs to buy and that's mostly what the store is. I only came here for a pick up, I kid you not, I had over 5 employees in less than five minutes offering to help me I'm from New York City and it's not lying like this back home. In addition, I arrived last night and bought liquor from Walgreens, but when I looked here the rates were tremendously cheaper. This location should not offer drive up service. We were just passing through Vegas and needed to pick up a few things. Having used drive up services at several other target locations I selected it here. Bad choice. Within seconds of pulling into the designated drive up parking spot, a security guard came over and started pestering me. Why was I here? What was I doing? I dunno man, I'm in the drive up order spot with my trunk open holding my phone open to the target app. It's a mystery. (I did not say it that way, btw, I used my nice voice and my nice words.) A few minutes after that, a cop in full Intimidation Mode did the same. Y'all, I'm a lightly built white female presenting person, generally not considered a threat by LEOs. I shudder to imagine how unpleasant, or even dangerous, this could have been for someone who doesn't have those privileges. read more

This location decided to put almost every toiletry item under locked glass doors. Someone has to open it up for you to get your item but with so many people wanting so many things and not enough staff to accommodate you'll have a blast waiting 15 minutes for a tube of toothpaste. The First Target Ever on the Las Vegas Strip.    The day before yesterday the very first Target on the Las Vegas Strip celebrated its Grand Opening (on Sunday August 16, 2020). The day after its Grand Opening, yours truly paid it a visit.   The Las Vegas Strip Target stands at the northernmost end of the Showcase Mall and abuts the Park MGM /Eataly - Showcase Mall pedestrian bridge. It is a City Target which is essentially a Baby Target. There is only one entrance off the Strip leading to this one story Baby Target that seems to be slightly larger than a Flagship Walgreens. It is so small that a directory is nonexistent. The salesfloor includes a Starbuck's that currently is only take-out, a grocery department that features some produce and freshly made sandwiches, a large alcohol section that includes a beer cave, Las Vegas souvenirs, apparel, luggage aisle, travel size items, over the counter pharmacy (there is no pharmacy), and health & beauty aids.    I have reviewed quite a few City Targets and was underwhelmed by this one. First off the City Targets that I reviewed in other cities are usually two to three levels. When I look at the exterior it looks like there are three levels just like the adjacent Hard Rock Cafe, M&Ms World, and Coke Store. It turns out that the upper levels are currently vacant vertical real estate. Second off a few of the urban Targets I reviewed have included a pharmacy. I left with the impression that this one is more on the level of a flagship Walgreens. At least a couple of the Walgreens on the Strip include a pharmacy and health clinic. My last impression was the want for a register that a real person runs. There are only self checkouts. I think that this looks greedy, especially when the Walgreens on its north border features a cue line register system with live employees. On the plus side they accept cash. To me this Baby Target's biggest problem is that the neighboring stores in Showcase Mall and the Walgreens to the north offer a better selection. For example, where this Baby Target offers an abbreviated selection of apparel; Ross and Marshall's have a larger selection. On the plus side and I don't mean extra large clothing, this very Baby Target currently offers the largest grocery selection on the Las Vegas Strip. You can make the argument that it is the closest thing to a supermarket on the Las Vegas Strip. Additionally the prices seem to be fair. For example a can of Bang that costs $2 is & 2.09 here.    In my opinion the real star here is the Target dog mascot Bullseye. The adorable white Target dog with the red bullseye around its eye is the latest to headline on the Las Vegas Strip. Bullseye adorns the facade of the store on a Marque sized sign. Whether it is neon or digitalized it lights up at night. Bullseye certainly catches people's attention when they walk by Park MGM. At nighttime the illuminated Bullseye joins the cavalcade of neon and digitalized lights to costar with the Giant Coke Bottle, M&M bag, and Hard Rock Cafe Guitar amungst others in the nighttime extravaganza that the Showcase Mall puts on. Inside the Baby Target a large Bullseye statue greets customers.    Two days after its Grand Opening the first Target on the Las Vegas Strip is a nice edition on the Strip. It is nice to see a new business open up that provides jobs and another alternative for people to shop on the Las Vegas Strip. It is also nice to see economic life in a formerly abandoned parcel that was a haven for undesirable activity. When all is said and done Bullseye is starring in the economic development that will help bring back the Las Vegas Strip that most of us know and love. read more

Awesome Target on The Strip. Was able to find some prime and Hard Mountain Dew. This is definitely a very clean and nice addition to The Strip. The area outside is scuzzy, smells of urine and multiple homeless people passed out on the risen crosswalk. If you're looking to grab some reasonable beer/liquor, snacks, or toiletries this is definitely a great stop. Big plus, they have a Starbucks in the store as well. read more

A good little mini-Target just north of MGM Grand that has surprisingly restrained prices. Most of the store is normal Target prices and only certain things are slightly elevated. More heavy on the alcohol, snacks, sweets and prepackaged sandwiches / meals than proper groceries though. But they have all sorts of pharmacy and HBA stuff too. read more

Betty did not want us to use the bathroom even though we shopped and spent our money(($121.33) and every other store on the strip shared that we needed to go to target to use the restroom. The front of the store employees and the manager gave us permission to use the restroom. Betty refused to let us in. The manager came to the back and gave us the bathroom code. Betty began to complain about us to another Spanish speaking employee (a young female with highlights). The younger woman insisted they were not talking about us, but we are mixed Americans and Belizean. And speak multiple languages fluently. They were saying the the bathroom was clean and we we're going to dirty it. To be clear, the bathroom was not clean. Every thing was dirty and the tissue was on the floor. For a minj Target, I guess it's alright. You van get your essentials, some extra stuff. But if you're got something specific in mind like for me, toys as gifts, it was lacking. Maybe I'm an outlier in what I'm looking for, but it was experience. Has anyone try to shop at target for last 6 weeks when you have giftcards? I have always loved shopping at Target but recently their awful tactics have really annoyed me. I had giftcards loaded to my account and each time I purchased something I figured giftcard was applied automatically but NO! Each time I had to cancel the transaction and reload giftcard again and after several attempts I was able to complete the purchase. According to Target there is a glitch in the system. ohh ok how timely this glitch is...???? They don't want us using giftcards until next year so they can show better profit report for this year and guaranteed giftcard usage for next year! I am speechless. Happy holidays read more

Forgot to bring something to Vegas from home? Never fear! Target is here! I love that this Target is right on the strip and so close to the time shares I usually stay at. I don't like to eat out every night when I'm in Vegas so I came here to pick up some groceries. They have fruits, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, frozen dinners, frozen meals (i.e. pot pockets), chips, snacks, canned foods, large liters of water, everything! Even if you don't like to eat in, this is a great place to pick up snacks for the plane because its much cheaper here than at the airport. They offer self-checkout which was super fast and awesome. She sounded like she could be the girl in the photo on this Yelp page. She checked my item. Sadly she didn't have it in stock, but she found a nearby Target that did. I bought up&up brand magnesium 400 mg from Target. I used it for about two weeks. I began to cough daily not knowing why, it was getting worse and worse. I remember having a cough like that before about 10 years ago it was the same horrible coughing I will never forget. I was working in a shelter and a co-work decided to sprinkle carpet fresh all over the room I began to cough daily uncontrollable. That made me read more of the ingredients in the magnesium it has TALC which is the same thing in carpet fresh. I could believe they would put this in a product for health Talc is known to cause cervical cancer and I ingested it. Please don't buy this product shame on you target for allowing this product in your stores the consumer trust you to have healthcare products that would not harm you. read more
