I went to this Marshall's to buy a $7.99 candle and walked out with a five-drawer cabinet! I had to have help getting it to the front of the store to pay for them and the young lady who helped me was the kindest person I've run into in a long time. She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. After I got home, I decided I wanted three more of the cabinets and went back to the store the same day. A different young lady helped me that time and again, I could not have asked for better customer service. She worked very hard to make sure I was getting the best price on the cabinets, as they were each priced differently. I had to leave two of the cabinets there overnight because I didn't think I could fit them in my car, so I went back the next morning to pick up the other two. I don't know if the young man who helped me was the store manager, but he knew me as soon as I walked in and was overly accommodating helping me load my car. This was a shopping experience that makes me want to go back and spend more money. Nice job and thank you to the staff at this store. It is clean, well organized, and welcoming. read more

I just tried to go in the dressing room with my husband at Marshall's and they would not allow me in because it's policy. What? I'm 70 and I've never heard that policy anywhere before. What do they think I'm gonna do with my 78-year-old husband in their dressing room? Please stop creating rules for the lowest common denominator-- just have people react when someone does something wrong. I won't shop at Marshalls again. read more

I LOVE tjmaxx and Homegoods. But Marshalls was never kind to my plus size figure. I could barely find cloths in my size. But! I decided to give a try to Marshall's on Lake Mead- and I was in 3 hours shopping heaven. Found so many great items, sizes were great (at least for me). (XL,XXl). Store was pretty busy, hence Sunday afternoon. But everything was clean, stuff members were very nice. Check out was fast. Can't wait to wear my new finds. I guess my only remark- please vacuum fitting rooms- they are dusty. read more

Not a big fan of Marshall's but I did go into this one for something quick. Friendly staff clean store and the staff there was very helpful.

I actually came in to try and find wine glasses. I couldn't find any and was walking around when I spotted these jars. I was hesitant as first cuz I don't know if I needed them but then, they are too cute, I have to have them. The largest jar's top was not closing. I was so frustrated as it would have been a perfect set if only that large one would close. I grabbed all 3, took it to the cashier and when it was my turn to go and pay, I bumped into the manager, showed him my issue that the top would not stay on that jar, asked for a discount. He looked at my and said I'm sure I can do something for you. He grabbed the jar while my other two was being rung up and then came back to give me the discounted price on that large one. I was so happy! It's perfectly discounted and now I have all 3 in my kitchen. I ended up not even using the top of the large one. I did not get his name and he had a mask on. I appreciate Marshall's manager for helping me and that discount made it a perfect find. read more

The employees are helpful and friendly and cashiers like my favorite, Maria, make the typically short wait worth it. Came here yesterday for the 1st time, strange considering Ive lived about 8 mintues from it for over 1.5 yrs. . Anyway, its nowhere near as abundant as other marshall's I've seen. Figured as much. The shoe collection didnt seem as vast, or as nice. Kinda dissappointed. My love bought me a new sun/day dress and a new top. I dont have many tops that arent t-shirts considering that I am a CSN student and have no need to get dressed up most days of the week. He got a pair of shorts and short sleeve button up and a tie all for $70 ish. This Marshalls reminded me more of a TJ maxx than It did Marshall's which I find to be on the top of my list in the ways of discount shopping. it goes as follows: 1)Marshalls 2) Burlington Coat Factory 3) ROSS 4) TJ Maxx I do have a few other places I hit up depending on how much $ I am willing to spend. My favorite location thus far. It's close to my home and this location is not too crowded. The selections are decent but not as vast as the other locations that I've been to. Parking spaces are plenty. It's close to other shopping establishments like, Ross dress for less, Target (another favorite location of mine),Biglots, Ulta, Tmobile store, and more! Rainbow/Lake Mead - Store was still open. I arrived approximately 9:28pm and store manager Amy blocked door saying store is closed. All I had was a return. Store was still open, but she told me to leave. I said I arrived before closing and registers are still with customers. She asked me to leave. That was uncalled for and poor customer service. Doors were open and before closing time, therefore store is still open! read more

