He took time helping me through the app to order a new phone, he was even able to up sale me on merchandise that I other wise would've got off of Amazon. He step up my other phone and transferred all my information over to my new phone. He was such a breeze to work with, he was knowledgeable and had answers to all of questions and concerns.
