OK, let's get down to business.... This is going to be a long review. So if you don't have time to read it, don't start ... I'm going to try to be as detailed as possible!!! -I went into T-Mobile to get my screen protector fixed because it was cracked. -When I first walked in, I asked how long would the wait be, the only reason I asked was because there was a lot of people in the lobby. The representative told me you would be next so I said OK. Then she asked me for my drivers license to start assisting me. When I gave her my drivers license, she asked me to pull it out of my wallet so she could scan the back so I did.(This is a key point.) -She asked me for my phone number, which I provided, called over a team member, who then tried my phone number, stated he unable to locate the account as well. -Now I believe her name is Yesenia... has other reinforcement come over to assist her.... they ask me for my drivers license again and she says to me they need to scan it. My response is I provided it and you have scanned it already. She says No! I didn't... I say, ma'am, I don't have a problem with giving you my drivers license... what I do have a problem with is people lying and not taking accountability. -Now they tell me that I don't have screen protector replacement coverage on my phone. I say to them I have the 360 insurance plan on my phone which includes the screen protector replacement. I've used the replacement plans several times, not only in the state of Nevada, but in multiple states because I travel a lot. *** if you can't access my account, How would you know that I don't have the 360 coverage or do?*** -Next they asked me to provide the phone numbers on my account (I did not have them memorized) -Then they wanted to scan my ID again... so I provided my drivers license yet again, the response was your last name does not match what we have on your account, I said to them I have credit cards under both names. Would you like to see them? Also, I believe I updated my name with your customer service over a year ago. They told me I would need to leave and get the matter resolved. -At this point, my emotions were boiling!! I called 611 on my phone while in the T-Mobile Location, thankfully my call was answered right away. The representative on the phone sent a notification, I was authenticated, she verified that my account information was accurate. My name was accurate. The account information WAS up-to-date. I do and always did have the 360 phone protection. That's why I can go into a T-Mobile location wherever I am and get a new screen protector put on my phone. -Everything the representatives put me through that day was out of SPITE!!! -When I spoke to the telephone representative, she verified everything she can see on her system. They can see on their system. -Hoss is the store manager he absolutely has no people skills and he allows Lorena to be dismissive condescending and rude to customers. They both are a tag team of bullies. -There was no apology, there will be no apology there will be no repercussion for this incident because there's poor management!! Hass allowed Lorena to display atrocious behavior, his actions were unacceptable as well. Corperate needs to come in and do a deep clean sweep!!

Had a great experience with T-Mobile tonight! I switched over from another company and so glad I did . Guilherme Rocha was my rep and he was great. He was so helpful with getting our phones and setting everything up. Our bill for newer I Phones with T-Mobile is $150 less than a competitor company ! I'm so happy . So thankful for the wonderful experience tonight

Location was clean lots of employees there to help one another out and their customers. System took almost all day to update all of our payments to merge from Sprint to T-Mobile, but well worth the wait. Eros was the Sales Specialist that really took care of our needs. He was professional, informative and overall had great charisma. I highly recommend him for any thing you need from T-Mobile.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS…read more I read the previous review from "vincent k." down below and decided to give K and B a shot against my better judgement... and he was spot on in his review. These guys are grifters through and through. Their M.O. is to up charge just because the don't like dealing with a specific customer, and they aren't even coy about it. Here's how that went down. I called and asked for an estimate to get a single cable of CAT5 pulled through EXISTING conduit from my office to a data room a few units over. 250ft in cat 5 is needed, as shown in their own original estimate. The conduit ALREADY HAD FISH TAPE IN IT, but I wasn't there to do it my self as I am out of state, so I decided to give them a go. The estimate comes back for $700.00. mind you, nothing is itemized, explained, and there is a vague "ADMIN FEE" listed but doesn't specify how much of the $700 invoice this makes up. Being that I work for a business, there's a lot of red tape to get projects and expenses like this approved, so I ask on the phone about what the admin fee is and the charged amount for this fee. I get sternly told that its for paperwork and doing a "site walk" and that it was $160. Seems steep but ok. I get this charge approved as I really just need the work done, but by now its been over 5 days and the original estimate has expired. Then I get a text message from them at 7pm on a Tuesday (first day back after a 3-day holiday weekend) stating that quote has expired and I told them I could pay immediately and that it just got approved, to which the response is "we will call for payment details". As you can guess, nobody ever called, in fact, all I got was an email with a newer, more expensive and even more vague total of $750.00. now i need to look unprofessional in front of MY superiors and try to explain why the mysterious charge went up $50 more, when I couldn't even explain the initial charge to begin with. I get told by K and B that this is "an updated admin fee". When I ask why? nothing.. I'm sorry, you're telling me that you increased the charge by 30% to $210 total for paperwork and site walk when literally nothing has changed regarding the scope of work, no other site walk was done, and no paperwork has been filed yet? That's a hard no from me. If anyone needs any other assurance that these guys are scammers and crooks, see the photos I've attached that detail everything I've typed here in proof. Please save your money, time and headache and go somewhere else, these people have clearly been inconvenienced by not receiving immediate payment and needing to send one more email, and tried to upcharge an already ridiculous "admin fee" of $160 to $210 with no rationale. I've seen "Nigerian princes" in my email inbox try harder to get money off of people for nothing in return. K and B is shameful and I hope this review keeps anyone else from going through what Vincent and I went through. Take your money elsewhere, these guys are crooks and don't even try to hide it.
