The GM Cam is super shady. I came in to upgrade and was not shown my receipt and not disclosed the cost of the accessories. $67 for a screen protector that I can get 3 for $10 elsewhere is insane. He tried to bring out an iPad to sell me without my permission since I already have one. Then I don't get signal much in my house but his insistence to pitch me home internet was extremely pushy. I came in the next day to return the screen protector and was told I can't return items that have been opened which is probably exactly why they put it on my phone themselves before I left. I would give zero stars if I could. My family & I went into the store today with the intent on making a purchase. We were greeted with a stale "Hi, I'll get to you when I can". 5 minutes later someone else walked in. He proceeded to wait as well. While the employee was still helping the current customer, he began helping the person that walked in behind us. His current customer was not happy about that as neither were we since we had been waiting longer. We ended up walking out after already waiting 20 minutes. No apology or anything. Trashy store with ignorant, barbaric, and racist employees. Just go to a regular Verizon store and handle business with individuals who exemplify elite customer service. This location is inconsiderate and unprofessional. I placed an order for a same day pick up and when I arrive to the store, THEY'RE CLOSED AND HAVE COVID HOURS ON THEIR FRONT DOOR. If you can post hours on your front door, then be professional enough to update them on google because I had to go another day without a phone. When I arrived to pick up my phone, I was told to provide my pin number. Nothing in my order pickup says I need to give you my pin number. Then when I pick up the phone to call my mother and ask what it is, the associate (Skye or Jovanni -I can only go by what's on my receipt because the girl didn't tell me her name), asked me am I looking to change my services...YOU UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT INDIVIDUAL; I then let her know that I was calling my mother to see if I could get the code. It gets better. I informed her that I was highly inconvenienced because I placed an order for Sunday and the hours were only written on the door and not on the google website. HAD THEY UPDATED THEIR HOURS ON GOOGLE I WOULD HAVE GONE TO A STORE THAT WAS OPEN. Her response: mmhmmm Then she hands me the phone to call customer service so that I can change my pin. I handed the phone back to her because number one, she looked un-hygenic and I didn't know if the phone was clean. Two, that's not my job to get in touch with your corporation. Finally, I was able to remember the code and guess what? I didn't even sign for my phone. I watched her tap the screen for me and she walked around the counter and gave me my bag with my phone. SHE FORGED MY SIGNATURE, didn't ask if I had anymore questions or issues. After being a customer here for probably over 15 years, I can honestly say that I am tempted to break my contract and leave verizon. It's said that they have sloppy examples of authorized retailers AND employees like this store. read more

Went into this store today 1/18 to get a new iPhone on our Verizon plan. This is NOT a Verizon!. The young male working there got offensive when I asked if they were an actual Verizon store & he told me they weren't. He had a bad attitude and kept saying, "We seek Verizon stuff I don't see what the big deal is?" Uh sweetie the big deal is I trust VERIZON stores & employees. And number one the customer service there is above par compared to robot dink stores like yours! Management you really need to coach this employee on how to handle customers. He was extremely rude & once we found out your store wasn't an actual Verizon he basically didn't want to answer any of our questions. We drove to an actual Verizon store & purchased 2 new iPhones, added a line & received exceptional service unlike at your store. This employee just lost you a big sale. ****LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE**** Today I went into this store to help my mother-in-law return a new phone she had purchased. Unfortunately the newer phone was too thin and didn't suit her needs because she is elderly and had just had a stroke. When she purchased the phone she was informed that there would be a $35 restocking fee (which is very common). As I am having the representative or "Owner" Jessica processing the return I ask how the refund would work since we had paid $45+ at the time of the purchase. After processing the return the representative informs me we would need to pay an additional *Set up and Go fee of $19.99. So instead of us getting a refund we had to pay out of pocket an additional $13.55. Helping my mother in law with all of her stuff I have seen many people fast talk, brush off and treat elderly with disrespect. I told Jessica "owner", that it's unfair to not explain the fees when older people are making purchase and they should explain the fees, she told me she didn't have to explain her policies or her training. So I politely stood there while she processed the refund. I would NEVER recommend going here if your looking for real customer assistance. I'm not sure if Jessica is really the owner but for her to say paying the $19.99 is policy then telling me she was the owner shows a huge lack of business and personal skills, it's disheartening to know that some people will run there business and sell their souls just for $19.99. An update to my previous post that they had sold the phone we ordered to someone else. Now we have been charged for the phone we never got. We never signed a purchase agreement either. Verizon is aware of this shady operation and that it's now a stolen phone. I have recommended that Verizon sever it's relationship with Victra. I filed a complaint with Victra HQ but it went nowhere. read more

I went to Verizon and purchased two Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phones..along with cases and chargers. I went to Best Buy to purchase screen protector out of stock. Needless to say I had to go back to Verizon and have phones activated. While there I asked for screen protector and was given a card for a place to go and purchase one. I went and they were sold out. I went back to Verizon and was told to wait in my car. I did I watched as other customers went in. Now I was getting upset. So I went in yes they had screen protector but was told to take it somewhere else to put it on. I didn't purchase it and was upset. I had just purchased over $2500.00 worth of phones and accessories. I will never go back to that Verizon store. I went to another store and they sold me a screen protector and put it on. I will now take my business to the other Verizon store on Durango and Warm Springs. They were great. read more

Stay far away from this location and Victra altogether read their Glassdoor reviews, I went into payoff the remaining balance on my phone to upgrade to another, after I got home I decided to look over my paperwork because numbers weren't adding up and sure enough they charge for a setup fee, then I look closely at my paperwork and they added a water warranty service for $30 that was never discussed or I never agreed to, I went in the following day and asked that I be refunded for the water service I never agreed to, I was told they needed a manager to refund the service and to call later I called back 2 for two days and couldn't get a manager, I finally emailed their customer service department and I heard nothing so I found a number to call for their customer service complaints and I couldn't hear anything because there was a person in the background giggling and laughing out loud I finally went back into the store after 3 days and got things taken care.
