This location is relatively busy, but the staff does a great job greeting and checking people in; then making sure everyone is helped accordingly. The majority of the staff were friendly and eager to help - I happened to get the one that was not friendly or helpful. But I requested a different associate and Tia ended up being amazing and explained our options when trading in our phones. She took her time and helped us from beginning to end. The rude associate could learn a thing or two from her and the rest of the team.

My family and I have been here twice to get new phones and do trade ins. We had a different employee help us both times that we have been to this location and they have been extremely helpful and patient with us. They always acknowledged people coming inside even if it was busy so I appreciated that. We went right when they opened one of the times so we didn't have to wait. But the other time we went mid day on the weekend and waited about 20 minutes which is fine. It is expected when there are a few people inside. So it can get pretty busy in there. Both times, the visits have been smooth with no problems. We have had T-Mobile for years and haven't had any issues. I love that there is the options for insurance that covers replacement screen protectors so I can come in to get it changed anytime it is cracked and needs to be replaced.

I have been to this store twice and had excellent customer service both times. I highly recommend this store and the T- Mobile company.

Purchased my iPhone 16 Pro from this T-Mobile store on Marks St, Henderson. Received the worse…read moreservice ever. Explained I needed a screen saver. The employee took my information and said it would be 5-10 minutes. Then after 2 customers (walk ins after me were helped immediatel, I asked how long and she said, I told you 30 minutes. When I asked why the 2 men were helped before me, she said she didn't see the older man that was helped immediately by a young man immediately inside the door, and then she helped a man who I guess had been in earlier and returned...that's MOT THE POINT...I just needed a screen saver and was blown off! so I left without giving that store my business and I will never return to that store! I got out to my car and decided I needed to let the store manager know about the service I DID NOT receive! I called in, the young lady said she was going to put me on hold. it would take 5-10 minutes...Are you kidding me. I was on hold for 6+ minutes and still no Mabager. I hung up! I called Customer Care for T-Mobile and reported this store! Thank you to the Customer Service Representative for listening and taking down my information. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE T-MOBILE Experience Store ON MARKS STREET, Henderson, Nevada, 89014! If I could give this store A negative number I would have! The Manager of this store needs training so he/she can manage their employees to be attentive and respectful to long time T-Mobile customers!

I made the mistake of switching over from AT&T over the phone because the person over the phone made so many mistakes. However I came in the store and a huge THANK YOU to Edwin and the assistant manager!!!! Edwin helped me get everything in order and honestly I usually would have been super upset but they just had amazing vibes and they really knew how to just help me get through the nightmare! After 21 years with Verizon, the service has increasingly declined over the past five years …read more Constant "call failed" messages when attempting to make a call and in the middle of a conversation, even with a new phone. Important calls in my contacts get blocked by Call Filter. Customer service sends you in circles and never resolves anything. I have friends with Verizon who experience the exact same issues. I only stay with them because the competition isn't any better.

So you know what everyone dealing with them that is more than F***ing frustrated! with Cox do get name badges get confirmation numbers and do know they "keep notes" on what they wish to say regarding the situation so you do the same :) ask for a "recap" on agreement go as far as even asking to see the profile if you go to actual location and if you choose to go by their word expect you may get disappointed after. For example the notes when I called the number of the main actual co. you will find on your bill they noted: I declined tech insurance well NO! the employee never mentioned anything about an tech fee so I was charged $100 for a tech coming out. I followed all the directions on the phone I watched the tech I did everything as I was directed to do by phone so yup games! they could have tuned it on that day but why should they when playing dumb is best and charging me $100 for 5 min of a tech coming out is best? Also do know when you call the number from your previous bill they quote different price points then when you actually go to the store nothing is consistent! so you know what since they wasted my time I think people should know get details don't EVER! take any employees word for it at the end of they day they or course are suppose to smile and be nice they just want to get through the day and sugar coat you. They are two stars for a reason :)

Went after work to get internet for my recent move. Both men there were busy with customers. I…read morewaited my turn and there wasn't a check in line most ATT stores I've been in. I listened to the interactions and the younger one hardly ever let his customer finish a sentence before he would talk over them. The older man seemed to be doing well and his customer seemed very happy. When it was my turn, I got the younger one and told him my situation. Sounded like he had a great deal in mind but then disappeared in back and never came back. I took a seat and waited. Then I could hear a supervisor in back reaming him or both(? since both sales men vacated the floor). 'You have phones here and over here and over here and over here. If we were to get a (I think I heard audit?) right now...(couldn't make out the rest). Doing this whole yell fest, I took to drumming their pen on the table - more and more louder and quicker. Nothing. Then I blasted my techno music full volume for a few minutes. Nothing. I finally got up and left. I looked through the window when I got my car around. Still no one on the floor. So hey 'Carol'? Can you maybe scream at your employees when they don't have customers waiting? I won't be back. Should have listened to the poor reviews.
