Went with a Samsung S26 Ultra and an Ultra Watch with both purchases needed to be shipped to me. I was told I had like 2 weeks if I wasn't happy I can return the products. Happy with my S26 but the new Ultra watch 2 was coming out in about a month so I decided to return the watch unopened never been touched. It's been 3 days since purchase. I went to the store to return and a Manager Ivan recalls my conversation on the phone with him and said I thought I told you we need to charge you a stocking fee? I said T-Mobile on the phone wants to speak with you that I'm well within my right not to get charged for a restocking fee. Ivan adamant that he was going to charge me a restocking fee no matter what. I was on hold with corporate and again a second rep says no that's not true you are not going to be charged a restocking fee asked to have him on line. I had her on hold for the manager to speak with them and can you believe it Ivan sneaks out of the store. The rest of the employees say they cannot do anything. This is 3 days after purchase. T-Mobile corporate on the phone was nice to send me a shipping label to ship back the watch without a charge. I still have 2 watches to purchase, a tablet and a MaxPro phone for the wifey yet that didn't matter for the Little guy Ivan. It was more important that he collects his $75 restocking fee. The experience on the phone with T-Mobile was much better than going to the store waiting almost two hours as if you're trying to buy a car. Some sales guy start telling me "uhh well it's says it on the paperwork that you will be charged a restocking fee" Absolutely nothing was disclosed during purchase and at then I realized these guys can be manipulative after the sale! Word of advice go to the store check out the products, touch feel and ask questions but you don't need to purchase your phone there. These vultures are paid a commission and looking for any way to nickel and dime you. I called T-Mobile 3 times and all were hassle free happy to help and could not believe the conduct of this store. Besides why wait 2 hours when you can be in the comfort of your home and get all the answers by calling T-Mobile corporate. Just purchased the wifey her new upgrade MaxPro and I got my new Galaxy Tablet. We both received them the next day. I thank IIvan for no longer needing to go in the store for a far better experience! read more

DO NOT under any circumstances buy a business plan with T-Mobile. It is a nightmare! You or any of their employees can never get granted access. So if you want to check your bill status or activity they make it impossible. I physically had to go to the store today where they told me they can't access either. I have been on customer support with the Philippines for literally 4 hours where they are trying to send me a link to access my account and it's STILL not working!!! I went o Verizon today after being with T mobile for a decade to switch and I can't even switch bc I can't access the information they need from my account. This company is ridiculous!!! read more

The store was super busy when we arrived and yet we received excellent customer service from the moment we were greeted by Liz to getting our IPhone issues resolved by both Liz and manager Ivan. Liz managed to greet everyone that walked in and addressed what service the customers needed while helping us. That was very good multi-tasking ability. The staff were very helpful. It is amazing how much work it is to transfer apps, deal with security on them and to set up the phone.

The worst ever !!!! You have to wait forever and no one knows what they are doing! Trying to return AirTags and I don't want them they sent to me when I signed up for internet and said they were free but I got my bill and they have all sorts of fees and taxes. Now they want $20 restocking fee for each one!!! Beware of this scam and when they offer them to you for free!!!! They told me they were free - I called customer service and said I didn't buy them and they said u agreed to get them - well just beware of this total scam . To have to pay restocking fee for something I didn't pay for is so fraudulent. BEWARE! read more

You are greeted with a smile upon walking in, the store is spacious and clean, and there are plenty of places to sit while you wait (if you even have to). I had the pleasure of dealing with T-Mobile employee Melinda this morning. She was amazing. Melinda met every need I had (warranty exchange), answered every question I asked, and did it all with genuine care. We came in without an appointment and they were somewhat busy, but we were able to give a team member our name and then they helped us out when it came to our turn. Melinda was the one who helped us and she was truly amazing. She helped us transfer our phones over from AT&T to the new devices and T-mobile. She made the process so incredibly easy and made sure to tell us what was backed up and what wasn't with each of our phones, which we appreciated as we had text messages and voicemails from my deceased mother that none of us wanted to lose on our respective phones. I want to say the entire process took a little under an hour, and T-mobile had some really great deals for phones. I also live in Anthem & for the last 6 weeks T mobile stated there was maintenance being done on a tower by where I live. So I have a I phone 16 that has 5 g & I was told I needed to be on lite. After dealing with crappy service and a high monthly payment with Verizon, we decided to make the switch over to T-Mobile. They were offering an amazing deal to pay for the remaining balance of our phones for switching over. And our monthly bill would still be significantly less than Verizon for the same data plan. Sign us up!!!! We walked in with no appointment. They were busy with other customers, but our wait was about 20ish minutes. Darius was our sales rep and he was awesome!! After discussing a few options and answering all of our questions, we were officially T-Mobile customers. He was very patient and friendly. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He offered his honest opinion and I knew that we were making the right choice by switching over. In total, we were there for about 2 hours, which is not bad at all considering my peace of mind. This location is dreadful! First of all, when you walk in, nobody greets you. There are two greeters, but they are smokin' and jokin' with other customers instead of doing their actual greeting. So you just stand around waiting for someone to pay attention to you. Why can't this store have a kiosk where you can check in without a "greeter?" Then, the staff is terribly overworked and trying to wait on multiple customers at one time. How can they focus on multiple customers? Anyhow, it is a very frustrating process for the poor customer who needs help and can't get any attention. Suffice it to say that I was not accommodated after having a doozy of a week undergoing medical treatment and hospitalization to have to deal with no solutions to the problem of connecting my new cell phone from Assurant to the network. I spent about an hour in the store, on the phone with Tmobile three times and still don't have a working phone. Wondering if the insurance is really worth it. I've had very bad experiences with T Mobile's store down the street on Sunridge Pkwy/Target Shopping Ctr where they literally are worse than a shady car sales person but not this location. Stephanie is honest, no pressure, no games, super nice person. My husband had a small list of phones he wanted to see and Stephanie patiently went through them with us and she didn't try to upsell anything to us! She gave us as much time as we needed and answered all of our questions. We paid, she set up our phone and we walked out of there very happy. The sales dept. at T-Mobile are MORONS. I ordered T-Mobile internet service and told them I have streaming TV. After cancelling my previous internet company, having to install T-Mobile's router/motem, which includes going to every device and re-coding each one, the service STOPPED WORKING AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS. I called the tech dept. He told me their service is not compatible with Sling. HOW HARD WOULD IT HAVE BEEN FOR THE SALES DEPT. Don't come here to buy any accessories, because they don't have good management.We waited to purchase a charger which would take one minute. But we waited for 40 minutes. I talked with manager, he said to me in very cruel way: if you don't like our policy, just go to other store! There are 5 sales people, 20 people waiting. I went here to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13 pro. There's always a wait, but every time I go, the staff helps me with whatever I need. I was able to get a run down with the process to upgrade along with how much my monthly payments were going to. My sales person ordered the iPhone 13 pro in gold for me and it was going to get shipped to me house. When I received it, I went back to t-mobile and the sales person was able to help me transfer what was on my old phone onto the new one. I was surprised that it took about 15-20 minutes! Afterwards, he erased my old phone and boxed it up for me. I needed to drop it off at the post off myself in order to get the whole amount of trade in for my old phone. I didn't mind. Although, it would have been nice to have T-Mobile ship it out for convenience, not just for me but for other customers. But, that is their protocol as a company.
