Stopped by this location to grab a card & a few things for the house. I usually enjoy coming to this location as the customer service is good and I find just what I need without a huge crowd of people. The store is always stocked or in process of putting items out on the floor so it's normal to see boxes everywhere. It's a smaller location so going down the aisles will be a little tight. One of the many items I purchased during my visit happened to be 2 shot glasses. The attendant (Diana) who scanned my items seemed to be uneasy about handling my request to wrap the shot glasses in paper to avoid them from breaking. I don't know if it was a bad night or an off day for her but she wasn't the most pleasant. When I asked her to fix the paper to fully wrap the glasses she just folded the paper over so I did it myself. From there she mentioned how I may need a new envelope for my card so I went to retrieve a new one. She then told me I didn't bring the card back only the envelope which is the only thing I wanted to swap as she was moving so fast and forgot she put the card back in the bag. After her behavior I continued my purchase in silence. Again, it's dollar tree so I'm not expecting above and beyond service but at least courteous behavior as you are the face of the store when customers arrive and pay. I visited the store today and got some great cards and decoration for the holidays. When I got home I figure out I lost my iPhone! I was so upset , because my driven license, healthcare card , debit card were in the cover of the phone! My husband took me to the store and with the help of amazing Em ( Emily) and another wonderful cashier girl I got my phone back! Christmas and Hanukkah miracles combined for me! What a great store wow if you compare this dollar tree to the dollar trees in this area, this is one of the best ones! although there were some boxes sitting around that I wanted to open, there was somebody stocking shelves and everything looks great! I mean, there were some empty spots around the store, but for the most part, this store is the best one so far in our area of Southern Southern Nevada. Keto it up! read more

Rudest staff out of any location, always out of stock of most everything, and they lock the doors at least 15 minutes before they're even supposed to be closed. I worked in retail for years, so I know what it's like for someone to come in close to closing time. But if the customer was respectful it never bothered me. I came to this location ten mins before closing the night before Mother's Day to quickly grab a card, along with three other people there for the same reason, and the store was locked up. No employees to be seen from the door. Then I called the phone number, and it is out of service lol okay dollar twenty five tree. Also, I just sat here and typed this for the last ten minutes while they're still supposed to be open and I've counted ELEVEN people try to go in. It looked good from the outside. The interior is too small and in need of renovation. The space is just too small. Basically trying to fit in just as much variety of inventory that you would find at any other DTS in a tight space. Maybe I went there during their inventory restock because a LOT of boxes were piled up in the back waiting while at least three cashiers were in front; yet not all of them were in the process of checking out customers. The specific cleaning items I went in for were out of stock on the shelves. I wound up leaving with nothing which rarely happens. Disappointing experience. read more

I like to stop in here for party supplies. It's a small store with a lot of cheap items. When i say cheap items i mean cheaply made & inexpensive. They carry brands I've never heard of before. This is a place I go to last. I prefer .99 cent stores over this one. It's worth stopping by & checking out. I went in there the other day (couple days before Christmas, first thing in the AM) & it was busy! Long line but it moved pretty quickly. They only cashier was quick @ her job & you could tell she just wanted to get everyone through fast so they wouldn't have to wait forever but she was still smiling, friendly & creates everyone. read more

Needed some supplies for Easter and cleaning essentials so came across this Dollar Tree was surprised at how hopping the store was. The cashier and other personnel of the store was very happy in pointing me to where light bulbs were kept. Ended up finding a few other things that needed the cleaning supply section is at the back of the store and so large that it takes the whole back wall. This dollar store is very busy and has abundant stock so come in and take look around one will find what they need and then some. read more

Boy, I was not expecting this when I walked in the door! This place is a mess! I was expecting it to be an amazing Dollar Store experience due to its location but man was I wrong! They have the typical Dollar Tree staples that I always come for like the cheap TP and paper towels that allow you to select your own size, but other than that this place has nothing to offer. It was very poorly kept, being a bit on the dirty side and the shelves were poorly organized. I don't think I will ever find myself at this location again. Most Dollar Tree stores are the same - you only seem to notice the worst ones. This is one of them. 1. Employees are in need of assistance so you as a customer can't get any assistance if you required it. 2. The store usually smells like bathroom - no antibacterial spray or is the sewage backed up all the time? 3. The inventory clerks are on break every day it seems. Multiple visits over a period of 2 months has shown that shelves just aren't being stocked. Or is nothing being ordered? The simplest of things always seems to be out of stock such as gauze and Goobers candy. It's located next to a pawn shop, so expect to see some homeless begging for money. Other than that, it's a Dollar Tree. Hopefully they'll have what you're looking for. read more

Yeah if you want to wait in line this is the place to go! Two Cashiers and lined to back off store. Not for me. I think they should call up another cashier when the lines get overly long. Then let the stalker person go back to their job.I know you have to be extra understanding for a low margin profit store but this is during covered and more precautions should be taken. I went one evening right before they closed and it was much better, so I might try that again. read more

