Horrible service! Stay away. JF Technical put cameras in my home a few years ago and left a hole…read morelarge enough for a rat to get into my attic. After dealing with that, JF Technical was contacted and claimed it was not their fault after they admitted there was a small hole left unpatched. According to Fabian, the owner, a rat could not have fit through that hole. Fast forward two years and the job was still not complete as I wanted two cameras in my dog run that had two-way communication. Clearly, that was almost too much to ask as it took two years to get installed. We have never been able to get our cameras on our iPads and were told it was the iPad configuration. Seriously, it's an iPad, how many different ways can it be configured? They also failed to secure the wires that were pulled to the rafters or at least tuck them out of the way. A few years after installation was complete our heater needed to be serviced and the technician refused as the wires were run on top of the unit making it impossible for him to work. Since then, I have had the system completely removed and had CAT6 wires run, and a new camera system installed. Stay away from this company as it will just cost you double in the long run. Now, we love our new system however, it cost us over $10,000 to get here.

We talked back and forth and agreed to have the service performed on 08/29/2025. I gave them the TV model and how I wanted the tv mounted. We Mount tv said they would do some research and get back to me tomorrow 08/27/2025. I never got a call from them, this should have been a red flag off the bat but I gave them a chance and people do forget or get busy it happens. Unfortunately the TV I purchased wouldn't be delivered until 08/29/2025 so therefore I couldn't give We Mount TV a time to perform the service (My fault). I called them back and let them know about the situation and we agree to instead have the TV mounted on 08/30/2025 at 09:00 AM. I called We Mount TV on 08/29/2025 at 1:40pm to confirm our appointment for 08/30/2025 they said everything was good to go and the appointment was confirmed. On 08/30/2025 I got a text message from We Mount TV at 09:09 stating the tech was sick and they were going to move some stuff around so they can get someone out to mount the tv that day but at a later time. I replied with OK do you know what time? I never got a response, I still gave them a chance and thought Mayne they are busy just trying to finish some jobs and would get back to me. I decided to give them until Tuesday 09/02/2025 to get back to me since it was the Labor Day weekend, still giving them a chance to redeem themselves and use the Labor Day weekend as an excuse for the reason they dropped the ball. I am writing this review on 09/06/2025 at 8:17PM and I still have not heard from WE Mount TV. Not an apology no nothing, simply left on read and ghosted. So if you are looking to get your tv mounted do not go to these guys, their customer service is horrible, they commitment to their word is no existent, I am actually scared to even see what their work looks like. Ray and his team did a wonderful job mounting my 55" Samsung LED, Xbox one, and amazon fire tv this morning. They came on time, cleaned up afterwards and were very accommodating since my 16 month old toddler was not in the greatest mood to make new friends. Ray even plugged everything in to make sure it worked and I am more than satisfied. I have another job already lined up for him tomorrow.
