switched over from t-mobile and called other stores to see if they had the iphone 16 pro in the natural titanium 256gb. this store said they had that in the color so i made an appt. few hours later i came over here to get it, dude already was annoyed for whatever reason. apparently i had collections from verizon i had to take care of, got that taken care of and started purchasing my phone but they also had that deal abt getting the new iphone and ipad "on them" so that's what i wanted to do. the manager had to drive to another store to get the ipad because they ran out of them. abt an hour/hour half later it wont let them process that i had paid the collection AND the sales dude had used all my credit toward the new phone instead of the phone AND the ipad so after waiting 2 hrs i couldn't get the ipad like i was promised. also forgot to mention that the phone i wanted they didn't even have in stock, after i called to make sure they did. biggest waste of time ever, now i have to pay a 50 dollar stocking fee to get the color i want when it's in stock. dudes name was daniel, i suggest going to a different verizon store where the sales ppl know more abt what you're asking for and not getting irritated you're asking questions. read more

This store was my favorite Verizon location since last four years, today I had to go the store for screen protector replacement, there was a gentleman name was Mr Lorenzo, he is new to this location and I was explaining to him about replacement and he said you have to register on go advantage account which I had already registered that's why I have been replacing my screen protectors for almost the last two years, but he was telling me this is the reason,why they have restrictions on this program due to customers coming and getting free replacements(it's like, indirectly saying I'm lying) Also he was saying I never payed for the screen protectors for my phone and former employees (Mr.Julio) replaced screen protectors for free, how come? So,as per him we purchased two screen protection plans for the same phone? 79$+ just for one phone screen protectors ? (I could buy the same thing from Ross store 3.99$ or 0.99c store) And also he was blaming on former employees all the time and arguing with me, this person doesn't know what's the principle of customer service, he didn't want to listen to me but instead argue. The attitude he gave me was very belligerent. Hi is probably thinking customer's depend on verizion, that's a big misunderstanding verizion depends on customers like us and unfortunately,employees like Lorenzo don't know this simple truth. So I arrived at this store mid Saturday afternoon. The store is vacant with the manager and one other staff at the counter. One other customer was inside. As I walk up to the counter the staff offer to help. I show them a brand new PALM phone that Verizon delivered Fed-x last night and tell them that it doesn't work. We had a phone go out during our vacation, during the time we were passing through Las Vegas, so we looked around for a Verizon retailer nearby to get everything taken care of. Anthony was the member of staff on duty that day, and provided fantastically good service; he was very personable and knowledgeable, and helped with specials on tablets, services, and basically everything else available. My wife's uncle, whose phone had gone out, probably asked him fifty more questions than were necessary, about peripherals and phone holsters and everything in between, and he maintained not only his composure and friendly demeanor, but talked football and chatted with us during the whole process. Changing out phones or plans can always be a hassle, but Anthony made sure it was as painless as possible. If we need phone replacements or anything else next time we're in Vegas, I'm likely to come back to this same location; everything we needed to get done got done, and it was as good an experience as I've had in any Verizon retailer or location. read more

Before i can say i have an account with Verizon he says no... i said i thought id just plug in for a sec and here's where you meesed up... your representative told me that thise were all zombie plugs and if i did just plug in, it would fry my phone and turn it into a zombie phone forever.... i looked him straight in the face like I totally beleived his nerd fest total line of BS. July 17, 2019, The representative at this store turn over my debit card and entered the security code into his hand held tablet, after I told him, "Do not use my security code on the back of my debit card. I reached into my purse to offer a credit card instead. He responded, We need it in order to make a payment." I insisted that he not use my debit card, and I attempted to offer my credit card instead. The representative then flips my card over, prior to returning it to me, he enters my security code, and submitted a payment above the amount, which I gave him. Alternatively, I initially offered to pay cash, and handed the representative, ten dollars above the due payment amount. However, he wanted to charge a fee for accepting a cash payment, which I declined. After the representative sent the payment through, the transaction triggered a payment received text, immediately,"Thank you for your payment," which includes a dollar amount above I agreed to a payment amount. I mentioned the text I received to the representative, and he had the audacity to say, "I thought you said, "to pay full amount." "However,my next payment wasn't due for 21 days. I waited 16 minutes in the store for the representative to call Verizon customer service to reverse the payment. However, I left the store on an emergency, and the charges weren't reversed. The next day, I was placed on hold with the Verizon (*611/customer support). I spent 56 minutes on the phone concerning the incident, only to be informed, that I must contact the manager of Go Wireless location which the occurrence took place. On July 29th Chris (Manager of the store of which the worker who at will decided to use my debit card at his discretion) called to inquire if the incident. His response was to offer me a contract for a new phone, said he would call back at the end of the day, and I haven't heard from him since. These are the people whom Verizon Wireless trust with their customers personal information. Any who values their privacy and have concerns for how his/her debit/payments are made should review this practice closely. read more

Update 1/22/2018 well after thinking this store and the situation was finally was corrected they don't return the old phone to Verizon even though they are a retailer I'm being charged for a phone that the store never returned and has in their facility had to surrender it as a trade-in. This situation is be on ridiculous at this point I would suggest nobody deal with another retailer when it comes to Verizon their corporate policies are crap and don't care about the consumer and Verizon is of no help. GoWireless turned out to be the wrong choice 2 stores and now mother issue. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received at a store. Mikey the manager took a situation that have been escalating for weeks and not only worked with the district manager to correct it. He amped me down very quickly. This Store manager should definitely be a model for other managers. This store has the friendliest kindest people and most understanding I've ever talk too. Definitely bring your business here. We took two I phones from t mobile and these idiots told us to to get our phones unlocked and come back to get them switched to verizon which cost us $500, they also told us it would be $155 a month to switch the two phones to our current Verizon plan that has a single line. After paying off the t mobile phone we went to a closer verizon location to find that they should have looked at the emei number to know the phone was not compatible and on top of that verizon told me the actual monthly bill will be $233 a month. This was the manager and assistant manager at verizon "go wireless" on Tropicana/Decatur. I would suggest to go to an actual verizon store not theses idiots. Was very frustrated that Verizon sold me a Bluetooth that became defective in less than a Month; non of the stores on my side of town had one so they last guy said I know one store that has two units and sent me way over to the other side of town. James was able to swap out my Bluetooth, sinked it to both of my phones and keep a pleasant demeanor even though it was a difficult task. I came into this store looking for a new iPhone to update my iPhone 5s and also to fix my iPhone 6 company phone that won't turn on after accidentally dropping it. I have to say this store was a one-stop shop. Julio gave me exceptional customer service today. Although he was busy with another customer, he made sure that I was taken care of and that I got the service I needed. He explained all the different plans they had and I felt no pressure from him and felt as though he took his time with me and his other customers who also didn't mind the wait as he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made sure that I was getting the best deal and made sure that I understood what I was signing or what I was getting myself into with and/or without a contract. I then explained my broken iPhone 6 and he gave me the break down and reassured me that they will not charge me if they couldn't fix the phone. Their technician Ray was able to get me a new screen and fix my broken phone in 30 minutes all while I was waiting for my new iPhone 6s. Overall, I will have to say that I will be coming back for all my phone needs. It's not so much the Verizon company but the exceptional customer service I received that made it a great location and a great store. read more
