Immediately, upon entering, I was greeted by AT&T employee Cody. He had a great personality and disposition. When I initially entered there was only one other customer but minutes later that number grew to five. Cody was the "sole" employee working yet he was doing an amazing job. Although, he couldn't help everyone at the same time he acknowledged the customers advising them he would be with them shortly. Cody was efficient and professional, which, spoke volumes of his commitment to customer service. I wandered into this store on my way to work after a promo email planted the idea of upgrading my phone. I was underprepared, didn't know what I wanted, and had a ton of questions the internet probably would have answered for me if only I'd bothered to ask. But let's be honest, sometimes you need the kind of assistance that only a storefront can provide. I was greeted warmly upon entering, the store was tidy, and my wait was short. Total best case scenario. Now, I am utterly tech-silly and asked every question under the sun- twice, changed my mind last minute, asked for print outs of everything, and still came back 4 days later (with multiple overstimulated kids who would rather be at a playground) just to be sure I had all the details straight... They had the patience of Saints. Josh explained everything to me in a clear, concise way, and handled the entire interaction with a level of candor I really wish more people understood. Another gentleman (who's name unfortunately eludes me at the moment) was able to aid me in efficiently finalizing my trade-in... All while my children planned a Lord of the Flies magnitude takeover of said storefront. Seriously, y'all were wonderful even when it wasn't easy and that speaks volumes. DO NOT go to this store with any issue! This is a retail store not an official ATT store. They work off commission so they are not looking out for your best interest. I was scammed and it has taken me 3 days to get this resolved. They added unnecessary things on my bill. Upgraded things I never asked for, added lines. And padded my bill. My bill went from $200/month to $400 a month. ATT said always use a corporate office and not a retail store like this because they are scamming everyone! The ATT store on Serene and Eastern is corporate and very helpful. And said that they have gotten a lot of people from that store coming to them with all sorts of scams. read more

I went to this AT&T store with an issue that involved reinstalling an app. I thought I was able to get it done myself but, even when my SO wasn't able to correct my mistake, I went to the store. The store was empty with the exception of one customer and 2 employees. I was assisted by Christian. Within a matter of maybe 4 minutes, he had corrected the mistake that landed me there...removed an app I installed, found the app I needed and rearranged the tiles on my main screen to the way they were before. Christian's demeanor was entirely perfect for me. He was very professional and reminded me that, if there was anything else I needed, I should come back. Very humble. Great young man. read more

i would not recommend this location, or AT&T for that matter. i spent over an hour on the phone this morning w a rep who quoted me a price for 3 lines + internet. he said i would have zero trouble in the store (i wanted to physically look at the phones) and his quote by email would explain everything. i enter the store, and their AC must be broken? it was hotter inside than outside. everyone was sweating, it was a mess. the guy who helped me was nice, but immediately said he had never heard of someone sending an email as a quote. this alarmed me, since i had already purchased the internet (he obtained my SSN + credit card) so now im on high alert and not trusting AT&T. the rep reads the email and says this isnt a good plan, no one gets this plan, etc etc. so im like okay, and i had 2 pages of notes since i keep receipts for everything. the guy on the phone mentioned i could do some promo where they pay up to $830 for my iphone 13 from tmobile. i would get a debit card 7-10 weeks and get an iphone 16 in the store. well the in-store rep said that promo ended a year ago. HOW? the guy on a recorded call just told me about it literally today? then a woman rep in-store inserted herself into the conversation, trying to make me feel dumb pulling up some website to "show" me, and im like its not MY fault i was told something else. will you honor it? she said no. wow. then i overhear her on the phone talking about the customers shes working w, "yea i got 2 old people here" i was shocked how rude she was! i understand they were trying to get the 55 senior discount, but i was shocked at her cold delivery. have respect! the in-store rep called 5 of his managers he said and no one answered. so we waited. finally GABE called him back and the rep said "i was told to tell you" (soo unprofessional) that we cannot honor what you were told by customer service. also, you need to pay your phones off FULLY before coming here. i left so quick! wow! i have never seen such shady business. from my call this morning, to going to the physical store was night vs day! soooo glad not to do business w shady companies like this. bait & switch if i ever seen it. read more