A couple nights ago I ran into the store a couple minutes before closing because I knew exactly what I needed and where it was located. There was an extremely long line and they made the announcement that they were closed so customers needed to make their way to the front for checkout. There were two older women working. One was at the checkout taking care of customers, while the other stood at the door to make sure no one else came in the store. An older gentleman finished checking out and had a cart full of bags. He appeared to be struggling to walk without support as it is. He gets to the door and the woman proceeds to say "oh you can't take the cart outside." He is obviously confused and begins trying to gather his bags which are too much for him to carry. My boyfriend, being the gentleman he is, goes to help him. He tells the woman "I will bring the cart back in so he doesn't have to carry all of this stuff." The woman says "oh okay, if you're going to bring it back then that's fine." So simply because the store was closing and they didn't want to go retrieve the cart from a few steps away outside, they were willing to make the old man walk to his car and carry all of his bags while struggling. That is pathetic. His car was parked up front and the cart wouldn't have gone further than the sidewalk. The lack of empathy and respect for older customers was sickening. The employee was seriously so concerned with getting off work that she showed disrespect to the customer. Myself and another lady in line were dumbfounded by this action and couldn't believe they just didn't want to go get the cart that he was likely to bring back himself. read more

Even though I found what I was looking for, which were cough drops, the layout of the store was not appealing. It looked really trashy and outdated. Guess I'm just used to all the really nice Dollar Trees in the Phoenix area. So, for this I give it a 1 star because it didn't look like a well-kept store, not organized, nor clean. However, the cashier was super nice and friendly. Great customer service, which I give her a 5 star. read more

This branch is always a crap shoot. If they're in good moods, great. If not, watch out. They'll be downright nasty and then accuse you of being the nasty one if you protest in any way. Ask to speak to the manager, at least the one who's usually on duty when I visit the store, and he'll come out swinging, acting as though the very act of asking to speak to him about his employee's lousy attitudes is an effront. Two recent visits saw the store mobbed, but since they don't have enough room between the shelves and the checkout area, you have to try and weave your way through the lines snaking back into the aisles. Today there were three people working, but two of them were busy in the office, leaving one cashier to tend to a line of seven and growing. But not even a nod to the situation, as the two came out of the office and continued to do other things. I honestly don't care if they have other responsibilities--NOTHING should be more important than waiting on customers. It's no surprise they act like they're doing the customers a favor because of the bargains, but there should still be a limit. And the employees and management here seem to cross the line more often than not. I wrote to headquarters once before about this store, but they never responded, so they clearly don't care how their employees treat customers. 99-Cent Only stores are seldom any better--I guess when it comes to customer service, you certainly don't get any more than you pay for. read more

Oh man, you guys, the prices here are so good! It's so cheap! Everything is only a dollar! Wouldn't it be wildly helpful if that were my whole review? Just, "Stuff costs a dollar here!" and then someone called me Captain Obvious and it was like we were all 15 again? But, no, we're not 15 anymore (unless you actually are 15, which: you are my little brother's age! Do you know him? Be nice to him!) and so let's focus on the more *mature* aspects of the Dollar Tree: CANDY. I'll be straight with you, dollar stores, and even this specific Dollar Tree, used to be just a place to buy cheap balloons or cheap kitchen utensils or cheap throwaway party decorations or cheap puzzles or cheap -- well, you get the point. But then my life changed. The heavens parted, a unicorn galloped across the parking lot, Frankie Valli came over the speakers. I discovered the candy aisle. Because the candy aisle here is more than just cheap candy. It's -- wait for it -- hard-to-find candy! It's like finding a rare comic book or a rare baseball card and instead of wrapping it in plastic and storing it in a shoebox, you shoved that Action Comics No. 1 into your gaping mouth and ate it as fast as you could. Seriously, there's Mallo Cups, (Mallo Cups!) in bags of eight or sleeves of four (depending on the day): $1. A huge bag of candy "sticks" (the apparently less controversial name for candy cigarettes): $1. Necco candy: $1. I just -- it's overwhelming for someone who loves candy as much as I do. Let me take a moment to gather my emotions. Do you know how much I've paid for Mallo Cups in my life? Upwards of $3 for just a two pack. It's a filthy, disgusting habit and I'm trying to quit. (No, I'm not.) What I'm trying to say is: if you're looking for a kind of weird, vaguely nostalgic candy and maybe don't want to pay the premium at gourmet candy stores (seriously, that's a thing, look it up), legit check out this Dollar Tree (and, presumably, other Dollar Trees in town). And if you don't find Mallo Cups, it's not the store's fault, it's just that they're all at my apartment. If you bring some BB Bats, I'll trade you. read more

I've been to this location a few times. There is always an African-American lady working who has just a bad attitude and a nasty look on her face at all times. I was in the aisle looking through picture frames and one was not put together properly so the glass fell and shattered. I could've just left it there and let someone get hurt and sue the company. However I seen the lady walking so I politely told her that the glass had fallen. She looked at me with A disgusted look on her face and walked away. Not a thank you not a will take care of it nothing just walked right away. Also the star was dirty I went to get glasses for my kitchen all the drinking glasses or just piled on shelves know organization at all making it completely impossible to find a set of four matching glasses. Typical dollar store. Lots of junk but I usually find some little "treasure" when I shop there. They do keep this store fairly clean and the staff is actually pretty friendly. No high end stuff here obviously but you can get a $25 book for $1 which is a good deal. read more
