If getting your phone repaired was always like this, I would almost look forward to breaking it…read more Len runs the front like a stand up comedian (boss energy) with elite customer service skills. Quick, funny, and actually makes you feel like you are in good hands instead of just another ticket number. The whole vibe was upbeat and welcoming from the start. Gary handled the repair and absolutely nailed it. Fast, professional, and my phone came back looking and working like nothing ever happened. If you need phone repair, screen replacement, or anything device related, this is the spot. Great people, great service, and they somehow make the whole process enjoyable.

***You've been warned.***…read more Asurion and this location showed almost no transparency or accountability. What should have been a straightforward claim turned into a three-month ordeal. They first said they could replace my phone. Then they said they couldn't send a replacement and would repair it instead. Later, they claimed it was unrepairable and would reimburse me. After five trips and hours on the phone, I finally received the reimbursement only to be hit with extra fees just to get my own money back. The entire time, I continued paying the monthly protection plan fee, which makes me think this is a tactic to recoup their losses. Once you're locked into their monthly plan, customer care clearly takes a back seat. If you buy a phone through a carrier, get the warranty directly through them. Avoid third-party providers like Asurion and uBreakiFix. The pattern of one-star experiences here and the handful of five-star reviews that look questionable should tell you everything you need to know. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

During pickup, I unlocked my phone for him and he did nothing. I inspected the phone and find no issues. After having the phone for a few hours, I noticed that were some ghost touching when the phone is being charged wirelessly. At first he refused to acknowledge the issue and blamed the charger. After a couple of visits of him trying different stuff, he agreed to try a different screen. He said he will call me when he got the replacement screen but never did. Calls and texts were not returned. After 3 months he finally got the screen and got it replaced. The new screen did not have the ghost touching but it did have a dead pixel in the center of the screen. He said he would give me another replacement screen but never did. Its June 2025 and I give up - I learned how to live with the dead pixel in my screen. Some excuses he gives: Oct 15, 2024: Emergency - Cancels our appointment and ghosts me. No response for 1 month Nov 15, 2024: He said that he thought my wife stopped by his shop and got it fixed. (What? How?) Jan 29, 2025: Its my fault because I did not give him my pin code.
