We came here recently because we were considering leaving Boost Mobile (has changed ownership…read morelately, but not sure which corporation actually owns it). There is a deal for AARP members. We can keep our telephone numbers. We'd just need a transfer PIN ((doesn't expire)) from Boost Mobile. Hubby has an iPhone, I have an android, Samsung galaxy phone, we could get a line for our son (hubby's old iPhone), who is 11 now, and my father-in-law who also wants to switch to get a better deal. It would've been $80 for a month for all four lines (unlimited talk and text). With Boost, for our two lines, on our existing plan, it's $35 unlimited talk and text for both of our phones. So, we'd be saving money. This still would be a viable option for us, if Boost f's up again. Big square shaped space. Clean location. A couple of seating areas. Spread out. One clerk was with a couple of customers at the table behind the front desk. We spoke with the man at the desk, who was very nice, and he answered our questions. There were a couple of displays with their products. Closed on Sundays.

I went to Cox expecting to have to buy a replacement, but Genesis explained my options and showed me that I could use a modem through Cox for only a $15 monthly fee until I was able to get a new one. What impressed me the most was how she took the time to review my account and show me ways I could actually save money. She explained everything clearly and demonstrated the changes in a way that was easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution. Customer service like this is rare, and Genesis is a great example of what outstanding service should look like. I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me today.

Once I found out I started calling around to any AT&T store near me to see if anyone had one in stock so I wouldn't have to wait for shipping. Called maybe 5 stores and they all weren't helpful at all. Most just told me they're out and to order online. But when I called the Wigwam Center the associate (idk who I spoke to on the phone) was actually helpful. Not only did they recommend which shop they think would be best to check in at but also stated that if I wanted to come in to order one they would do free expedited shipping! Later that day when I went it, I was helped by Robert. Robert made the process easy as can be! He processed my order right away and said it should be here in 2 weeks then to just come back and he'll help me set it up. The phone ended up coming in a week later. So even though im good with tech and could have set it up myself, I decided to just let them do it to make sure everything was done right and that my old phone was ready to be shipped off. When I came back to switch phones I was lucky to get Robert again! He took care of every step, I didn't have to do anything. He made it very easy and in a matter of time my new phone was good to go and my old phone was ready to be shipped back.

If we were to get a (I think I heard audit?) right now...(couldn't make out the rest). Doing this whole yell fest, I took to drumming their pen on the table - more and more louder and quicker. Nothing. Then I blasted my techno music full volume for a few minutes. Nothing. I finally got up and left. I looked through the window when I got my car around. Still no one on the floor. So hey 'Carol'? Can you maybe scream at your employees when they don't have customers waiting? I won't be back. Should have listened to the poor reviews.

That was a red flag! So I said I would go back with him to fix the situation. A woman was there the next night and said she couldn't help my friend so I said call the guy from last night. She did only to have him hang up after she discovered the guy didn't post the payment for the month and the receipt didn't say payment. Long story short my friend got his old number back and kept his old phone, gave back the new phone and she printed a receipt for payment. Then she wanted both receipts back and I said "NO" and we left. Something really shady is going on there. Don't recommend doing business there!!!!
