    LORENZO, who's been poorly reviewed before- is the worst. Someone else reviewed saying he scammed him into buying things he didn't want and making upgrades he didn't need. Same thing happened to me!! Long story shot- I wanted a new phone and that was it. He told me it would be about $170 to walk out w my phone after taxes and fees. He stacked a pile of my phone a charger, a wall charger, phone cleaner, and screen protectors... come to find out that was all an extra 70, and I could have walked out paying about 100. So that was deceitful. Then I find out my bill is upgraded by about $130... Called Lorenzo he says he SWEARRRS he didn't change ANYTHING! Well the screenshots determined that was a lie....

    This is for the Tmobile employee Angelica that works at the Tmobile store across from the Aria (…read moreshe said it was on the strip) I acutually met her at the Tmobile store on Lavander lane close to the Trade Joes store at the Summerlin Shopping Center. She was absolutley great and reassuring with my issue. My issue was the billing process and there offices I Had been dealing with since september of last year. It has been an unbelieveable nightmare and as I stated to Angelica if TMobile does not want my business I can take it else where I have 10 telephone lines. She was very receptive to my compalaint that TMOBILE once again did not follow thru on there part to reduce my bill as I has going to cancel 6 of the lines and they freaked out overt the phone. Angelica looked up my account and view the internal notes that were made ( BTY you can not get a copy of or take a picture of the notes) that stated on what needed to be done. They did not do it and were threatening me with suspension. Not only is this for business lines but also my wife having a critical health issuce needs to be able to reach out to me at a moments notice and iI have explained that to them multiple times. Angelica got to custoner service and a gentleman by the name of Jay wa very helpful and understanding in this matter and said he will send a ticket at high priority. He said someone will get back to me with an email or call me in a couple of days so far that has not happened but it is the weekend so i will give it till tuesday. Todays date is April 25 2026. I want to thank angeloca for her effort and concerns and her calm demeanor in attending my concerns. When ever i called the TMOBILE center they would laways create a ticket talk to me send me an email and not fully follow up up. Whem i woudl complain again they would create another ticket, it felt like a 3 ring circus with them evey time. If this happens again i will go to another company they will be glad to have me. I have been with Tmobile for over 8 years and before theat cricket they was with them and before that 5 years tithe t mobile. I look forward to continuing this with updates. Angelica thank you. I had the pleasure of working with Craig, Jeret, and Jacob..... I purchased the new iPhone 14 256 gigs and also the amazing T-Mobile 5G Gateway Internet... The manager of the store " Craig " when the phone was ordered, Craig went above and beyond to help me with the phone and the gateway Internet, he also assisted me in the porting rebate, Visa and the bonus rebate Visa card.... I could not be more pleased with my experience in this particular store... All the help I received was such a blessing , when you need a new phone and you decide to go with T Dash mobile, you will be treated as if they know you... The manager Craig helped me tremendously in returning the iPhone previously ordered and also with my trade-in.... Afterall, I like looking and touching the things I want to buy and if I can make sure a local store stays open and people remain gainfully employed, I am all for it. During a recent visit to the store, there was a misunderstanding on the use of $10 certificate. It may have been my fault, as it may have expired, but being unable to locate any record of it in the app or online account frustrated me. I made my purchase without the benefit of the ghost certificate for all the reasons mentioned above. A day later, I received an online survey about the experience. I gave the store high marks for cleanliness, staff, etc. and shared my experience in the comments section. A few days later, a Services Experience Manager reached out sharing some tips regarding the app, certificates and how I had multiple profiles in their system should be consolidated to make my experience better. Icing on the cake, was they gave me the benefit of the $10 certificate in the form of a small refund on my purchase. Best Buy is a large organization. Knowing that they read and actually take action to feedback provided by consumers is amazing!

I walked through much of the store but didn't have a single encounter with an employee until it was time to check out. I suspected that I would the cable I was looking for at the Tablet section but when I followed the sign to that area, there weren't actually any tablets there, not to mention there weren't any charging cables, either. After wandering around much of the store, I found a low display with a variety of USB cords and was able to locate a the correct cable. I really paid for the convenience here, $20 for a basic cable seems pretty high, but I didn't want to risk having Amazon deliver something to my hotel before I had no battery left at all!

The girl working forced me to change my phone number because she said that the SIM Card was blown. I kept arguing that there has to be a way to keep my phone number. 2. She then sold me a cheap phone and added a line to our existing account without my knowledge. We ended up with my dead number never removed but another added! 3. She gave me a tablet saying it was free because of the length of time we were customers then added a new line. When I saw the line added I immediately requested it removed but she said it was too late! 4. After reviewing our bills, I discovered she had added phone insurance! She had snuck it in without asking. The entire time was not pleasant and a bit confrontational has she kept fast-talking me and trying to sell me expensive phones while I was constantly saying NO... still, my phone was dead at this point and it seemed like I had little choices. I walked into a store only wanting my phone repaired and ended up with two additional lines, a cheap tablet not wanted, and insurance for a phone that totally sucks. It has taken me MONTHS to recover from this experience. The entire hassles with changing my phone numbers through banks, Federal Services, and literally my life has been a horrible strain. Then there are the entire issues with trying to remove the insurance and the extra lines. It has been a serious nightmare. My wife has wasted hours trying to resolve the issues.