THEFT!!! DO NOT GO TO THE STORE!! I returned a iPhone14 2 months ago to "Rob" a couple days after receiving it. He said I would get a confirmation of return email but that I never got it. I still haven't received my refund 2 months later. "Rob" is no longer at that store and every time I go, it's different people and management working there. Called support and they don't have a record of the return, only that my account was reverted back to the original iPhone11. Tried to contact "Rob" but of course he didn't respond. This store has been no help. LEAVING AT&T because of these THIEVES. Search the internet for AT&T "missing" phones that were returned or sent as part of a rebate and you'll see I'm not the only one. I had a great experience at this location. I needed to upgrade my phone, my moms phone and buy my daughter her first iPhone. With AT&T stores it's usually a hit or miss...there is either 20 people in there or no one. (I mean like a mile long line or a tumbleweed blowing by) We lucked out this time because the store wasn't that busy. The sales associate that helped us out, Mikayla, was fantastic. She treated us when we walked in and helped us through ever step of the process. I thought it would be frustration as is usually is my experience with any phone change over but she made the process seamless. I explained what we wanted to accomplish and in under 30 minutes she sold us two new iPhones and a bundle with a case & wireless charger. It was fantastic. What made the experience over the top was that she offered to help set up the phones since we were keeping the upgraded phones and using the old ones for my mom and daughter..she helped show us how to launch the new phone, make sure everything was backed up and clean the old phones off. I literally was able to walk out and start playing on my phone, with shopping online and downloading a Lyft for later that night. I could not have been happier. (Minus my notable lighter wallet) The store was clean, organized. Not a huge selection of phone cases but enough that every size of iPhone has a couple of chooses to chose from. My only recommendation would be chairs that aren't so high, I had two kids with me and I kept trying to keep them from climbing up the chairs and table to jump off..it's exhausting after awhile playing no your not a superhero that cracking noise is mommy back breaking from lifting you...not from your super powers. I walked out of the store a couple hundred dollars lighter but 5 star satisfied!! read more

I'm not sure the name of the gentleman who helped me as I was unable to catch it, but he was wonderful. I came in with my father and my boyfriend for support with a trade-in. He was very kind and patient when answering my dad's questions, even when my father started being rude to him. I just felt bad because my dad is kind of an angry old man who gets annoyed when he doesn't understand something. To this man, I'm sorry and thank you; you really did all you could to provide us with a positive experience and I sincerely appreciate it. I visited another location shortly before coming here and they just told us they couldn't help us and even gave false information. When I first walked into this one I was feeling pretty discouraged bc of it, but the rep who helped us melted all of that away. AT&T corporate switched my plan adding on 15G I wouldn't use for an extra $10 a month I didn't have - I was furious! I meant business and walked in with. T Mobile quote in my hand. This store is amazing and still a solid 5 stars & why I drove 7 miles and past 3 other AT&T stores to do business here. Trekell greeted me with a smile, it was literally a 2 minute wait while he finished up with who he was helping and less than another 5 for him to assist me in choosing the appropriate plan and for him to switch me over. I had been to 4 different AT&T stores within the past 2 days regarding an issue I had with an upgrade. None had been able to help me. when I walked into this store yesterday, i was greeted by Cory who was extremely kind and helpful. He was on the phone with customer support for over an hour trying to get my issue resolved. When it wasn't able to be solved he told me to come in tomorrow and we'd get it figured out. When I came in today we spent ANOTHER hour on the phone and eventually he was able to solve my problem, and I left a happy customer. He really went above and beyond to help me out today. We switched service to AT&T thought we were getting an amazing deal. They told us we would get a 300 dollar gift card with our package after we did a few things. We did everything they asked us to do never received the gift card went up there and they told us it expired which we did everything on time so that was one thing. Can't get service unless we are on Wi-Fi absolutely no service without internet which sucks. Got our bill today after dealing with them for a year and our bill went up 30.00. Biggest mistake ever now we are locked in for two more years unless we want to pay over a thousand dollars to get out of our contract. We were lied to and totally misled by this company so beware when dealing with AT&T I do not recommended them I wish we would of stuck with Verizon at least they didn't lie to us and deceive us. This has been the worst experience we have ever encountered from a cell phone company. If you are considering Direct TV, they have a girl come at the same time trying to sell IPhones. Her whole spill to us was a lie. First we were talked into giving her our old phones an IPhone 12 and 13 for brand new IPhone 14's at NO COST to us. Which turned into 1,099.00. Then she stated she could beat T-Mobile's price at $110 per month, which turned into $164.00 a month. We told her we are a retired couple with not a lot of income. Low and behold we got our first bill of $247.00 a month??? Of course I called and the person from AT&T, Gayle, did no help at all. She said it too 3 months for them to value the IPhones we gave to them and after 3 months of us paying $247.00, our bill would be $177 plus $20 for not using their automatic payment. BEWARE of the sweet little girl who comes inside your home with nothing but lies. This is without a doubt the biggest ripoff we've ever been locked into. read more

