When I returned to get the manager's contact information, I was told to call the number on the business card at 3:00 p.m!! even though the manager had already seen my review. I explained I had been out of state my daughter is in the hospital in Los Angeles, but I was told I "should have come in 3 days earlier." I was told I was using the wrong charger, even though I only use the charger that came with my iPhone 17 Pro. Now I'm rearranging my meetings with a client because my phone isn't working. Very disappointed with both the battery quality and the customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY UP FRONT AND THE GUY TO LIE AND KEEP TELLING YOU TOMORROW…read moreTOMORROW. Waiting on parts. My friend brought his phone in for water repair on friday the guy told him Saturday, but then Saturday he told him sunday, then sunday told him monday. And monday guess what he said??? NOPE i told my friend tell him we are coming to get it and we want the money back. The guy said well your phone is in a million pieces but i will for sure have it done by Tuesday. Ummmmm NOPE. So we get there i waiting in car. My friend goes in and comes back out with HOPEFULLY his phone. And told me the guy said he would have to come back tomorrow ( Tuesday) for the money. I almost got out the car myself but then my friend said nope i told him dude give me my fucking money. Or we going to have a problem. Then the guy tried to tell him to come back in 1 hour. My friend said dude no right fucking now. My friend has gone here several times this year cuz he always breaking his screen. But this time jumped in pool. Oh and if this is even his phone he said it wasnt in pieces at all. But obviously this wait and bs was for no reason so we wont know until we get it fixed. So watch out if you come here based on the good reviews. You may end up waiting wayyy longer then he says. And he will want you to pay when you drop off your phone. And try to make up bs to get your money back.

I didn't have the best experience with this company, in fact I had to go to the Apple Store after…read moreand pay for a 2nd repair due to the shoddy work and repeated no shows. My initial appt was confirmed for 2/16 between 2-2:30 PM for a replacement of my back screen. They didn't show up until 3 PM despite texting me they were 'on the way' at 1:50. The tech said it would take 15 minutes to do the repair, almost 40 minutes later he finished. The next day I noticed that my back screen was popping out, like the adhesive wasn't installed correctly. I notified them same day and asked for them to fix it. They said yes but didn't tell me when they would. I reached out again the next day and we made an appt for the following day at 5 PM. I waited until 5:47 and they still hadn't showed. We rescheduled for the next day at 5:15. I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. And again they never showed up. Upon closer inspection I noticed the replacement screen they installed wasn't good quality, the camera cut outs weren't shaped correctly. Ended up going to Apple to have it fixed. Now I'm out $100 for this fumbled repair.

During pickup, I unlocked my phone for him and he did nothing. I inspected the phone and find no issues. After having the phone for a few hours, I noticed that were some ghost touching when the phone is being charged wirelessly. At first he refused to acknowledge the issue and blamed the charger. After a couple of visits of him trying different stuff, he agreed to try a different screen. He said he will call me when he got the replacement screen but never did. Calls and texts were not returned. After 3 months he finally got the screen and got it replaced. The new screen did not have the ghost touching but it did have a dead pixel in the center of the screen. He said he would give me another replacement screen but never did. Its June 2025 and I give up - I learned how to live with the dead pixel in my screen. Some excuses he gives: Oct 15, 2024: Emergency - Cancels our appointment and ghosts me. No response for 1 month Nov 15, 2024: He said that he thought my wife stopped by his shop and got it fixed. (What? How?) Jan 29, 2025: Its my fault because I did not give him my pin code.
