    listen linda: if you are thinking about switching to tmobile..don't! i've been having network issues with my samsung. i get "e" or 4g at times. what is e, before damn 3g. meaning i can't use an app, can't be on the phone and internet, much less send or receive a picture. my phone was just switched out due to charging issues 4 days ago. now it was recommended by the escalated tech team to switch out my phone. i came to t-mobile, after my long day at work to switch it out and they say they can't switch it because it was just switched. how about you dont get paid! this is the worst customer service and non knowledgeable company i have ever seen. don't switch over, don'teven consider tmobile. verizon here i come!

    Easy experience and great service. I made a service provider and upgrade to my phone change and it was done in about 35 minutes.

I was going to change phone services and had shopped around. I also talked to AT& T support and got great information and a rough wuote to upgrade my iphone. I highly reccoend doing this because it can save sone time when ypu go to a busy store. I also called the store Summerhill Lake Mead location the night before and spoke to Tim. He let me know the phones were out but I could come in snd order. He set ip my appointment and answered a few more questions. Nuvia and Brittany were amazing. Since Internet air is now available in my area they set me ip for that too. . I am so happy I can stay with AT& T thanks to them. I have been with AT& T over 20 years in CA and hated to hace to change internet here. Finally after 3 years I have everything bundled ip again. This is a hood location with good service. I had a previous review another location and they changed and service was sad. I won't ho back to that one. Anyway now I have to wait for everything to arrive and I am confident they will help me get set up. I might add they did all they could so I could get to another appointmet in time. It was a great day. Thanks Nuvia, and Brittany for great service, patience and smiles. I want to add to this review because I was in today to turn in my trade-in. Tim and Britney were working there and Tim helped me put a cover for my camera on. I have to add Davion and Britney for all they did in clearing my old phone for trade-in. I had left me changed password at home so it took longer because of Apple security reasons . They were so patient and Davion explained the paperwork thoroughly. I can't say enough about this crew. They have gone above and beyond with all my needs.. I am switching my internet once I receive the modem and I know Britney will make sure it's installed perfectly. I am just elated I am able to stay with AT&T thanks to this team. Buying a phone and any change is difficult and fills me with dread but they made the transition as smooth as possible.     Working with Erik turned our 1 star review into 5 stars with his incredible customer service and…read morehelp with resolving our account creation issues. Back in October 2025, we transferred to Verizon from another carrier and traded in our phones during the account setup process. We were told to expect a specific amount for our devices and promotional gift cards for being new customers. (This all happened at a different Verizon location.) For some reason, there were issues with receiving the full compensation credit for our trade-in and our gift cards. The Verizon folks we were initially working with at the other location couldn't seem to track where the credit and gift cards went. It was at this point Erik took over our account and made it his mission to get us a resolution. From end of November to end of December 2025, he contacted customer service multiple times on our behalf to track down our missing credit balance. He proactively communicated the progress being made and consistently followed up with us to make sure we really got the credits and the promotional gift cards. While the initial signup was rocky, working with Erik re-instated our confidence in Verizon. He made sure we were heard and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

I asked him so many questions and he answered politely on each of them and gave me honest answers and not feeling forceful to upgrade. If you are looking to upgrade and go this location--ask for Sergio! The store is organized. Parking could be hectic due to location is next to Marshall's.