Let's make sure you understand that the high rating is for Stephan at the Eastern Ave store and not for AT&T. AT&T is just another group of dunderheads . Stephan was different, we noticed that right off. He had class and a professional attitude. We had a problem with a 4 month old phone that just stopped working. The first untrained, unprofessional person we encountered at this store basically told us that our problem was not his problem! (Corp. AT&T is checking into this) Having been a customer of AT&T for 40 years... we thought that a bit harsh. We were told to take it to Best Buy... we did. Best Buy #1 told us to take it to Best Buy #2... Best Buy #2 told us to take it to a place called "you break it I fix it". Being Sunday, it was closed. Burned a half tank of gas on this wild goose chase, with zero results! Called AT&T, they were shocked about the first guys behavior. Told us to fill out this claim form. We did. Received a text to call Samsung direct. We did. First person listened to our complaint... and wanted to sell us protection plans for our electronics! Then he connected us to a nice man who could almost speak English. He suggested that we send the phone to them and they would get back to us in "couple of weeks". Anyone reading this knows that in today's world you can't be without a phone for a couple of weeks. We decided that we would try see a member of management at the original store. So, this morning when the store opened we met Stephan, we explained our problem and he listened. He went into the backroom and after a few minutes he came back with a solution!! AT&T was sending a new phone that same day and we just had to send our phone back to them. I wish I could give this company no stars the way the manager Charles treated my elderly Aunt today. Today my aunt 78 went to this store as she believed that something was wrong with her phone; as it would not turn on. She was serviced by Charles the manager there. He told her that there was nothing wrong with her phone, but that she needed to charge it. My aunt asked him to please charge it for her and he begrudgingly did so for about 5 minutes. He gave my mother her phone back with about 5% battery. She explained to him that she had to go get her meds and run other errands before calling for a rideshare to get back home. She explained that she was afraid that the charge that was given would not last for her to be able to make her call to get back home. His reply to my aunt was " this is not a charging station". She asked him again, and he refused and walked away from her. In her dismay, she told him that he was not very nice and that she will report his behavior and he replied " I don't care what you do" or who you call, but this is not a charging station". At this time, my aunt called me and was very emotional about what had transpired. I immediately, hung up with her and called to speak to Charles. I was stonewalled by Charles about who I can contact regarding his behavior. He reported that he did not have his district managers phone number nor email for me to reach out to. I attempted to call my mother back but at this time her phone was again dead. I proceeded to call the 1-800 number and was told that an "email" would be sent to the location about my complaint. I advised them, that was not sufficient and requested that someone with authority over this manager return my call. I was then told that I would receive a phone call back before the end of the day and I have not. I am appalled at the way my mother was treated and at the lack of response by AT&T. My aunt had to go to Chase Bank next door and ask that her phone be charged so that she may make a phone call to get home. The kindness, empathy, respect and generosity that was shown to her by Chase Bank, was sorely lacking by your company. An employee at this bank was so moved by my mother's situation, that she took her lunch and drove my mother home. She could not, and I can not believe that a cell phone provider, let alone her cell phone provider would refuse to assist her and essentially kick her out of the store without the means to secure transportation home. Does this heartless act represent AT&T?? I need to know and so does my aunt Whom, by the way deserves an apology. Thank you read more

My daughter had a broken screen protector. The manager, Charles, said hello to us when we walked and then continued to inform and listen to his current customer's issue. At first he was annoyed but Charles was calm and respectful. The customer eventually understood it wasn't bad phone service just a dead zone. He was an older gentleman. Charles then helped my daughter adhere her replacement screen protector free of charge and with a smile. Even after dealing with the slightly irritated customer. 3rd time we've been in here and the people are always friendly and extremely helpful. Charles sets a good example. read more

1 star is 1 star too many for this store. I needed ATT account help and I tended on upgrading to an iPhone 11 while I was in the store. Charles, the manager, couldn't have been more rude or unwilling to answer simple questions if he tried. After opening 10 minutes late he helped me re-set a security code that had to be done by me showing my I.D. Great. I asked if he'd walk me through a few ATT things - he said no. Actually said no!!!!! He didn't even bother to look at me or find out what I needed help with. I told him it was apparent that he wasn't interested in assisting me (no one else in the store) so I would leave. Watchout for these scumbags. I wanted to port in a phone number to my existing account. The told me I had to cancel the old line and they would start a new one in order to complete the process. They also photocopied my ID without my permission they only said they needed to see it to access my account. Worst customer service ever! Do not go to this store! Bought a screen protector less than a month ago and they will not return or exchange it. Told me to go through the manufacturing company and now I have to pay for shipping just to get a replacement. $10 shipping fee to be exact and I don't agree that I should have to pay for this.
