I came here for the first time and was actually impressed. The store was large, super clean, organized, and there was no wait at all, so I was literally in and out. Customer service was great and everyone was helpful. Stopped by to get my daughter's screen protector replaced since it was cracked all over. One thing I've noticed lately is these newer screen protectors just don't seem to be made as durable as they used to be. It feels like you barely drop your phone once and suddenly there's a full spiderweb crack across it. I highly recommend getting the lifetime screen protector protection and paying the monthly fee because, at least for my family, it's definitely worth it. Why do I even leave my house? Everything is available online and I have great cats, soft blankets, and snacks!! A T-Mobile retail employee at this store coerced David into purchasing a low-value (non functional) phone. They apparently accessed the account using the primary account holders PIN (my mom's law office) without permission to vague the purchase and misrepresented a paid-in-full device purchase as "service" in order to deny a return. He retained his existing number, so no new line was added despite their claim. This is a deceptive sales tactic designed to evade T-Mobile's own 14-day buyer's remorse policy. This isn't just shady -- it's textbook deceptive sales practice. They now say they will "make it right" but this doesn't change the fact that the employee saw an old guy who came in with a "factory unlocked phone" and told him unlocked phones couldn't be used and sold him a bottom level Samsung instead and is now claiming that David got the phone for free by adding a line (completely false... he didn't have that access.) 0/10 They offered to let him keep the phone and take 100 off the bill. Apparently at this location they don't have salesmen. They have liars and deceivers. Sales rep ****376, as stated on my receipt, failed to mention that he was trying to sneak in a charging brick to the sale until the end when I had him break down the charges for the transaction. Then, at the end, he throws in a SIM card with a phone number written on it saying it was a free line. I never asked for it. It also wasn't free. He failed to mention when he broke down the charges that it was 2 activation fees, a charging brick, and the sales tax on the phone so I was charged an activation fee for the line I never asked for. The paperwork also shows it's $25 per month. For no reason. I will be escalating this as high up as possible with the corporate support line. This is ridiculous. read more

This place is a complete nightmare. I was a customer for only a few months. T mobile forced me into their internwt 5g service for $50 but I had to give them a credit card to place on my file. Beware: this is a trick. I talked to someone about their h deal and they still ripped me off the first month. after I have canceled my cancellation and decided to keep the internet after the two-week trial, these morons thought that I should still return their box but I've been using for my internet. When I went to the store to have them fix the issue, they told me I couldn't fix the issue without returning the box. That's that! I canceled the service. Now that I keep trying to return the box at different stores, these idiots refuse to accept the box. Since they have my card on file, they believe that they're going to be able to charge me $250 for the box that I've been using for their service. These people are just corrupt. I tried to return this box today to angelo, this person claimed to be the manager at this location but he seemed incompetent. I was forced to sit and wait even though I kept telling him I recently had neck surgery. He proceeded to assess another employee even though he was in the middle of trying to figure out how to return my box. Since he continued to be a douche, I ended up having to leave with the box and still no service. T- there is a reason why T-Mobile has so many Better Business Bureau complaints and so many fraud lawsuits read more

I know most cell phone carriers get a bad reputation and sometimes it is rightfully so. So these 5 stars are not so much directly at T-Mobile as a company but more for the customer service we received from Alex yesterday. I wish I knew his last name so he can receive a full shoutout, I believe he mentioned he had about 8 years working with Tmobile and it showed. This man went Above and Beyond for us. Explained all our options (in regards with a broken screen on our iPhone) and was extremely knowledgeable. T-Mobile I hope you know what amazing employee you have working at this location. read more

listen linda: if you are thinking about switching to tmobile..don't! i've been having network issues with my samsung. i get "e" or 4g at times. what is e, before damn 3g. meaning i can't use an app, can't be on the phone and internet, much less send or receive a picture. my phone was just switched out due to charging issues 4 days ago. now it was recommended by the escalated tech team to switch out my phone. i came to t-mobile, after my long day at work to switch it out and they say they can't switch it because it was just switched. how about you dont get paid! this is the worst customer service and non knowledgeable company i have ever seen. don't switch over, don'teven consider tmobile. verizon here i come! read more

Absolutely terrible help. I tried and tried to get assistance but unfortunately could not be helped due to terrible service. I tried time and time again to appeal to them for purchasing a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, but they refused because I had drank too much after they had pushed me back an hour. I want a product that works. also make sure they note on their side when ur there. They want you to be the one to know who and when you spoke to someone. I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile they promised me a package that was the same price as I was paying for Sprint with hulu and prime included Pluto now they have changed it and charge me $20 more a month and took it away my prime access I have been on the phone with them for hours trying to fix this I've been on chats for another hour and they don't ever help I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone. read more

Went to the location @ 2090 N. Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV today to change the screen protector on my iPhone. Some guy checks me in & I sit down & wait to be called. He then proceeds to help a couple who just walked in & wants to know if a certain phone is in stock. So I'm thinking why in the heck is he helping them when I obviously came in before them. Then they leave because what they wanted wasn't in stock. The guy before me who came in gave up & left. Checking in seems to mean nothing! Finally he comes over & let him know that I have the added protection for a screen saver replacement. So he takes my phone over to one of the stations & works on changing it. Meanwhile another guy walks in & he's helping him while working on my phone. Then comes back over to me & says he'll be back in a bit cause he needs to clean it better & goes somewhere in the back & after about 10 minutes finally comes back with my phone. Now I wonder what in the heck was he really doing with my phone back there. Not happy with the customer service @ this location. I've been there a couple times but after today I will now go to another location next time. Please avoid this place! read more