Is it Marshall's? Is it TJ Max? Or Ross? Is it me or are they all exactly the same and this shopping center just so happens to have a Ross and Marshall's -- Ross had a bigger selection and I spent money at Ross where Marshall's looked like everything that did not sell at Ross LOL anyways the store was clean, although it appeared to not be full, of stock -- lots of displays 1/2 full and I was surprised being it was two days before Mother's Day. Again, lots of rejected clothes from other stores. You might find a gem if you have the time and $20 burning a hole in your pocket but if not, I'd skip it. read more

It's a Marshall's... and I think that this company is forgetting that. Marshall's tends to be picked over, and I've noticed that they're becoming sky high with their prices in the shoe department. $100+ for certain shoes at a Marshall's?! Insanity. I could understand if this was a mall store, but it's a Marshall's. No shoe in there should cost more than $30. I wish that they'd carry more of the following: - 36 D bras (They literally have bras in every size except this one. It would be easier to find the Ark of the Covenant than to find two bras, in this size, here.) - Size 11 shoes that don't have a massive heel on them (I'm tall enough already.) As for now, I might pop in to take a look, but I'll still go to Ross for the most part when it comes to looking for cheap clothing. read more

This store is pretty disorganized, like most of these type of stores are. They have a wide selection of clothes, including children, men, women's and athletic wear. They also have a home section, that has pillows, sheets, quilts, bedspreads, and what not. I didn't find what I was looking for, but that is ok. Maybe next time. read more

This store is immaculate everywhere! I was greeted at the door when I entered, staff in every department greeted me and asked me how I was doing. All departments were super clean and organized.. including the restroom!! I think that was my first time going into a public restroom that actually smelled good! Lots of great finds in there! For the Christmas holidays I purchased clothes for my family spending 100-200 dollars. One item I gave my daughter was a knit sweater beautiful 24.99. She wore it ONCE! While she was wearing it the stitching came out under the sleeve on one of the arms. SHE WORE IT ONCE! I took it back to the store the woman (MANAGER) said to me I can't take this back it is damaged. I know that and I just wanted to exchange it for another one not return. She could care less what I wanted Marshall's doesn't stand behind there product. The stitching came out from under the arm it fell apart. I was so upset took the shirt and left. The manager could care less about the customer! They just lost my business and anyone who I know also. When we moved to this area of town I initially avoided this store as I've not had good experiences at various Marshall's in the past. It is near the Target I frequent and one day I finally went in to explore. I wish I had stopped in sooner! The store is well organized for a discount store: the shoes are sorted by size, similar home items are grouped together on shelves, clothes are arranged by size and style, and toys/games/books are easily accessible. Additionally, I often find high end products here and I've found brands I now love that I wouldn't even know about had I not perused the aisles at my neighborhood Marshall's. There can be some disorganization depending on the time of day, but I have found that the staff does a good job keeping the store in order. read more

I have shopped at this Marshall's for 4 years now , it was my place to go , when I felt depressed, there is so many things theat you can ust look like toys , jewelery and clothe. Until tomorrow it was my favorite shop , I recently bought tons of kitchen storage from OXO at their regular price and while I was shopping one of them went on clearence , I forgot my $20 reward and decided to get it and return next day and do a price adjustment, I spoke to general manager and she said it will be just fine as long as I will have receipt , when I got home I found that one of the containers was crushed, I returned to the store next day and wanted to use my $20 reward on it , and just decided to ask manager on duty (his name was Miles, the Asian guy) and asked him if they would sell me leads , because there is a few containers that are broken already , but I would purchase the leads ... He gave me dirty look , and said that he would make more money off of it if be just sends it away, instead of selling it to me...I don't have a problem with store policies , but the way he said that was auful! I felt like I was begging him to give it for free or something...so I told him how he made me feel, and said that managers shouldn't treat customers like this, especially loyal customers like me, he answered that there is tons of other customers,while I had full cart of stuff and two children with me, he had no problem saying that , I felt so humiliated , so I just put all the stuff back at the check out and said I have changed my mind because of that manager! I have TJX rewards card and shop there air, may be that's my mistake? At the end of trip I left with the cart because I had carsit on top of it and headed towards my car, and Miles( the manager) send a person to follow me ,lady told me that I can not take a cart out of the store!!! Really!!! I never been followed before ! I felt like they treated s like a shoplifter ! All these years being a loyal customer and be treated like this?
